Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour retirer des restes de fil d'une bobine par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de dénudage de fil (G) pouvant se déplacer entre une position ouverte et une position de dénudage de fil et un moyen de saisie (C) présentant un pousseur (7) et un lanceur (6) qui peut être inséré dans l'extrémité supérieure d'une bobine (b) et peut être gonflé par de l'air comprimé et qui est mobile entre une position supérieure et une position inférieure de saisie de bobine, comprenant les étapes ci-après :
    a) un plateau (t) chargé avec une bobine (b) sur laquelle des restes de fil (y) sont enroulés est arrêté en dessous du moyen de saisie (C),
    b) le lanceur (6) est abaissé et inséré dans l'extrémité supérieure de la bobine (b) et est gonflé par de l'air comprimé, alors que le moyen de dénudage est maintenu dans sa position ouverte,
    c) le lanceur (6) est soulevé jusqu'à ce que le fond de la bobine (b) soit placé à l'intérieur du moyen de dénudage (G).
    d) le moyen de dénudage (G) est fermé dans la position de dénudage en saisissant le fond de la bobine (b),
    e) le moyen de saisie de bobine (C) est abaissé dans un état où le fond de la bobine (b) est saisi par le moyen de dénudage (G) pour enlever par dénudage les restes de fil de la bobine (b) ; et
    f) la bobine est réinsérée par le moyen de saisie dans sa position inférieure sur le plateau (t).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le moyen de saisie (C) présente un pousseur (7) et un lanceur (6) qui peut être inséré dans l'extrémité supérieure de la bobine (b) et peut être gonflé par de l'air comprimé, et en ce que le moyen de saisie de bobine (C) est déplaçable à travers le moyen de dénudage (G) alors que le moyen de dénudage est dans sa position fermée.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le moyen de dénudage (G) présente au moins un saisisseur (17a, 17b) présentant une plaque de dénudage (21a, 21b) chargée par ressort et déplaçable à angle droit par rapport à la direction de déplacement d'une bobine et en contact avec la périphérie de la bobine.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
       caractérisé par
       une paire de saisisseurs (17a, 17b) présentant chacun une plaque de dénudage (21a, 21b).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le saisisseur (17a, 17b) et un ressort (23a) sont insérés dans un espace horizontal (19a) du saisisseur (17a, 17b).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
       caractérisé en ce que
       le bord (21a') du bras de dénudage (21a, 21b) fait saillie d'une valeur prédéterminée hors du saisisseur (17a, 17b).
