Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Entleeren eines mit einer Paste gefüllten, im wesentlichen vollständig zusammendrückbaren Behälters (2), bei welchem an einem Ende des Behälters (2) beginnend, von außen eine Druckkraft auf den Behälter (2) aufgebracht wird, dadurch Scheduäfte auf die Paste ausgeübt werden, und die eine Behälterwand (10) bis zur Anlage an die gegenüberliegende Behälterwand (11) auf diese zubewegt wird, so daß die Paste unter Zusammendrücken des Behälters (2) in Richtung einer Öffnung (4) des Behälters (2) und durch diese hindurch in eine angeschlossene, zu einem Mischbehälter (6) führende Förderleitung (3, 3') gefördert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckkraft an einer begrenzten Fläche des Behälters (2) angelegt und auf die Offnung (4) zubewegt wird und daß die Paste thixotrop und ein Waschmittel ist, sowie in der Förderleitung (3, 3') mittels einer Dosierpumpe (5, 5') dem Mischbehälter (6) dosiert zugeleitet und dort mit zufließendem Wasser vermischt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels einer Walze (9) gleichzeitig die Scherkräfte auf die Paste ausgeübt werden und die Paste in Richtung auf die Öffnung (4) gedrückt wird - Gerät zur Entnahme und insbesondere zum Dosieren von Paste aus einem mit einer Offnung (4) versehenen flexiblen, vorzugsweise als Einwegbeutel ausgebildeten Behälter (2), wobei das Gerät ein Grundgestell (12) und eine an einem Ende des Behälters (2) beginnend durch Zusammendrücken des Behälters eine Druckkraft auf den Behälter (2) und damit Scherkräfte auf die Paste ausübende Einrichtung (9) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Paste ein thixotropes Waschmittel ist und die Einrichtung in Richtung auf die Öffnung (4) bewegbare Mittel zum Zusammendrücken des Beutels (2) auf einer begrenzten Fläche aufweist, so daß an dieser Stelle gleichzeitig Scherkräfte auf die Paste wirken und die Paste in Richtung auf die Öffnung (4) gefördert wird. - Entnahmegerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Scherkräfte auf die Paste ausübende Einrichtung (9) eine in Richtung auf die Öffnung (4) des Beutels (2) bewegbare und gleichzeitig die Beutelwände zusammendrückbare Walze (9) ist. - Entnahmegerät nach Anspruch 4,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zur Aufnahme des Beutels (2) vorgesehene schiefe Ebene (1) mit einem Anschluß an die Offnung (4) des Beutels (2) im unteren Bereich oder Ebene (1) und einer freibeweglichen Walze (9) mit zum Zusammendrücken der Beutelwände (10, 11) ausreichender Breite und Gewicht. - Entnahmegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, mit einer Förderleitung (3, 3') für die Paste, die über eine Einlaßöffnung (15) an den Beutel (2) anschließbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein losbar, aber dichtend mit der Öffnung (4) des Beutels (2) verbindbares Anschlußelement der Einlaßöffnung der Förderleitung (3, 3'). - Entnahmegerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Hinterschneidung am Offnungsstutzen (4) des Beutels (2) und eine am Entnahmegerät befestigbare und in die Hinterschneidung einschiebbare Platte (16). - Entnahmegerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
an dem der Öffnung (4) gegenüberliegenden Ende des Entnahmegeräts angeordnete Dome (18) zum Fixieren des Beutels (2) im Entnahmegerät. - Entnahmegerät nach Anspruch 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine im Abstand zur Auflagefläche (1) des Entnahmegeräts und im Bereich des der Öffnung (4) gegenüberliegenden Endes liegende, mit einem oder mehreren Domen (18) besetzte Auflegeplatte (19) für das Beutelende, die mit zunehmender Entleerung des Beutels (2) in Richtung auf die Auflagefläche (1) bewegbar ist. - Entnahmegerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflegeplatte (19) über Fedem (21) an der Auflagefläche (1) für den Beutel (2) befestigt ist. - Entnahmegerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Pumpe (5, 5') in der mit der Auflagefläche (1) oder mit dem Grundgestell (12) fest verbundenen Förderleitung (3, 3'). - Entnahmegerät nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Pumpe als Schneckenpumpe, insbesondere als Exzenterschneckenpumpe (5, 5'), ausgebildet ist. - Entnahmegerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
Mittel zum Aufrechterhalten eines Abstands zwischen der unteren und der oberen Beutelwand (11, 10) im Bereich der Einlaßöffnung (15) der Förderleitung (3, 3'). - Entnahmegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, wobei die Auflagefläche für den Beutel als schiefe Ebene (1) ausgebildet ist,
