Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour laver un cylindre gravé et un rouleau d'application associé, couplé à un dispositif d'amenée, dans une machine d'impression, ayant un dispositif de lavage avec amenée de fluide de nettoyage et évacuation de fluide de nettoyage,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le fonctionnement d'impression, tandis que le rouleau d'application amène un agent liquide au cylindre gravé, un fluide de nettoyage est pulvérisé sur le cylindre gravé rotatif et aspiré de sa surface d'enveloppe, et en ce que, en fonctionnement sans impression, un fluide de nettoyage est pulvérisé sur le rouleau d'application rotatif, séparé du cylindre gravé, et sur le cylindre gravé rotatif et est aspiré de leurs surfaces d'enveloppe.

    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de lavage (5) présente deux surfaces cintrées, une première surface étant associée au cylindre gravé (2) et une seconde surface au rouleau d'application (3), à chaque fois, de façon écartée par une fente (12), en ce que chaque surface présente un dispositif de pulvérisation (10) et un dispositif d'aspiration (11), en ce que chaque dispositif de pulvérisation (10) est couplé à une amenée de fluide de nettoyage séparée (6), en ce que chaque dispositif d'aspiration (11) est coupé à une évacuation de fluide de nettoyage séparée (7), en ce que les dispositifs de pulvérisation (10) et les dispositifs d'aspiration (11) peuvent être commandés individuellement par une unité de commande commune (8), et en ce que les amenées de fluide de nettoyage (6) et les évacuations de fluide de nettoyage (7) sont reliées à au moins un récipient commun (9) pour recevoir un fluide de nettoyage.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le sens de rotation du rouleau d'application (3) ou du cylindre gravé (2), le dispositif de pulvérisation (10) est à chaque fois agencé en amont du dispositif d'aspiration (11).
