- Figure 1 représente une armure d'une structure de revêtement tissée conforme à l'invention ;
- Figure 2 est un schéma représentant une structure tissée suivant l'armure de la figure 1, les fils de chaíne étant dans le plan de la figure ;
- Figure 3 est une vue partielle schématique en perspective d'une structure tissée conformément à la figure 2 ;
- Figure 4 représente l'armure de la figure 2 réduite aux fils de trame et au fil de chaíne N° 1 ;
- Figures 5 à 13 sont des figures homologues de la figure 4 mais avec les fils de chaíne N° 2 à N° 10 respectivement ;
- Figures 14 à 16 représentent une autre armure d'une structure selon l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Revêtement de surface provisoire notamment pour la circulation d'engins sur sol sableux ou marécageux, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une structure tissée formée à partir de fils de trame (N° 1 à 26) du type monofilament disposés suivant une seule couche et de fils de chaíne (N° 1 à 10) également disposés suivant une seule couche, l'armure de la structure tissée étant telle que chaque fil de chaíne s'entrecroise avec les fils de trame suivant, de préférence et très approximativement, la moitié des intersections des rangées et colonnes de l'armure, le fil de chaíne étant laissé dans les intersections restantes, en sorte, pour chaque fil de chaíne, d'obtenir au moins une zone d'armure simple et serrée (A) suivie d'une zone de flottés (B), l'alternance des différentes zones susdites provoquant des resserrements des fils de trame créant un relief important (S1,S2,C1,C2) du tissu ainsi réalisé.
- Revêtement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaíne de l'armure présentent le même type de zone d'armure simple et serrée (A).
- Revêtement suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaíne de l'armure présentent le même type de zone de flottés (B).
- Revêtement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaíne de l'armure présentent des types différents de zone d'armure simple et serrée (A) et de zone de flottés (B).
- Revêtement suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'armure simple et serrée (A) sont des armures de toile.
- Revêtement suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaíne et de trame sont réalisées dans un matériau choisi dans le groupe comprenant les polyesters, les polyamides, les polypropylènes et les polyéthylènes.
- Revêtement suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les fils de trame ont un diamètre de l'ordre de 50 à 200 centièmes de mm et les fils de chaíne ont de préférence un diamètre légèrement inférieur à celui des fils de trame.
- Revêtement suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'armure est choisie dans le groupe illustré par les figures 1 et 14 à 16.
- Revêtement suivant la revendication 8, présentant une armure selon la figure 1, une épaisseur de l'ordre de 10 millimètres, un grammage de 725 g. environ au mètre carré et 1000 fils de chaíne au mètre, de diamètre 50/100 de mm et 620 fils de trame au mètre, de diamètre 80/100 de mm.
