Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for dosing a paste-like thixotropic detergent in a commercial washing machine in particular by means of a dosing device, wherein one 1) place the sales container or a part of it filled with the detergent in a receptacle of a dosing device and open it on the underside and 2) pressurize the detergent with volume control from above.
- volume controlled is a control depending on To understand the target volume of the paste emerging from the container.
- Paste-like, essentially water-free detergents are mainly used in commercial laundries. Examples of such pastes are described in DE 38 26 110 A1 and described in DE 37 19 906 A1. The advantages are in the high Washing power due to the high concentration of detergent components Powdered detergents, as washing active, only the conditioning of Detergent additives are not required here.
- a plate that moves in the barrel and closes close to the barrel walls also called the follower plate, lies on the paste and enables the Delivery via a simple pipeline with a suction pump (DE 37 19 906 A1 and DE 38 26 110 A1).
- the removal process is suitable for pastes with a viscosity at about 75,000 to 90,000 mPa s.
- Viscosities e.g. B. from 150,000 to 250,000 mPa s is in the G 93 14 591 a stirrer below the follower plate suggested that the immediately The paste located below the follower plate liquefies and so one easily accessible.
- the follower plate according to the prior art does not exert any pressure on the paste out.
- a promotion of the paste is only a special strong suction pump.
- the use of such an expensive pump is only economical with relatively large containers.
- a device for the almost complete emptying of fluids filled flexible disposable containers is known from DE 42 18 297 A1.
- the relatively flat bag which is wedge-shaped in cross section, has an outlet opening on its top. It is emptied between two plates placed and the outlet opening is connected to a pipe. The plates are moved against each other by means of a pressure cylinder the fluid contained in the container is pressed out.
- the known method for emptying the flat bags is also suitable not for exact dosing, because the movement of the plates in a non-linear and complicated connection with the squeezed volume stands.
- the present invention has set itself the particular goal of using pasty detergents in the OPL area ("On Premise Laundry") to enable economical ways.
- OPL area On Premise Laundry
- containers from 5 to 10 1 corresponding to 7.5 to 15 kg of detergent.
- Dosing methods for paste-like detergents have so far been limited to larger containers designed, accordingly expensive and for use in OPL area not suitable. Therefore, they become powdery in the OPL area Detergent used with the disadvantages described above.
- the invention has for its object the detergent paste in the presence of Break the water into small enough pieces and dissolve it quickly in the water.
- an inexpensive way to almost complete emptying is said developed small containers and the packaging problem mentioned above be solved economically. It is also desired to carry out the Process with a relatively small, inexpensive to buy and operate Allow device.
- the invention also aims to achieve the following objectives. Transferring the Paste in a dosing container should not be necessary. The paste should come straight from the Sales containers or a part of the sales container removed, exactly dosed and washed into the washing machine at the same time. A direct contact of the operator with the product that due to the content of metasilicate is strongly corrosive, should be excluded as far as possible.
- the process is designed in particular to meet the needs of commercial laundries be coordinated in which only the laundry generated in the own company is cleaned. These are, for example, smaller hotels and homes.
- the invention aims for create a particularly cost-effective way for this group of users paste-like detergents.
- one with the Plastic sack filled with detergent, especially a stand-up pouch, from a removed cardboard drum belonging to the packaging and into the receptacle of the Dosing device can be changed very quickly Adjustment container is very easy to clean and dirty Product change is simplified. It is particularly advantageous to do this Plastic bag first in a standing cylinder and then this in the Receiving container of the dosing device.
- the Standing cylinder together with the still partially filled plastic bag from the Removed receptacle, and a new standing cylinder with a different product is inserted into the receptacle. Because of the high viscosity and Thixotropy of the paste there is no risk that the paste through the lower opening in the Standing cylinder runs out when no pressure is applied to the paste.
- Embodiment of the invention is that part of the detergent surrounding Sales container, in particular the plastic bag or the cartridge one resistant under the conditions of normal commercial washing processes Material. After emptying, the temperature, chemicals and water-resistant material namely, if necessary after cutting, be washed in the washing machine. Product residues are on this Way removed from the packaging material and used according to its purpose. The cleaned packaging material can be recycled or recycled easily disposed of.
- the necessary relatively low overpressure can affect the paste in the process step 2 are applied in a plate lying on the paste is pressurized.
- the plate can already be in the sales container, namely in the plastic bag. But it is also possible that first open the sack and place the plate on top of the paste.
- a simple solution to the environmental problems of packaging is achieved if also the plate from a commercial under the conditions usual Wash resistant material.
- this plate Diameter for example can be about 20 cm in the washing machine to wash with and in the same way as for washing dispose of durable plastic bag.
- As such material can Example of polyethylene.
- a practically complete emptying is achieved in an economical way, if you attach the top of the bag to the receptacle in such a way so that the sack on the inside of each container in essentially wrinkle-free.
- Another advantage arises when used a plate to apply pressure to the paste. In this The plate slides almost smoothly on the plastic inside of the case Sacks down. Lie on the receptacle to attach the bag many possibilities within the scope of the invention.
- the volume-controlled application of pressure to the detergent from above can be done in different ways.
- you move the cartridge bottom or the plate by means of a controllable drive and in particular a threaded spindle around a defined, corresponding to the desired paste volume to be dosed Stroke down.
- a lifting cylinder can also be used as the drive.
- the volume occupied by the detergent in the receptacle be reduced by having the same volume of a liquid, in particular Water, metered into the space between the plastic sack.
- a liquid in particular Water
- On the paste can rest on the plate already mentioned.
- the cartridge base can also be moved downwards.
- the paste emerging from the underside of the receptacle immediately after the exit mixes with water and only then together with the water, if necessary by means of a feed pump into the washing machine. Should only be a single one Washing machine are supplied, so a feed pump is unnecessary.
- the one with water mixed paste can then be applied from above the washing machine Dosing device due to gravity via a vertical line into the induction bowl or flow directly into the washing machine. Are multiple washing machines using one the only dosing device supplied with the paste, the paste mixed with water can be fed to the respective machine via a feed pump.
- the feed pump below the mixing tank can be a simple, inexpensive Pump, e.g. B. as a small centrifugal pump.
- the invention also relates to a device for dosing thixotropic, highly viscous Detergent pastes, which are preferably used in commercial laundries, from a sales container or the part of the sales container filled with the detergent, with a receptacle for the sales container or with the Detergent-filled part of the sales container, an opening in the lower area of the Receiving container and with means for generating a pressure and a defined Volume reduction in the upper area of the receptacle.
- a device for dosing thixotropic, highly viscous Detergent pastes which are preferably used in commercial laundries, from a sales container or the part of the sales container filled with the detergent, with a receptacle for the sales container or with the Detergent-filled part of the sales container, an opening in the lower area of the Receiving container and with means for generating a pressure and a defined Volume reduction in the upper area of the receptacle.
- the device has a mixing container with a Water connection and a line from the mixing tank to one or more Washing machines, the mixing container being located below the opening, and a nozzle connected to the water connection, which on the in operation from the Opening exiting paste strand is directed.
- Opening the sales container is easier if the opening in the lower area of the receptacle is designed as an upwardly projecting mandrel. To open of the sales container, it is sufficient to put the container in the receptacle to use.
- the complete emptying of the sales container designed as a sack is carried out by a Fastening device for releasably clamping the edge of the sack at the top Edge of the receptacle relieved.
- the fastener can be used as a clamping ring or snap lock for a lid of the Receiving container or the like can be executed.
- the pressure provided according to the invention for pressing out the paste can be increased to can be applied to the paste in different ways.
- the drive can be used as a spindle motor with a threaded spindle attached to the pressure stamp or as a lifting cylinder be trained.
- the pressure on the paste is by feeding a liquid in the upper region of the receptacle.
- the device has a connection to a pressure pump for liquid in the upper area of the receptacle, the pressure pump having a volume control having.
- the pressure pump is a gear pump designed in plastic.
- Such pumps are used in the Automotive technology as feed pumps for windshield washer fluid in high Quantity and inexpensive manufactured. Should a certain volume Paste are dosed, the pump presses the same volume of liquid, for example water, in the upper area of the receptacle. An exact, simple and inexpensive dosage is possible in this way.
