Claims (7)
- Seitenkanalverdichter, mit mindestens einem im Verdichtergehäuse (1) ausgebildeten Seitenkanal (4) und einem die Saug- und Druckseite trennenden Unterbrecher (7), dessen gegenüber dem Seitenkanal (4) in radialer Richtung erstreckten Begrenzungsseiten (8) einen von der Achsrichtung des Verdichters abweichenden Verlauf aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Begrenzungsseiten (8) des Unterbrechers (7) über ihre volle radiale Höhe mit einem zumindest angenähert herzförmigen Einschnitt (9) versehen sind, wobei die auf der Saug- und der Druckseite vorgesehenen Einschnitte (9) mit ihren Spitzen (12) aufeinanderzuweisen. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Öffnungswinkel (α) der Spitzen (12) kleiner als 25° ist. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einschnitte (9) symmetrisch zur axialen Mitte (10) des Unterbrechers (7) ausgebildet sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einschnitte (9) wechselseitig außerhalb der axialen Mitte (10) des Unterbrechers (7) angeordnet sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zu den axialen Begrenzungskanten (13) des Unterbrechers (7) hin verlaufenden Kuppenbereiche (11) der herzförmigen Enschnitte (9) in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur eine der zu der Spitze (12) des herzförmigen Einschnittes (9) führenden Einschnittsseite (15) bogenförmig und die andere Einschnittsseite (16) geradlinig ausgeführt ist. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Größe des Radius der Kuppenbereiche (11) der herzförmigen Einschnitte (9) dem halben bis ganzen seitlichen Abstand (B1 bzw. B2) der Spitze (12) zu der jeweiligen axialen Begrenzungskante (13) des Unterbrechers (7) entspricht.
