- Vorrichtung (10) zum Stanzen von bandförmigem und bogenförmigem Material (14), insbesondere Karton, mit einem Tiegelbereich (11), der einen Bandstahlschnitt und wenigstens eine im Tiegelbereich (11) angeordnete, verstellbare Gegenstanzplatte (18) aufweist, an deren Oberfläche mindestens eine Matrize angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstanzplatte (18) eine im Tiegelbereich (11) ortsfest angeordnete dünne Unterplatte (20) und eine die Matrizen tragende, mit Bewegungsspielraum versehene, ebenfalls dünne Oberplatte (21) aufweist, daß beide Platten (20, 21) in x- und y-Richtung jeweils über mindestens ein Führungs- und Antriebselement (26, 27, 67) verschiebbar aneinander befestigt sowie über wenigstens ein Feststellelement (28, 85) in der gewünschten Stellung zueinander fixierbar sind und daß sämtliche Führungs- und Antriebselemente (26, 27, 67) sowie Feststellelemente (28, 85) im wesentlichen innerhalb der Kontur der Platten (20, 21) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstanzplatte (18) jeweils zwei voneinander beabstandet in x-Richtung und zwei in y-Richtung orientierte Führungselemente (26), je ein Antriebselement (27) in x- und in y-Richtung und wenigstens zwei Feststellelemente (28) aufweist, welche im gelösten Zustand Bewegungen der Oberplatte (21) in x- und y-Richtung ermöglichen, und daß die Führungselemente (26) und die Antriebselemente (27) eine Bewegung der Oberplatte (21) jeweils quer zu ihrer Orientierung bzw. Antriebsrichtung zulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (26) aus jeweils einem in einem Langloch (29) der Unterplatte (20) in x- oder y-Richtung verschiebbar angeordneten Nutenstein (30) gebildet sind, welcher durch eine in der Oberplatte (21) angeordnete Schraube (33) gehalten ist, die in einem quer zum Langloch (29) der Unterplatte (20) angeordneten weiteren Langloch (31) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Antriebselement (27) als Exzenterschraube (41) ausgebildet ist, deren mit Schlüsselflächen (42) versehener Kopf (43) in einem Nutenstein (38) angeordnet ist, der quer zur Antriebsrichtung in einem Langloch (37) der Oberplatte (21) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, während ein entgegengesetzt der Schlüsselflächen (42) exzentrisch am Kopf (43) angeordneter Körper (44) in einer Bohrung (39) der Unterplatte (20) lediglich drehbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Feststellelement (28) aus einem Einsatzteil (48) gebildet ist, welches ein Langloch (50) aufweist, daß das Einsatzteil (48) in einer zur Unterplatte (20) hin konisch zusammenlaufende Ausnehmung (45) angeordnet ist und daß im Langloch (50) eine Schraube (49) gehalten ist, die in eine dem Einsatzteil (48) gegenüberliegenden Gewindebohrung (47) der Unterplatte (20) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungs-, Antriebs- und Feststellelemente (26, 27, 28) randlich der Gegenstanzplatte (18) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstanzplatte (18) mit einer optischen Weg-Meßvorrichtung (56) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weg-Meßvorrichtung (56) aus jeweils einer im Bereich der in x- und einer im Bereich der in y-Richtung verlaufenden Begrenzung der Oberplatte (21) randlich, halbkreisförmig herausgeschnittenen Ausnehmung (57) gebildet ist, deren zur ursprünglichen Begrenzung der Oberplatte (21) hin schräg verlaufende Laibungsfläche (58) mit einer Markierung (59) versehen ist, welche im Zusammenwirken mit einer auf der Oberfläche (60) der Unterplatte. (20) angeordneten Skalierung (61) das Ablesen einer Verschiebung der Oberplatte (21) gegenüber der Unterplatte (20) in x- und y-Richtung ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungs-, Antriebs- und Feststellelemente (26, 27, 28) einzeln bzw. zumindest teilweise zusammengefaßt in aus Unter- und Oberplatte (20, 21) bestehenden Einbausegmenten (19, 55) angeordnet sind, welche in entsprechende Ausnehmungen einsetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbausegmente (19, 55) zwischen mit Hinterschneidungen versehenen, gegenüberliegenden Ausnehmungen (23) von Unter- und Oberplatte (20, 21) gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterplatte (20) randlich wenigstens zwei beabstandete Ausnehmungen (62) aufweist, in denen jeweils ein Führungs-/Antriebselement (67) in x- und y-Richtung bewegbar angeordnet ist, welches zusätzlich mit der Oberplatte (21) bewegungsverbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Ausnehmung (62) beidseitig randlich eine stufige Erweiterung (65) aufweist, daß das Führungs-/Antriebselement (67) aus einer im Bereich der Erweiterung (65) mit der Unterplatte (20) fest verbundenen Widerlagerplatte (68) und einer in randlich der Ausnehmung (62) vorhandenen Führungen in x-Richtung verschiebbar angeordneten Verstelleinheit (69) gebildet ist, daß die Verstelleinheit (69) eine in x-Richtung angeordnete Verstellschraube (71) aufweist, deren Kopf in der Verstelleinheit (69) gelagert ist und deren endseitig mit Schlüsselflächen (92) versehenes Gewindeteil (91) in eine Gewinde-Durchgangsbohrung (90) der Widerlagerplatte (68) eingreift und daß die Verstelleinheit (69) ein in y-Richtung verstellbares, in eine Bohrung (83, 84) der Oberplatte (21) ragendes Verstellelement (72) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (72) zumindest an einem Ende versenkt angeordnete Schlüsselflächen (78) aufweist, daß das Verstellelement (72) innerhalb eines sich in y-Richtung erstreckendem Langloch (L) der Verstelleinheit (69) angeordnet ist und daß es im Bereich mindestens einer an der Langloch-Laibungsfläche angeordneten Verzahnung (88) mit einer korrespondierenden Verzahnung (81) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (L) an einer Längsseite ein fest angeordnetes und an der anderen Längsseite ein begrenzt in y-Richtung verschiebbares Verzahnungselement (88, 89) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungs-/Antriebselement (67) eine Verstelleinheit (69) aufweist, die in randlich der Ausnehmung (62) vorhandenen Führungen (70) in x-Richtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist, daß zumindest ein Teil der den Führungen (70) gegenüberliegenden Randbereich (64) der Verstelleinheit (69) eine Verzahnung (93) aufweist, daß der Verzahnung (93) gegenüberliegend jeweils ein innerhalb der Kontur der Unterplatte (20) angeordnetes, unterseitig mit versenkten Schlüsselflächen (78) versehenes Verstellelement (94) vorhanden ist, welches mit einer korrespondierenden Verzahnung (81) versehen ist und daß die Verstelleinheit (69) zusätzlich ein in y-Richtung bewegbares, in eine Bohrung (83, 84) der Oberplatte (21) ragendes Verstellelement (72) gemäß Anspruch 13 aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Führungs-/Antriebselemente (97/98) jeweils aus einer fest mit der Unterplatte (95) verbundenen Widerlagerplatte (104) und einer in randlich der Ausnehmung (114) vorhandenen Führungen (115) angeordneten Verstelleinheit (V) gebildet ist, die einen in y-Richtung über einen Exzenter (107) verstellbaren Schlitten (100) aufweist, der mit der Oberplatte (96) bewegungsgekoppelt ist und daß die Verstelleinheit (V) eines der beiden Führungs-/Antriebselemente (97, 98) in x-Richtung mittels eines weiteren, in Verstelleinheit (V) und Widerlagerplatte (104) angeordneten Exzenters (109) innerhalb der Übermaß aufweisenden Ausnehmung (114) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Führungs-/Antriebselemente (124, 125) jeweils aus einer fest mit der Unterplatte (95) verbundenen Widerlagerplatte (137) und einer in randlich der Ausnehmung (114) vorhandenen Führungen (115) angeordneten Verstelleinheit (V) gebildet ist, die eine fensterartige Einsenkung (128) mit einer in bezug zum Koordinatenkreuz schräg angeordneten Aussparung (129) aufweist, in welcher ein Exzenter (132) geführt ist, der einen in die Oberplatte (96) ragenden, mit Schlüsselflächen (S) versehenen Zapfen (131) aufweist, mit dem die Oberplatte (96) in y-Richtung bewegungsgekoppelt ist und daß die Verstelleinheit (V) eines der beiden Führungs-/Antriebselemente (124, 125) in x-Richtung über ein in der Widerlagerplatte (137) angeordnetes, in x-Richtung verlaufendes sowie in die Verstelleinheit (V) eingreifendes Gewindeelement (138) innerhalb der Übermaß aufweisenden Ausnehmung (114) bewegbar ist.
