- d'autre part, chaque aimant comporte un plan de symétrie parallèle à la direction d'aimantation et à l'axe longitudinal du ruban, et présente une longueur maximale située dans son plan de symétrie,
- et enfin, l'élément ferromagnétique comporte un plan de symétrie parallèle à la direction d'aimantation et à l'axe longitudinal du ruban, et présente une épaisseur maximale située dans son plan de symétrie.
- le diamètre de chaque disque en aimant permanent est compris entre cinq et vingt millimètres ;
- l'épaisseur de chaque disque est comprise entre un et dix millimètres, préférentiellement entre trois et cinq millimètres ;

Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour l'insertion du fil de trame, utilisable sur les métiers à tisser à lances, chacune des lances (6) se composant d'une pince (7) et d'un ruban (8), dans lequel les rubans (8) se déplacent par mouvement alternatif à partir des deux cotés du tissu en pénétrant sensiblement de la même distance dans la foule (5) pour que les pinces (7) se transmettent ladite trame, lesdites lances (6) parcourant la foule (5) par glissement sur une panne (3) solidaire du battant (1) et affleurant sous les fils (4) de la nappe inférieure (4) de la foule, et dans lequel le guidage desdites lances (6) par rapport au battant (1) est assuré magnétiquement par un élément (12) en matériau ferromagnétique et une pluralité d'aimants (9) permanents disposés sur le ruban (8) et sur le battant (1), caractérisé :en ce que les aimants permanents (9) sont localisés sur le ruban (8) selon l'axe longitudinal de celui-ci, l'élément en matériau ferromagnétique étant continu, longiligne et disposé sous la panne (3) en regard de l'axe longitudinal du ruban,en ce que chaque aimant comporte un plan de symétrie (13) parallèle à la direction d'aimantation et à l'axe longitudinal du ruban (8), et présente une longueur maximale située dans son plan de symétrie (13),et en ce que l'élément ferromagnétique comporte un plan de symétrie (14) parallèle à la direction d'aimantation et à l'axe longitudinal du ruban (8), et présente une épaisseur maximale située dans son plan de symétrie (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les aimants (9) permanents épousent une forme de disque.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément ferromagnétique (12) épouse une forme de cylindre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le battant (1) comporte une gorge longitudinale (11) dont l'ouverture est dirigée sous la panne (3) et dans laquelle est logé l'élément ferromagnétique (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ruban (8) présente des zones en creux dans lesquels sont logés les aimants permanents (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de chaque disque (9) en aimant permanent est compris entre cinq et vingt millimètres et en ce que l'épaisseur de chaque disque est comprise entre un et dix millimètres.
- Dispositif selon la revendications 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du cylindre (12) de matériau ferromagnétique est compris entre trois et dix millimètres.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants permanents (9) sont en terres rares et l'élément (12) ferromagnétique est en acier.
