Claims (12)
- Steckverbinder mit einem Stiftkontakte (2) enthaltenden Stiftleistengehäuse (1), an welches ein mehrkammeriges Buchsengehäuse (30) mit an elektrischen Leitungen (42) angeschlossenen Buchsenkontakten (40) aufsteckbar und mittels Schnappverbindung arretierbar ist, so daß die Stiftkontakte (2) mit den Buchsenkontakten (40) elektrisch in Verbindung gebracht werden, wobei das Stiftleistengehäuse (1) eine ringförmige Wandung aufweist, welche eine Abdeckkappe (20) vollständig übergreift und stirnseitig in einer umlaufenden Ausnehmung des Buchsengehäuses (30) liegt, wobei die Abdeckkappe (20) an der Steckkontaktseite des Buchsengehäuses (30) mit im Kontaktbereich vorhandenen Öffnungen (24) sitzt und wobei das Stiftleistengehäuse (1) mindestens einen Haken (10) an seiner Außenseite aufweist, welcher in eine Öffnung (36) des Buchsengehäuses (30) greift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Buchsengehäuse (30) mindestens zwei von federnden Innenwandungen (45), die an ihren distalen Enden mit Rasthaken (33) versehen sind, getrennte Kammern (31) und an seiner Außenwandung Öffnungen aufweist, daß die Abdeckkappe (20) orthogonal zu der Steckrichtung auf das Buchsengehäuse (30) aufschiebbar ist und eine zwischen die federnden Innenwandungen (45) des Buchsengehäuses (30) greifende T-förmige Rippe (21) aufweist, wobei das T-förmige Endstück der Rippe (21) Kanten der Buchsenkontakte (40) hintergreift, und daß die Abdeckkappe (20) an ihrer Außenwandung Rastelemente (23) aufweist, welche beim orthogonalen Aufschieben der Abdeckkappe (20) auf das Buchsengehäuse (40) in die Öffnungen der dortigen Außenwandung greifen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Buchsengehäuse (30) auf einer seiner Breitseiten etwa annähernd mittig mit einem eine Öffnung (36) aufweisenden Rasthebel (39) versehen ist, welcher die Wandung des Stiftleistengehäuses (1) so übergreift, daß dessen Schnapphaken (10) in die Öffnung (36) einschnappbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rasthebel (39) die ringförmige Wandung des Stiftleistengehäuses (1) etwa bis zur halben Länge übergreift.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Buchsengehäuse (30) auf seiner der Steckseite abgewandten Seite mit einer Deckelkappe (70) überdeckt ist, und daß die Deckelkappe (70) mittels Schnappverbindung (37, 41) auf das Buchsengehäuse (30) aufgeschnappt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Buchsengehäuse (30) auf der der Steckseite abgewandten Seite eine Halteplatte (62) mit Öffnungen (63) befestigt ist, durch welche die elektrischen Leitungen (42) für die Buchsenkontakte (40) gesteckt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mehrkammerige Buchsengehäuse (30) in drei Reihen nebeneinanderliegende Kammern (31) aufweist und in der mittleren Reihe und einer äußeren Reihe die Buchsenkontakte (40) um 180 Grad zueinander gedreht angeordnet sind und in der verbleibenden dritten Reihe Kurzschlußbrücken (55) zum Kurzschließen der benachbarten Buchsenkontakte (40) angeordnet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stiftleistengehäuse (1) auf der der Steckseite abgewandten Seite mit unterschiedlich langen Vorsprüngen (11) versehen ist, auf welchen die Stiftkontakte (2) mindestens teilweise anliegen und am Ende der Vorsprünge (11) um 90 Grad in gleiche Richtung abgewinkelt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Buchsengehäuse (30) auf der der Steckseite abgewandten Stirnseite mit einer Dichtplatte (60) versehen ist, durch welche die Leitungen (42) für die Buchsenkontakte (40) geführt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in stirnseitiger Verlängerung der Wandungen der Abdeckkappe (20) ein Dichtring (50) angeordnet ist, welcher zwischen der ringförmigen Wandung des Stiftleistengehäuses (1) und einer im inneren des Steckverbinders umlaufenden Wandung (46) des Buchsengehäuses (30) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stiftkontakte (2) durch das Stiftleistengehäuse (1) wasserdicht geführt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stiftleistengehäuse (1) mit einer ringförmigen, umlaufenden Nut versehen ist, in welcher ein Dichtring (12) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelkappe (70) und das Buchsengehäuse (30) mit Öffnungen (71) und Rasthaken (37) versehen sind, die ein erstes Aufschnappen und ein zweites um 180 Grad verdrehtes Aufschnappen der Deckelkappe (70) auf das Buchsengehäuse (30) erlauben.
