Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gefäß zum Trinken, wie beispielsweise einen Becher, eine Tasse oder dgl., welches zum Verzehr von Kaffee, Tee, Kakao oder anderen Getränken, etwa in Büros oder in Freizeiteinrichtungen, benutzt wird. Bei dem Gebrauch derartiger Trinkgefäße wird zur besseren Durchmischung des Getränkes mit Zucker oder Milch, ein Rührwerkzeug wie ein Löffel benutzt. Solch ein Gefäß ist aus Dokument US-A-3 069 046, welcher dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 entspricht, bekannt.
Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung den aufgezeigten Stand der Technik derart weiterzubilden, daß das Rührwerkzeug besser an dem Trinkgefäß fixiert ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Anordnung zur Aufnehme eines Rührwerkzeuges als eine Schlitzöffnung ausgebildet ist, die im Stiel des Rührwerkzeugs oder im Löffelstiel vorgesehen ist, durch die ein am Gefäß angeformtes Griffelement im gestecktem Zustand ragt. Das Rührwerkzeug oder der Löffel weist damit einen Fixpunkt bzw. einen Aufhängepunkt auf. Bei dieser Ausführungsform kann das Trinkgefäß ohne weiteres am Griffelement, etwa am Henkel, getragen werden, ohne daß das aufgesetzte Rührwerkzeug oder der aufgesetzte Löffel dabei stört.
Nach einer vorteilhaften weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Anordnung als Einformung für das Rührwerkzeug oder den Löffel ausgebildet und reicht längs der Wandung bis in den Bodenbereich des Gefäßes. Der Löffelstiel liegt dabei in einer eingeformten sich längs der Wandung erstreckenden Nut, wobei die Löffelschale in einer gewinkelten Einformung im Bodenbereich des Gefäßes eintaucht. Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung der Aufnahme für das Rührwerkzeug, insbesondere für den Löffel, wird erreicht, daß sich der Löffel komplett in die Wandung des Bechers einpaßt, ohne daß die Außenkontur des Gefäßes dadurch gestört wirkt.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist in der Nut das Griffelement für das Gefäß angeordnet. Der Löffelstiel mit der Schlitzöffnung wird auf das Griffelement aufgesteckt, und erfährt dadurch an der Längswandung des Gefäßes eine stabile Halterung, wobei der Stiel von der Nut aufgenommen ist. Zur stabilisierten Halterung des Löffels in der Wandung sind an dem Griffelement seitlich Rastnasen angeformt, die den Löffel gegen selbständiges Lösen sichern. Die Rastnasen klemmen sich gegen die seitlichen Schlitzöffnungsbereiche des Löffelstiels, so daß der Löffelstiel nur mit leichter Kraftaufwendung von dem Griffelement abgenommen werden kann. Hierzu ragt in vorteilhafter Weise der Löffelstiel im gesteckten Zustand etwas über den Rand des Gefäßes hinaus, so daß ein Angriffspunkt bzw. Griffpunkt erzielt wird, an dem der Löffelstiel vom Gefäßinneren her gegen die Wirkung der spannenden Rastnasen aus der Nut ausgehebelt werden kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 näher erläutert, dabei zeigen

Die Figur 1 zeigt ein Gefäß 1 zum Trinken nach der Erfindung. Wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellt, weist das Gefäß 1 eine Anordnung 2 zur Aufnahme eines Rührwerkzeuges 3 auf, das lösbar auf diese Aufnahme aufgesteckt ist. Wie zu erkennen ist, ist das Rührwerkzeug 3 als Löffel 4 ausgebildet. Dabei erstreckt sich die als Einformung in der Gefäßwandung ausgebildete Anordnung 2 von dem oberen Rand des Gefäßes 1 bis in seinen Bodenbereich hinein, wobei der Stiel des Rührwerkzeuges oder der Löffelstiel 5 in einer eingeformten Nut 6, und die Löffelschale 7 in einer eingewinkelten Einformung 8 im Bodenbereich des Gefäßes 1 liegt. Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung wird erreicht, daß das Rührwerkzeug 3 komplett im Gefäß 1 integriert ist, so daß von der Handhabung des Gefäßes 1 das Rührwerkzeug 3 immer verfügbar ist und als nicht störend angesehen wird.
Wie aus der Figur 2 ersichtlich, ist in der Nut 6 ein Griffelement 9 für das Gefäß 1 angeordnet. Mit diesem Griffelement wird das Gefäß an die Mundöffnung zum Verzehr des darin befindlichen Getränkes geführt. Der Löffelstiel 5 weist eine ausgeformte Schlitzöffnung 10 auf, durch die das Griffelement 9 im gesteckten Zustand, wie in den beiden Figuren 1 und 2 zu erkennen, ragt. In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung können an dem Griffelement 9 jeweils an seiner Längserstreckung Rastnasen 11.1 und 11.2 angeformt sein, die den Löffel 4 und hier insbesondere den Löffenstiel 5 gegen ein selbsttätiges Lösen sichern. Wie in der Seitenansicht der Figur 2 zu erkennen, ragt über den oberen Rand des Gefäßes 1 im gesteckten Zustand der Kopfbereich des Löffelstiels 5, der dazu dient, hier das Rührwerkzeug 3 von dem Gefäß 1 zur Benutzung leicht zu trennen. Dabei wird der Löffelstiel 5 von der Innenseite des Gefäßes 1 vom überstehenden Bereich her hintergriffen, wobei der Löffelstiel 5 gegen die Verspannung der Rastnasen 11.1 und 11.2 über das Griffelement 9 gedrückt wird, so daß sich dann die Löffelschale 7 aus der gewinkelten Einformung 8 im Bodenbereich des Gefäßes 1 herausziehen läßt.

Claims (4)

  1. Gefäß (1) zum Trinken und Rührwerkzeug, wobei das Gefäß mit einer Anordnung (2) zur Aufnahme des Rührwerkzeuges (3) versehen ist, in die das insbesondere als Löffel (4) ausgebildete Rührwerkzeug (3) abnehmbar eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung (2) gebildet ist von einer Schlitzöffnung (10) im Stiel (5) von Rührwerkzeug (3) insbesondere Löffel (4), durch die ein am Gefäß (1) angeformtes Griffelement (9) im eingestecktem Zustand ragt.
  2. Gefäß und Rührwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührwerkzeug als Löffel ausgebildet ist und daß die Anordnung (2) als längs der Wandung bis in den Bodenbereich reichende Einformung der Gefäßwandung für den Löffel (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Löffelschale (7) in einer gewinkelten Einformung (8) im Bodenbereich des Gefäßes (1) und der Löffelstiel (5) in einer eingeformten Nut (6) liegen, wobei in der Nut (6) das Griffelement (9) für das Gefäß (1) angeordnet ist.
  3. Gefäß und Rührwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Griffelement (9) Rastnasen (11.1, 11.2) seitlich angeformt sind, die den Löffel (4) gegen selbsttätiges Lösen sichern.
  4. Gefäß und Rührwerkzeug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührwerkzeug als Löffel ausgebildet ist und daß der Löffelstiel (5) im gesteckten Zustand über den Rand des Gefäßes (1) hinausragt.
