Claims (6)
- Dichtungsanordnung einer Kreiselpumpe zur Förderung heißer Medien, bestehend aus mindestens einer im Bereich einer Wellendurchführung angeordneten Gleitringdichtung, einem Kühlkreislauf zur Kühlung der Gleitringdichtung, wobei das Kühlmedium und das Fördermedium identisch sind, und der Kühlkreislauf mit einem Kühler versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem Gleitringdichtungsraum (8) mit einer darin angeordneten Gleitringdichtung (7) und einem Pumpeninnenraum ein Dichtungselement (5) angeordnet ist und dichtend am rotierenden Teil (14, 22) der Pumpe anliegt, und daß eine Druckausgleichseinrichtung (19) zwischen Gleitringdichtungsraum (8) und Pumpeninnenraum angeordnet ist.
- Dichtungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtungselement (5) als berührender Dichtungsring ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtungselement aus einem hochpolymeren Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckausgleichseinrichtung (19) in Form einer Druckausgleichsöffnung zwischen Gleitringdichtungsraum (8) und Pumpeninnenraum angeordnet ist.
- Dichtungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckausgleichseinrichtung (19) in den Dichtungsraum (8) neben einer Abflußleitung (9) einmündet.
- Dichtungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckausgleichseinrichtung (19) lagesichernd am Dichtungselement (5) anliegt.
