Definitions
- the invention relates to a shaft component with the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a method for its Manufacturing.
- Sewer shafts and similar underground structures are common manufactured by first digging a pit in the pit is essentially ring-shaped prefabricated shaft components made of concrete or reinforced concrete and the pit is then refilled to the extent that the soil on the outer wall of the stacked shaft components is present.
- the individual shaft components are top and bottom Provide edges that are complementary to each other, so that a concentric alignment of the manhole rings is forced becomes.
- the power transmission of the dead weight of the shaft components existing column on the joints between the individual, stacked manhole rings are made according to the state of the Technology using an intermediate layer of mortar to compensate of dimensional tolerances.
- the introduction of the mortar into the circular joint between two superimposed Well rings on the construction site not only prepare the workflow difficulties, but by an uneven Mortar application can also have an adverse impact on the Waterproofness and stability of the finished manhole result.
- the necessary sealing element in the form of an intermediate the edges of two stacked manhole rings Rubber rings are described in conventional in the Prefabricated manholes often leak because it is assembly is contaminated with mortar or similar.
- a shaft system is known from AT-B-386 436, in which above of cone rings a cone ring is arranged between its top and a cover support ring compensation rings are arranged at different distances from the earth's surface compensate.
- the compensation rings each have an annular shape Support surface on and are also on the radially outer Edge with tongue and groove teeth on the upper and lower Edge provided, ensuring a security against rotation and horizontal Reliability is guaranteed. To take up the weight the teeth are clearly not used, this is done by the annular flat support surfaces. For this result the problems mentioned above.
- the invention is based on the object, known shaft components Modify inexpensively so that when stacked of the shaft components or shaft rings to form a shaft static and manufacturing problems mentioned above omitted.
- the upper and lower edges are shaped with respect to each other so that in the attached state of the two shaft components in the circumferential direction separated support surfaces are formed, by forming raised support surfaces at the bottom and for resting on an essentially ring-shaped bearing surface the upper edge of the second shaft component (12B) are that the bottom edge is an inner throat and the top Edge of a substantially complementary to this throat has radial cross section, and that in the superimposed Condition of the two shaft components between the two Edges a cavity for receiving a seal is formed.
- the manhole components according to the invention can thus be stacked stack or stack on top of each other so that the load is transferred of the weight on each shaft component and the traffic and earth loads of the shaft components arranged above it takes place in defined zones. Especially with three There can be no tilting or bearing surfaces crooked installation of the shaft components.
- the shaft components preferably have an external marking which makes it easier for shaft construction workers the shaft components in the circumferential direction on each other align that the force-transmitting bearing surfaces of a each parting line are arranged vertically one above the other.
- the manhole component according to the invention enables production of shafts with defined static conditions where Cracks in the wall under the internal water pressure or the dead weight the shaft components or the traffic and earth loads are no longer to be feared.
- a sewage shaft 10 consists of several shaft rings 12A, 12B (and no longer shown) 12C, etc., which are indicated above by a tapering end chute part 14 completed with a manhole cover 16 become.
- the manhole cover 16 is located, for example at road level of a road, while those shown Manhole components 14, 12A, 12B etc. in the installed state in the not represented soil.
- Each shaft component has an upper edge 18 and a lower one Margin 20 on.
- Upper edge 18 and lower edge 20 are essentially rotationally symmetrical and have such radial Cross sections on that each a shaft component 12A on a Manhole component 12B can be placed.
- the bottom margin 20 has an inner circumferential throat 22, corresponding to each upper edge 18 an outer circumferential groove 24 so that the cross sections from the top edge 18 and bottom edge 20 of each Shaft component are designed complementary to each other and in engage the assembled state in a centering manner.
- Between A cavity is formed in the two wheels in which one Seal 26 is arranged.
- three strips 28 from the lower edge 20 of each shaft component are inserted an elastic material, which - as Figure 1 shows - arranged rotationally symmetrically evenly spaced are.
- the three inserted strips 28 form defined support surfaces 28, which on the annular bearing surface 30 of each get up in a defined manner.
- the flexibility of the bearing surfaces made of an elastomer 28 together with the defined static conditions ensures a defined flow of power, which ensures that the individual shaft components despite the internal water pressure and Own weight or any traffic or earth loads undamaged stay.
