Claims (7)
- Verbundschleifscheibe mit einem zentralen, gegebenenfalls gewellten oder gekröpften Scheibenkern mit randständigen Ausnehmungen, in denen ein peripherer Schleifkranz (4) verankert ist, der zumindest eine, vorzugsweise beidseitig des Scheibenkerns (1) je eine Gewebeeinlage (5) aufweist, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß sich durch die Gewebeeinlage(n) hindurch erstreckende Verbinder (6,8) zum Verbinden der Gewebeeinlage(n) mit dem in den Ausnehmungen (7) befindlichen Schleifkranzmaterial vorgesehen sind.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewebeeinlagen (5) miteinander vernäht sind.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Verbinder die Gewebeeinlage(n) (5) kammartig durchsetzende Eindrückkörper (8) vorgesehen sind, deren in die Ausnehmungen (7) ragenden Vorsprünge vorzugsweise dem Innenprofil der Ausnehmungen entsprechen.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbinder als Scheiben mit vorstehenden Stiften ausgebildet sind.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scheibenkern (1) aus Metall, insbesondere aus Stahl, besteht.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scheibenkern (1) mit einem Haftvermittler für den Schleifkranz (4) versehen ist.
- Verbundschleifscheibe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftvermittler ein Haftvermittler auf Basis von gegebenenfalls modifiziertem Kunstharz ist, insbesondere auf Phenol/Formaldehydharzbasis, das gegebenenfalls Hilfsstoffe, wie Oxide, Sulfide und/oder Füllstoffe, enthält.
