Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Walzen von Profilen in ein Werkstück, insbesondere Querwalzen, Längswalzen und Schrägwalzen von Gewinden, Rändelungen, Zahnwalzprofilen od.dgl., mit zumindest einem Walzwerkzeug (1,1.1) und zumindest einer Antriebseinrichtung (4,4.1) mit Antriebsmotor (5,5.1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (4,4.1), nahe dem Walzwerkzeug (1,1.1), abgebremst oder beschleunigt und damit ein Spiel in der Antriebseinrichtung aufgehoben und die Antriebseinrichtung beim Eingreifen des Walzwerkzeugs in das Werkstück (13) hydrodynamisch abgebremst und kurz nach dem Eingreifen das Abbremsen aufgehoben und das Spiel zwischen Werkstück und Werkzeug zugelassen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß rechnergesteuert abgebremst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein kleineres Bremsmoment als das Antriebsmoment der Antriebseinrichtung (4,4.1) gewählt und hierdurch die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit der Antriebseinrichtung konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 is 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bremseinrichtung (10,10.1) nahe dem Walzwerkzeug (1,1.1) wirkt und mit dem Walzwerkzeug bei dessen Bewegung zum Werkstück (13) mit bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Walzen von Profilen in ein Werkstück, insbesondere Querwalzen, Längswalzen und Schrägwalzen von Gewinden, Rändelungen, Zahnwalzprofilen od. dgl., mit zumindest einem Walzwerkzeug (1, 1.1) und zumindest einer Antriebseinrichtung (4, 4.1) mit Antriebsmotor (5, 5.1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Antriebseinrichtung (4, 4.1) nahe dem Walzwerkzeug zumindest eine Bremseinrichtung (10, 10.1) zugeordnet und welche mit einem Übertragungselement (9, 9.1) in Richtung des Werkstückes (13) bewegbar ist und welche steuerbar einschaltbar oder ausschaltbar ist, wobei Mittel zum Einschalten der Bremseinrichtung beim Eingreifen des Walzwerkzeuges in das Werkstück und zum Ausschalten der Bremseinrichtung kurz nach dem Eingreifen des Walzwerkzeuges vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung (10, 10.1) als hydrodynamische Bremse ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung (10, 10.1) mit einem Übertragungselement (9, 9.1) der Antriebseinrichtung (4, 4.1) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung (10, 10.1) über ein Zahnrad (11) mit einem Zahnkranz (12) des Übertragungselementes (9, 9.1) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung (10, 10.1) über Verbindungsleitungen (15, 15.1) mit einem Ventil (16), insbesondere einem Dreiwegeventil in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (16) mechanisch oder elektronisch steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitungen (15, 15.1) von dem Ventil (16) zu einem Druckbegrenzungsventil (17) führen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über das Druckbegrenzungsventil (17) ein Bremsmoment der Einrichtung (10, 10.1) bevorzugt rechnergesteuert regelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Druckbegrenzungsventil (17) ein Manometer (22) und ein Druckreduzierventil (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Druckbegrenzungsventil (17) ein weiteres Manometer (19) und ein Rückschlagventil (20) zugeordnet ist.
