Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mischkristallen von 1,4-Diketopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrolen, bestehend aus je 1 Mol zweier unterschiedlicher Verbindungen der Formel

durch Erhitzen eines entsprechenden Gemisches in fester Form auf Temperaturen zwischen 220 und 380°C.
A und B sind z.B. jeweils eine Gruppe der Formel

oder
Figure 80000003
sind worin R1 und R2 unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom, C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C6-Alkoxy, C1-C6-Alkylamino, Phenyl oder -CN bedeuten,
G -O-, -NR7-, -N=N- oder -SO2- ist,
R3 und R4 Wasserstoff und R7 Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Ethyl bedeuten.
Die erhaltenen Mischkristalle und festen Lösungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet zum pigmentieren von hochmolekularem organischem Material.
