Claims (10)

  1. Conteneur avec une goulotte de remplissage (4) pour les équipements d'emballage en atmosphère aseptique, dont les parois sont composées de l'accouplement de au moins deux couches (2, 3) de matière plastique, avec au moins une de ces couches (2) éventuellement métallisée ou avec un effet barrière, caractérisé par le fait que ladite goulotte (4) est fixée à la paroi correspondante du conteneur (1) de manière à laisser intègre au moins une première couche (3) de matière, qui est cassée au moment du remplissage du conteneur (1) avec le produit.
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première couche (3) est la couche la plus intérieure de la paroi correspondante du conteneur (1) et qu'elle comporte une pellicule de polyéthylène alors que ladite deuxième couche (2) est la plus extérieure et comporte un laminé composé, de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, de polyéthylène, de polyester métallisé et de polyéthylène.
  3. Conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé par le fait que ladite goulotte (4) est fixée extérieurement sur ladite première couche (3) qui est conservée intègre, par soudure, collage ou autres moyens, d'une flasque de base (5), alors que ladite deuxième couche (2) est trouée pour l'insertion de la goulotte (4), et ultérieurement fixée, par soudure ou autre moyen semblable, à ladite flasque de base (5) de la goulotte (4).
  4. Conteneur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que entre lesdites couches (2, 3) au moins une autre couche de matière est interposée, accouplée à la première couche interne (3) et donc non trouée.
  5. Conteneur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une autre couche de matière est interposée entre lesdites couches (2, 3), accouplée à ladite deuxième couche externe (2) et donc trouée pour permettre le passage de la goulotte (4).
  6. Conteneur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première couche interne (3) non trouée est cassée pendant la phase de remplissage par le jet du produit introduit à travers la goulotte (4).
  7. Conteneur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première couche non trouée (3) est cassée par un jet de vapeur sous pression, qui est introduit à travers la goulotte (4) immédiatement avant le remplissage avec le produit.
  8. Conteneur selon n'importe laquelle des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première couche non trouée (3) est cassée au moment du remplissage du conteneur par des moyens mécaniques.
  9. Procédé pour la production de conteneurs avec goulotte de remplissage pour équipements d'emballage en atmosphère aseptique comprenant les phases suivantes :
    avance d'un tuyau comprenant deux pellicules superposées (3) de polyéthylène, jusqu'à une station (12) où ladite goulotte (4) est appliquée sur l'extérieur de l'une de ces pellicules (3) en préservant l'intégrité de la pellicule;
    dans une station successive (13), accouplement d'un laminé (2) en polyéthylène, polyester métallisé, polyéthylène, préalablement troué dans une station de découpage (14) pour permettre le passage de ladite goulotte (4);
    accouplement sur l'autre face du tuyau (3-3) dans une station (15), d'un autre laminé (2) constitué de polyéthylène, polyester métallisé, polyéthylène;
    soudures longitudinales et soudures et coupes transversales.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que dans ladite station (12) d'application de la goulotte (4) à l'une des pellicules (3), on a prévu une soudure thermique au niveau d'une flasque de base (5) de la goulotte et par le fait que dans ladite station d'accouplement (13) dudit laminé troué (2), on a prévu une ultérieure soudure dudit laminé sur ladite flasque de base (5) de la goulotte (4).
