Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schulranzen im Hochformat mit Tragriemen und offener oberer Seite mit Verschlußklappe gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Schulranzen haben in letzten zwanzig Jahren eine grundlegende Wandlung erfahren. Ausgehend von dem früher üblichen Lederranzen im Querformat sind zunächst Kunststoffe eingesetzt worden, die durch Kombination von steifen oder halbsteifen Elementen und flexiblen Folien oder Gewebebahnen eine erhebliche Gewichtsreduzierung ermöglichten. In letzter Zeit ist eine Entwicklung in Richtung auf ein Hochformat eingetreten, bei dem der Innenraum im wesentlichen dem aufrecht stehenden DIN A4-Format entspricht und daher für die Aufnahme von Heften und Büchern bis hin zum Format DIN A4 durchaus geeignet und ausreichend ist. Im übrigen bietet das Hochformat Vorteile beim Tragen, insbesondere bei jüngeren Kindern in den ersten Schuljahren, gegenüber dem seitlich vorstehenden Querformat.
Die FR-A-2 304 301 zeigt und beschreibt eine Schultasche der eingangs genannten Art. Diese Schultasche umfaßt eine steife Rückenschale und eine textile Rückseite, die mehr oder weniger weit aufgezogen werden kann. Dieses textile Teil wird am oberen Rand durch einen Gurt zusammengehalten, der eine Verlängerung der Schultergurte darstellt. Die Kunststoffschale ist auf der dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandten Seite in senkrechter und waagerechter Richtung gewölbt.
Die EP 0 158 154 A2 befaßt sich mit einem Wanderrucksack, bei dem die dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandte Fläche in senkrechter und waagerechter Richtung konkav gewölbt und durch eine Spannbahn mit Abstand überspannt ist, so daß der eigentliche Rucksack vom Rücken des Trägers einen Abstand hält und Luft in dem gebildeten Zwischenraum zirkulieren kann.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schulranzen im Hochformat derart auszugestalten, daß er in besonderer Weise der Körperform von Kindern in den ersten Schuljahren Rechnung trägt und sich durch Verstellung der Tragriemen an die zunehmende Körpergröße in der Zeitspanne vom sechsten bis zehnten Lebensjahr der Kinder anpassen läßt. Mit anderen Worten, der Schulranzen soll so ausgebildet sein, daß er so weit wie möglich alle ergonomischen Forderungen erfüllt.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Schultasche mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Im einzelnen weist ein erfindungsgemäßer Schulranzen die Merkmale auf, daß der Schulranzen eine steife Kunststoffschale, die die dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandte Grundfläche und den Boden sowie wenigstens Teilbereiche der Seitenwände des Schulranzens bildet, sowie ein mit den rückwärtigen Rändern des Bodens und der Seitenwände der Kunststoffschale verbundenes, ausziehbares, textiles Rückenteil umfaßt, daß die Grundfläche entsprechend der üblichen Rückenform eines Trägers in senkrechter Richtung und in waagerechter Richtung konvex gewölbt ist, daß die Grundfläche im unteren Bereich über die konvexe Wölbung hinweg durch einen habsteifen Stützsteg überspannt ist, der sich beim Tragen gegen den Rücken des Trägers legt, und die Grundfläche auf der dem Träger zugewandten Außenseite in senkrechter Richtung durch eine flexible, gespannte Stützbahn überspannt ist, die an ihrem oberen Rand mit der Kunststoffschale und an ihrem unteren Rand mit dem Stützsteg verbunden ist.
Die steife Kunststoffschale nimmt also nur diejenigen Flächen ein, die zur Erhaltung einer ausreichenden Formstabilität aus steifem Material bestehen sollten. Die gesamte Rückseite wird durch eine flexible, leichte Textilware gebildet, die ihrerseits eine Vergrößerung oder Verkleinerung des Volumens des Schulranzens gestattet, indem sie einerseits ausgezogen und andererseits mehr oder weniger in Falten zusammengelegt wird.
Die Grundfläche der steifen Kunststoffschale, die dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandt ist, ist entsprechend der üblichen Rückenform eines Trägers in senkrechter Richtung und in waagerechter Richtung konvex gewölbt. Entsprechend einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Grundplatte auf der Außenseite, die dem Träger zugewandt ist, in senkrechter Richtung durch eine flexible, gespannte Stützbahn überspannt, die beim Tragen eine flexible Anpassung an den Rücken des Trägers ermöglicht und im übrigen einen Abstand zwischen der Kunststoffschale und dem Rücken des Trägers gewährleistet, der eine ausreichende Durchlüftung ermöglicht und die Schweißbildung auf dem Rücken des Trägers verhindert. Diese Stützbahn besteht vorzugsweise aus einem relativ lockeren, großmaschigen Gewebe oder Netzwerk, zum Beispiel aus Kunststoff.
Im unteren Bereich des Schulranzens ist die negative Wölbung der Grundfläche der Kunststoffschale durch einen Stützsteg überspannt, der beispielsweise durch einen dünnen Kunststoffstreifen gebildet ist, der eine gewisse Anpassungsfähigkeit in bezug auf die Form des Rückens des Trägers aufweist, jedoch einen Abstand zwischen dem Rücken des Trägers und der Grundfläche der Kunststoffschale aufrechterhält. Im übrigen ist an diesem Stützsteg die zuvor erwähnte, senkrechte Stützbahn befestigt. Der Stützsteg kann im übrigen eine Polsterung aufweisen.
Die Seitenansicht der Kunststoffschale ist im weitesten Sinne sichelförmig. Dabei werden die Teilbereiche der Seitenwände, die durch die Kunststoffschale gebildet werden, nach oben schmaler, ohne allerdings, wie bei einer Sichel, zu einer Spitze zusammenzulaufen. Das textile Rückenteil des Schulranzens ist folglich an einem bogenförmigen, rückwärtigen Rand der Seitenwände und an dem rückwärtigen Rand des Bodens der Kunststoffschale befestigt.
Die Befestigung an den Seitenwänden erfolgt dadurch, daß der vordere Rand des textilen Rückenteils durch den rückwärtigen Randstreifen der Seitenwände der Kunststoffschale und eine auf den Rand des Rückenteils aufgelegte, mit der Seitenwand durch den Randbereich des textilen Rückenteils hindurch verrastbare Befestigungsleiste eingespannt wird. Diese Befestigungsleiste wird vorzugsweise mit Kunststoffnieten mit den Seitenwänden der Kunststoffschale verbunden. Die Befestigungsleiste kann auf ihrer Außenfläche Reflektoren tragen, die zugleich dekoratives Element und Sicherheitsmaßnahme für den Träger des Schulranzens darstellen.
Wie bereits ausgeführt wurde, ist das textile Rückenteil ausziehbar, so daß sich das Volumen des Schulranzens vergrößern läßt. Zu diesem Zweck sind beispielsweise Spannbänder vorgesehen, die auf beiden Seiten von der Kunststoffschale ausgehen und durch Ösen im oberen Rand des textilen Rückenteils hin und her geführt werden. Die beiden auf den beiden Seiten vorgesehenen Spannbänder können auf der Rückseite des Schulranzens enger oder weiter zusammengezogen werden.
Im Inneren des Schulranzens können in Querrichtung verlaufende, senkrechte Trennwände vorgesehen sein, die an ihrem unteren Rand mit dem Boden der Kunststoffschale verbunden sind. Die beiden erwähnten Spannbänder können zwischen zwei Ösen in dem textilen Rückenteil durch entsprechende Ösen oder Ringe am oberen Rand der Trennwände laufen und die Trennwände auf diese Weise in der senkrechten Stellung und einer vorgegebenen Position halten.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Im folgenden werden bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt vor allem das Profil des Schulranzens gemäß der Erfindung und vor allem des Anteils des Schulranzens, der durch eine Kunststoffschale gebildet wird, in seitlicher Ansicht. Die Kunststoffschale ist in Fig. 1 mit 10 bezeichnet. Sie ist in der Seitenansicht im weitesten Sinne sichelförmig entsprechend einer Sichel mit gekappter Spitze im oberen Bereich von Fig. 1 ausgebildet. Damit folgt der Schulranzen in der Seitenansicht bereits grundsätzlich der Kontur des Rückens eines Trägers. Neben dieser konvexen Rundung in senkrechter Richtung ist die dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandte, also rechts in Fig. 1 liegende, mit 12 bezeichnete Grundfläche der Kunststoffschale auch in Querrichtung, also senkrecht zur Zeichenebene in Fig. 1 konvex gewölbt, wie durch eine gestrichelte Linie 14 in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist.
Die dem Betrachter in Fig. 1 zugewandte Seitenwand ist mit 16 bezeichnet.
Die Grundfläche 12 der Kunststoffschale ist von oben nach unten durch eine flexible oder leicht elastische, dünne Stützbahn 18 überspannt, die beispielsweise aus einem grobmaschigen Gewebe aus Kunststoff besteht. Die Stützbahn 18 ist in geeigneter Weise am oberen Rand 20 der Grundfläche 12 befestigt und ist an ihrem unteren Rand mit einem mit 22 bezeichneten Stützsteg in nicht näher dargestellter Weise verbunden, der die Grundfläche 12 der Kunststoffschale an deren unterem Rand in Querrichtung überspannt. Der Stützsteg 22 ist leicht biegsam und nachgiebig, kann sich also an die Rückenform des Trägers anpassen, hält jedoch einen Abstand zwischen dem Rücken des Trägers und dem konvexen Mittelbereich der Grundfläche 12 aufrecht, so daß auch hier eine ausreichende Belüftung möglich ist.
Der Stützsteg kann auf der dem Benutzer des Schulranzens zugewandten Seite mit einer Polsterung 24 versehen sein. Der Stützsteg 22 weist an beiden Enden abgewinkelte Wangen 26,28 (Fig. 2) auf, die sich gegen die Seitenwände 16 der Kunststoffschale von außen anlegen und mit Hilfe von Nieten 30 befestigt sind. Die Nieten 30 dienen zugleich zur drehbaren Aufnahme eines Endstücks 32 eines lediglich angedeuteten Tragriemens 34. Die Tragriemen von beiden Seiten werden im oberen Bereich der Kunststoffschale zu deren Mitte geführt und in geeigneter Weise befestigt, wie später genauer erläutert werden soll.
An der Unterseite der Kunststoffschale 10 ist ein Sockel 36 aus einem faserverstärkten, abriebfesten Kunststoff befestigt.
Zur Rückseite, also nach links in Fig. 1 ist an den bogenförmigen Rand der Kunststoffschale 10 ein textiles Rückenteil 38 des Schulranzens befestigt, das in Fig. 1 nur teilweise dargestellt ist. An den Seitenwänden ist das textile Rückenteil 38 zwischen dem rückseitigen Randstreifen der Seitenwände 16 und einer Befestigungsleiste 40 eingespannt, die der Kontur des Randes der Seitenwnad 16 folgt und mit dieser durch das Material des Rückenteils hindurch mit Hilfe einer Anzahl von Nieten 42,44,46,48,50.... verbunden ist. Die Befestigungsleiste 40 dient zugleich als Träger von Reflektoren, die jeweils zwischen den Nieten 42,44,46,48,50.... angeordnet sind und die Bezugsziffern 52,54,56,58.... tragen. Am oberen vorderen Rand der Kunststoffschale 10 ist im übrigen eine Klappe 60 angebracht, die über die nicht bezeichnete obere Öffnung des Schulranzens gelegt werden kann und diesen verschließt. Die Klappe besteht ebenfalls aus einem flexiblen, textilen Material, einer Kunststoffolie oder dergleichen.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht auf einen erfindungsgemäßen Schulranzen. Die Kunststoffschale ist auch hier mit 10 und das textile Rückenteil mit 38 bezeichnet. Im Bereich der beiden Seitenwände 16 der Kunststoffschale sind Spannbänder 62,64 befestigt, die es gestatten, das textile Rückenteil mehr oder weniger auszulassen oder zusammenzuziehen. Die Spannbänder verlaufen hin- und hergehend durch nicht gezeigte Ösen am oberen Rand des textilen Rückenteils, so daß sie die beiden seitlichen Wände des Rückenteils ziehharmonikaförmig zusammenschieben, wenn die Spannbänder an der Rückseite des textilen Rückenteils 38 zusammengezogen werden. Im dargestellten Beispiel werden die beiden Spannbänder durch ein zusammenhängendes Band gebildet, so daß die beiden Spannbänder 62,64 durch Verschieben eines beide aufnehmenden Schiebers 66 an der Rückseite des Rückenteils verkürzt oder freigegeben werden können.
In Fig. 3 und 4 sind im übrigen zwei biegsame Trennwände 68,70 gezeigt, die an dem mit 72 bezeichneten Boden der Kunststoffschale 10 an beiden Seiten in Gelenken 74,76 und 78,80 lösbar befestigt sind. An ihren äußeren Ecken weisen die Trennwände 68,70 ebenfalls nicht dargestellte Ösen auf, durch die Abschnitte der beiden Spannbänder 62,64 hindurchgeführt werden, die sich zwischen zwei Ösen auf der Innenseite des textilen Rückenteils befinden. Die Spannbänder 62,64 haben also zugleich die Funktion, die Trennwände zu halten und beim Zusammenziehen des textilen Rückenteils mitzunehmen.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Schulranzen von der Seite des Trägers her. Erkennbar sind die Kunststoffschale 10, der Stützsteg 22 und die Stützbahn 18. Angedeutet ist im übrigen die Befestigung der Tragriemen 34 im oberen Bereich der Kunststoffschale 10. Vorzugsweise ist hier eine nicht dargestellte Höhenverstelleinrichtung vorgesehen. Im übrigen befindet sich am oberen Rand der Kunststoffschale 10 ein Handgriffriemen 82.
Zur Schaffung eines ausreichenden Freiraums für die Befestigung und gegebenenfalls Höhenverstellung der Tragriemen im oberen Bereich ist die Stützbahn 18 in diesem Bereich mit einem rechteckigen Ausschnitt 84 versehen, da in diesem oberen Bereich eine Abstützung am Rücken des Trägers ohnehin nicht in Frage kommt. Am unteren Rand ist die Stützbahn 18, wie erwähnt, mit dem Stützsteg 22 verbunden. Der Stützsteg 22 weist eine nicht im einzelnen dargestellte Polsterung auf.
Wie Fig. 5 im übrigen erkennen läßt, sind die seitlichen Ränder der Kunststoffschale 10 auf der dem Träger zugewandten Seite in Höhe der Arme mit Auskehlungen 86,88 versehen, die es dem Träger ermöglichen, die Arme auch nach hinten zu führen, ohne daß hier eine störende Berührung mit einer Kante der Kunststoffschale eintritt.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine Unteransicht der Kunststoffschale 10 mit dem Sockel 36. Der Sockel 36 weist entlang dem gesamten Rand des Bodens 72 der Kunststoffschale einen vorspringenden Rahmen auf, der aus einem verschleißfesten Material besteht und die Standfläche des Schulranzens bildet. Es ist erkennbar, daß der Sockel 36, dessen Umriß dem Umriß des Bodens 72 entspricht, auf der oben in Fig. 6 liegenden, dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandten Seite konvex und auf der unteren Seite in Fig. 6 konkav gekrümmt ist.
In der vorstehenden Beschreibung wurde ausgeführt, daß das textile Rückenteil 38 mit der Kunststoffschale 10 dadurch verbunden ist, daß das Textilmaterial zwischen dem rückwärtigen Rand der Kunststoffschale und den Befestigungsleisten 40 eingespannt wird. Umgekehrt kann die Befestigungsleiste 40 mit den Nieten und den Reflektoren 52 in die Außenfläche der Kunststoffschale integriert sein, während das textile Material auf der Innenseite auf eine Aufsteckleiste genäht wird, die dann ihrerseits an der Kunststoffschale befestigt wird.
Der erfindungsgemäße Schulranzen weist eine Reihe von Vorteilen auf. Die Kunststoffschale entspricht nicht nur allen wesentlichen ergonomischen Anforderungen, sondern sie ist auch aufgrund ihrer in mehreren Richtungen gekrümmten und gewölbten Form sehr stabil. Aufgrund ihrer Stabilität schützt sie den Inhalt des Schulranzens in ausreichendem Maße. Andererseits ermöglicht das textile Rückenteil eine Vergrößerung oder Verkleinerung des Innenraums des Schulranzens durch Zusammenziehen oder Lösen der Spannbänder 62,64. Das zusätzlich durch das textile Rückenteil hinzugefügte Gewicht ist äußerst gering.
Die bewegliche Aufhängung der Trennwände 68,70 in den Gelenken 74,76,78,80 am Boden 72 der Kunststoffschale und an den Spannbändern 62,64 ermöglicht zum einen eine Unterteilung des Inneren des Schulranzens durch Fächer einstellbarer Größe und zum anderen ein einfaches Zusammenschieben und Aueinanderziehen der Gesamtanordnung aus Rückenteil und Trennwänden mit Hilfe der Spannbänder.
Gegen den Rücken des Trägers liegen im wesentlichen nur der untere Stützsteg 22 mit dessen Polsterung und die grobmaschige Stützbahn 18 an, so daß der Rücken weitgehend der Umgebungsluft zugänglich bleibt und eine Schweißbildung vermieden werden kann.

Claims (6)

  1. Schulranzen im Hochformat mit Tragriemen und offener oberer Seite mit Verschlußklappe, mit den Merkmalen, daß
    der Schulranzen eine steife Kunststoffschale (10), die die dem Rücken des Trägers zugewandte Grundfläche (12) und den Boden (72) sowie wenigstens Teilbereiche der Seitenwände (16) des Schulranzens bildet, sowie ein mit den rückwärtigen Rändern des Bodens und der Seitenwände der Kunststoffschale (10) verbundenes, ausziehbares, textiles Rückenteil (38) umfaßt;
    die Grundfläche (12) entsprechend der üblichen Rückenform eines Trägers in senkrechter Richtung und in waagerechter Richtung konvex gewölbt ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Grundfläche (12) im unteren Bereich über die konvexe Wölbung hinweg durch einen halbsteifen Stützsteg (22) überspannt ist, der sich beim Tragen gegen den Rücken des Trägers legt;
    die Grundfläche (12) auf der dem Träger zugewandten Außenseite in senkrechter Richtung durch eine flexible, gespannte Stützbahn (18) überspannt ist, die an ihrem oberen Rand mit der Kunststoffschale (10) und an ihrem unteren Rand mit dem Stützsteg (22) verbunden ist;
    Spannbänder (62,64), ausgehend von beiden Seiten der Kunststoffschale (10), hin- und hergehend durch Ösen im oberen Rand des textilen Rückenteils (38) zu dessen Rückseite geführt und hier miteinander einstellbar verbunden sind;
    im Inneren des Schulranzens wenigstens eine Trennwand (68,70) vorgesehen ist, die am Boden (72) in Gelenken (74,76,78,80) befestigt ist; und
    die Spannbänder (62,64) in ihren innerhalb des textilen Rückenteils (38) liegenden Abschnitten durch Ösen an den oberen äußeren Ecken der Trennwände (68,70) hindurchgeführt sind.
  2. Schulranzen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützsteg (22) eine Polsterung (24) aufweist.
  3. Schulranzen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (16) der Kunststoffschale (10) im wesentlichen die Form einer Sichel mit abgeflachter Spitze aufweisen.
  4. Schulranzen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (16) am rückwärtigen Rand auf ihrer Außenfläche mit dem Rand folgenden, bogenförmigen Befestigungsleisten (40) verbunden sind, die zusammen mit den Seitenwänden das textile Rückenteil (38) einspannen.
  5. Schulranzen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsleisten (40) mit den Seitenwänden (16) mit Hilfe von Nieten (42,44,46,48,50) verbunden sind, die den Rand des textilen Rückenteils (38) durchdringen.
  6. Schulranzen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Spannbänder (62,64) an der Rückseite des Rückenteils (38) gemeinsam durch einen Schieber (66) laufen, der es gestattet, die Spannbänder (62,64) zu verkürzen oder freizugeben.
