Claims (10)

  1. Behälter mit Fülldüse (4) für antiseptische Verpackungsanlagen, dessen Wände durch die Kopplung von mindestens zwei Schichten (2, 3) aus Kunststoffmaterial entstehen, wobei mindestens eine dieser Schichten (2) eventuell metallisiert ist bzw. eine Sperrwirkung besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Düse (4) an der entsprechenden Wand des Behälters (1) befestigt ist, und zwar so, daß mindestens eine erste Materialschicht (3) unversehrt gelassen wird, die erst beim Vorgang des Füllens des Behälters (1) mit dem Produkt durchbrochen wird.
  2. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese genannte erste Schicht (3) die innerste Schicht der entsprechenden Wand des Behälters (1) ist und eine Polyäthylenfolie umfaßt, während die genannte zweite Schicht (2) die äußerste ist und ein Laminat umfaßt, das von außen nach innen aus Polyäthylen, metallisiertem Polyester und Polyäthylen besteht.
  3. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Düse (4) außen an der genannten ersten Schicht (3) befestigt ist, die unversehrt bleibt, und zwar mittels Verschweißung, Verleimung oder anderer Verfahren mit einem Grundflansch (5), während die genannte zweite Schicht (2) für den Einsatz der Düse (4) gelocht und darüberhinaus durch Schweißen o.ä. am genannten Grundflansch (5) der Düse (4) befestigt ist.
  4. Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den besagten Schichten (2, 3) mindestens eine weitere Materialschicht liegt, die mit der ersten inneren Schicht (3) gekoppelt und demzufolge nicht gelocht ist.
  5. Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche von 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den genannten Schichten (2, 3) mindestens eine weitere Materialschicht liegt, die mit der genannten zweiten äußeren Schicht (2) gekoppelt und demzufolge gelocht ist, um den Durchgang der Düse (4) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine genannte, erste, innere, nicht gelochte Schicht (3) beim Füllvorgang durch den Strahl des Produkts durchbrochen wird, der über die Düse (4) eingelassen wird.
  7. Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine genannte, erste, nicht gelochte Schicht (3) durch einen Dampfstrahl unter Druck durchbrochen wird, welcher über die Düse (4) eingelassen wird, und zwar unmittelbar vor der Eingabe des Produkts.
  8. Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine erste, innere, nicht gelochte Schicht (3) beim Füllvorgang des Behälters durch mechanische Mittel durchbrochen wird.
  9. Verfahren für die Herstellung von Behältern mit Fülldüsen für antiseptische Verpackungsanlagen, das folgende Phasen umfaßt:
    Vorschub einer zwei übereinandergelagerte Folien (3) aus Polyäthylen umfassenden Röhre bis zu einer Station (12), an der außen an einer dieser Folien (3) die besagte Düse (4) angebracht wird, wobei die Unversehrtheit der Folie bewahrt bleibt;
    Kopplung eines Laminats (2) aus Polyäthylen, metallisiertem Polyester, Polyäthylen, das zuvor in einer Stanzstation (14) gelocht wurde, an einer nächsten Station, um den Durchgang der besagten Düse (4) zu ermöglichen;
    Kopplung eines weiteren Laminats (2) an der anderen Seite der Röhre (3-3), das aus Polyäthylen, metallisiertem Polyester, Polyäthylen besteht, an einer Station (15);
    Längs verlaufende Schweißnähte und quer verlaufende Schweißnähte und Schnitte.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der genannten Station (12), an der die Düse (4) an einer der Folien (3) befestigt wird, eine Thermoschweißung an einem Grundflansch (5) der Düse vorgesehen ist, sowie dadurch, daß an der genannten Station (13), an der die Kopplung des besagten gelochten Laminats (2) erfolgt, eine weitere Verschweißung dieses Laminats mit dem genannten Grundflansch (5) der Düse (4) vorgesehen ist.
