Claims (16)
- Flächiges Kühl- und Heizelement zur Ausbildung einer Verkleidung für die Decke eines Raumes und zur Integration in eine derartige Verkleidung, bei dem der Zwischenraum (Zr) zwischen der Verkleidung und der Decke oder das Innere (In) des Kühl- und Heizelementes (Ke) selbst mit einer temperierten Luftströmung beaufschlagbar sind und das Kühl- und Heizelement (Ke) zu dem Raum hin von einer porösen Deckschicht (Ds) abgeschlossen ist, welche von einer in den Raum (Ra) gerichteten ersten, dabei von der porösen Deckschicht (Ds) flächig in eine Vielzahl von Teilströmungen zerlegten Zuluftströmung (Zs1) passierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Deckschicht (Ds) als mikroporöse Schicht ausgebildet ist, daß mindestens eine, die Deckschicht (Ds) durchbrechende Luftaustrittsöffnung (Lö) für eine ungestört aus einem Lüfter (Lü) und/oder einem Wärmetauscher (Wt) in den Raum (Ra) geförderte zweite Zuluftströmung (Zs2) vorgesehen ist und daß die mindestens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung (Lö) in Form von drehbaren, stufenlos verstellbaren Lüftungselementen ausgebildet sind. - Kühl- und Heizelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lüfter (Lü) und/oder in seiner Luftströmung ein Wärmetauscher (Wt) in dem Inneren (In) des Kühl- und Heizelementes (Ke) vorgesehen sind, vorzugsweise zumindest der Lüfter (Lü) in einem gesonderten Gehäuse (Gh).
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (Ds) aus einem Vlies oder Gewebe aus Glas-, Kunst- und/oder Naturfasern besteht.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wärmetauscher (Wt) mit einer Auffangwanne (Kw) für anfallendes Kondensat versehen ist.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lüfter (Lü) ansaugseitig mit einem Filter (Fi) von dem Raum (Ra) getrennt ist.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filter (Fi) von dem Raum (Ra) aus sichtbar ist.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es schallschluckend ausgebildet ist.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in seinem Inneren (In) eine Heizung und/oder Kühlung für die Zuluftströmungen (Zs1,Zs2) vorgesehen sind.
- Kühl- und Heizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zu der Decke des Raumes (Ra) hin von einer luftundurchlässigen Abdeckung (Ad) abgeschlossen ist.
- Verkleidung für die Decke eines Raumes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens in einem Teilbereich den Raum (Ra) klimatisierende Kühl- und Heizelemente (Ke) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 enthält.
- Verkleidung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühl- und Heizelemente (Ke) mindestens teilweise in der Nähe der Fenster (Fe) des Raumes (Ra) vorgesehen sind.
- Verkleidung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühl- und Heizelemente (Ke) mindestens teilweise in der Nähe von in dem Raum (Ra) befindlichen Durchführungen (Df) durch eine Außenwand (Aw) für die Außenluft (Al) vorgesehen sind.
- Verkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung (Lö) so eingestellt ist, daß eine erste Teilströmung (Ts1) senkrecht nach unten gerichtet ist und daß mindestens eine weitere Luftaustrittsöffnung (Lö) so eingestellt ist, daß sie eine schräg nach unten in den Raum (Ra) hinein gerichtete zweite Teilströmung (Ts2) ausbildet.
- Verkleidung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (Lö) einander benachbart vorgesehen sind.
- Verkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiterer Luftauslaß (La) für einen vom Raum auf das Kühl- und Heizelement gerichteten Luftstrom vorgesehen ist.
- Verkleidung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftauslaß (La) unterhalb des Fensters angeordnet ist.
