Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schiebeteilhalterung in bogenförmigen Bereichen, insbesondere an Eck- oder Rundduschabtrennungen.
Es sind Schiebeteilhalterungen an bogenförmigen Duschabtrennungen bekannt, die eine Achse aufweisen, deren eines Ende verdrehsicher mit dem Schiebeteil verbunden ist und deren anderes Ende in einer Laufrolle steckt, wo sie zusammen mit der Laufrolle eine Kugelgelenkverbindung darstellt (vgl. EP-A-0642757). Von Nachteil bei diesen Schiebeteilhalterungen ist, daß die unter Gewichtslast stehende Laufrolle aus der senkrechten Ebene abkippt und damit ein gegen die Laufrichtung der Laufrolle entstehendes Bremsschleifen am oberen Teil der Führung bewirkt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Schiebeteilhalterung zu schaffen, die bei Vermeidung der Nachteile der bekannten Ausführungen eine einwandfreie Schiebeteilführung, selbst in engen Kurven, gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß, ausgehend von einer Schiebteilhalterung mit einer Achse, die mit ihrem einen Ende verdrehsicher mit dem Schiebeteil verbunden ist und die mit ihrem anderen Ende in einer Laufrolle steckt, wo sie zusammen mit der Laufrolle eine Kugelgelenkverbindung darstellt, auf dieser Achse ein auf ihr fest positioniertes Zwischenteil angeordnet ist, das von einem sich lotrecht erstreckenden, die Laufrolle begrenzenden Bereich ausgehende Abschrägungen in Verschieberichtung des Schiebeteiles aufweist.
Vorteilhafte weitergehende Ausgestaltungsmerkmale der Erfindung bestehen darin, daß sich das Zwischenteil in axialer Richtung an dem Schiebeteil abstützt und daß das Zwischenteil mit einem in das Schiebeteil ragenden Zapfen versehen ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Die Zeichnung zeigt in

die Draufsicht auf eine Schiebetür, die über in Laufrollen schwenkbar gelagerte Halterungen an einer Rundduschabtrennung verfahrbar ist,

Mit 1 ist eine Rundduschabtrennung bezeichnet, gegenüber der eine Schiebetür 2 mittels in Profilleisten der Duschabtrennung geführten Laufrollen 3 bewegbar angeordnet ist. Die Laufrollen 3 weisen eine Achse 4 auf, die mit ihrem einen Ende verdrehsicher in die Schiebetür 2 gesteckt und dort mit einer Schraube 5 befestigt ist und die mit ihrem anderen Ende mit Spiel in der Laufrolle 3 steckt, wo sie zusammen mit der Laufrolle eine Kugelgelenkverbindung darstellt. Die Achsen 4 als Schiebetürhalterungen sind somit in den Laufrollen 3 schwenkbar und die Laufrollen 3 auf den Achsen 4 drehbar gelagert. Auf jeder Achse 4 ist ein auf ihr fest positioniertes Zwischenteil 6 angeordnet, das von einem sich lotrecht erstreckenden, die Laufrolle 3 begrenzenden Bereich 7 ausgehende Abschrägungen 8 in Verschieberichtung der Schiebetür 2 aufweist. Das Zwischenteil 6 stützt sich in axialer Richtung an der Schiebetür 2 ab und ist über einen in die Schiebetür 2 ragenden Zapfen 9 gegen Verdrehung gesichert. Die Achsen 4 stecken in einer Ausnehmung 10 der Laufrollen, die in Richtung der Schiebetür 2 eine größere Öffnung 11 aufweist, als die Öffnung 12 in entgegengesetzter Richtung. Die aus Metall bestehenden Achsen 4 können somit problemlos in die aus Kunststoff bestehenden Laufrollen 3 reingedrückt werden. Um die Laufrollen in ihrer Kugelgelenklage auf den Achsen zu sichern, sind, die Öffnungen 11 verkleinernde Ringscheiben 13 aus Metall oder glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff vorgesehen. Sie werden zur Befestigung in eine, in den Laufrollen vorgesehene, Ringnut 14 reingedrückt.

Claims (3)

  1. Schiebeteilhalterung an bogenförmigen Bereichen, insbesondere an Eck- oder Rundduschabtrennungen, mit einer Achse (4), die mit ihrem einen Ende verdrehsicher mit einern Schiebeteil (2) verbunden ist und die mit ihrem anderen Ende in einer Laufrolle (3) steckt, wo sie zusammen mit der Laufrolle eine Kugelgelenkverbindung darstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Achse (4) ein auf ihr fest positioniertes Zwischenteil (6) angeordnet ist, das von einem sich lotrecht erstreckenden, die Laufrolle (3) begrenzenden Bereich (7) ausgehende Abschrägungen (8) in Verschieberichtung des Schiebeteiles (2) aufweist.
  2. Schiebeteilhalterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Zwischenteil (6) in axialer Richtung an dem Schiebeteil (2) abstützt.
  3. Schiebeteilhalterung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenteil (6) mit einem in das Schiebeteil (2) ragenden Zapfen (9) versehen ist.
