Definitions

  • the invention relates to a trigger lock weapon lock, consisting of two the trigger unit on both sides overlapping parts of the lock, which by way of a Plug connection held at a distance by meshing teeth become, for which one of the lock part assigned Plug into an insertion opening of the other lock part insertable and in the lockable tooth engagement position is feasible.
  • a weapon lock of the type in question is known from US-PS 3,624,945, the one lock part carrier a key-operated lock cylinder. Its cylinder core is coupled with a sawtooth Interlocking spigot, which interlocking with an appropriately designed, in the Insert opening of the other lock part protruding, spring-loaded toothed rack cooperates.
  • locking cylinder aligned teeth and rack together, so that when joining of the two parts of the lock a dodging the rack appears.
  • the locking cylinder is located in its open position, it is accordingly Spigot twisted so that over the circular Circumferential surface of the spigot the rack is excavated, but no meshing yet takes place.
  • the object of the invention is based on the object a generic weapon lock while maintaining to design the proven design so that handling is simplified.
  • a trigger lock Weapon lock of the type in question of simplified Handling specified is not a locking cylinder required and therefore no key because the handle is the carrier of a combination lock.
  • This can be a combination lock, for example Number disks arranged one behind the other on an axis each contain the digits from 0-9. After setting the given key secret can by Turn the handle relative to the one part of the lock Spigot turned and disengaged what position then pulling the permits two lock parts with release of the deduction the weapon previously secured by the weapon lock.
  • the length of the handle can be almost as large be like that of a lock part, so that in particular with eccentric storage of the handle large lever arm is effective, so that even with one tighten the lock parts together with inclusion of protective plates made of flexible material the disengagement of the tooth engagement position is easily accomplished is.
  • one lock part each assigned a protective plate. This can come from Rubber or a corresponding plastic. After putting the two parts of the lock together it is guaranteed that at least a lock construction Component lies in the path of the trigger and therefore its displacement prevented from triggering a projectile.
  • An advantageous feature of the invention is through a by operating the combination lock in one Locking recess of a lock part engaging Barred extension of a locking member marked. Is the given key secret on the combination lock set, so the locking member shift that its barrier extension the locking recess leaves one part of the castle. This will handle released for rotation while being carried along of the plug. Is by turning the number disks obscured the key secret, so intervenes in the Toothed position of the locking extension of the locking member by correspondingly relocating it to the locking recess.
  • the locking member as extending in the direction of extension of the handle Seesaw is formed.
  • the latter can, as with many combination locks is common, with the number disks associated locking sleeves interact. Latter form flats. If the flattening of the Locking sleeves by turning the number disks together swear, which is the right key secret, can the locking member rocker shift so that the locking extension the locking recess of one Leaves part of the lock. The handle is released for rotation.
  • the security value of the weapon lock is thereby increases that the locking member only in the locking position the combination lock is relocatable. Towards the handle from the meshing position to the release position rotated, the barrier extension extends above the facing front surface of one Part of the lock. The number disc is then turned not possible, because then the seesaw is over the locking extension supported on the front surface. A relocation the number discs therefore always require turning back the handle in the tooth engagement position.
  • the locking arm including a lever arm has outward-facing nose that is lockable in the End position of the handle a hook projection it drives under the stored part of the lock. That’s why nor the handle in the area of this lever arm turned off by the blade of a screwdriver be so that the locking extension of the locking member according to regulations in the locking recess of a lock part persists.
  • the deduction unit 2 forms a trigger guard comprising a trigger 4 5 out. It would also be possible to use the Assign trigger unit to a rifle.
  • the weapon lock 1 is made up of two lock parts overlapping the trigger unit 2 on both sides 6 and 7 together, which is on both sides of the trigger guard 5 extend the opening formed by this cover and accordingly make the trigger 4 inaccessible.
  • One lock part 6 has a cover shell 8, about the shell edge of a protective plate 9 made of flexible Plastic is inserted. Between the bottom of the bowl 8 and the protective plate 9 extends a base plate 10, which are made of the same material in a bearing bush 11 continues to receive a plug pin 12. The latter is eccentric to the longitudinal axis of the plan approximately oval-shaped cover shell 8 positioned.
  • the Bearing bush 11 is through a tendon-shaped cutout 13 open. The opening points to the longer one Side of the oval cover. Is frontal the bearing bush 11 is closed by a bush base 11 '.
  • the plug pin 12 is essentially in cross section circular design. Deviating from the circular shape the spigot forms a flattening, which however protrudes beyond the receptacle 13. On this flattened Section, the plug pin 12 has a sawtooth Toothing 14. This works together with a appropriately designed toothed racks forming saw teeth 15, which is taken up by the other lock part 7 becomes. This forms a congruent to the cover 8 designed counter cover 16. Their Shell edge is overlapped by a counter protection plate 17. Their arched longitudinal edge is conical Increases 18 equipped, but what the state of the Technology is so that it is not discussed in detail becomes. The bottom of the counter cover 16 sets itself in a socket 19 for receiving the bearing sleeve 11 and the plug 12 on.
  • the base plate 10 supports the protective plate 9 by reaching Locking bolts 24. These are in the outward direction limited sliding and are guided by compression springs 25 applied in the outward direction. It is with Embodiment distributed six such locking bolts 24 assigned to the base plate 10. At least one this locking pin 24 extends after attachment the weapon lock 1 in the relocation path of the trigger 4.
  • the end of the plug pin opposite the toothing 14 12 passes through the cover shell 8 and is there equipped with a coupling projection 26.
  • This contributes to the axial immovability of the plug pin at.
  • the latter engages in an annular groove of the plug pin 12 and extends between Base plate 10 and bottom of the cover shell 8.
  • the coupling projection 26 positively engages in the bottom 28 of a lock housing S.
  • the latter is roughly box-shaped designs and forms the two box end walls 29, 30 out.
  • the box also has the two longitudinal walls 31, 32.
  • the lock housing S extends within a gag-like handle 33.
  • the latter and the lock housing S are not illustrated by Rivet connected. A rotary shift the handle 33 is therefore on the lock housing S transferred to the plug pin 12.
  • the handle 33 takes one of the Box end walls 29, 30 supported axis 34.
  • the Bearing cavity 35 in the handle 33 is on one side open towards.
  • On axis 34 three are in a row arranged locking sleeves 36 with a flattening 36 'are provided.
  • the flat 36 'could also be used as obtuse-angled confiscation. This is known, so that it is not discussed in more detail.
  • the locking sleeves 36 are meshed in a known manner with number disks 37 arranged on them. By turning the locking sleeves 36 are taken.
  • a compression spring arranged on the axis 34 38 loads the locking sleeves 36 in the direction of engagement the number disks 37.
  • a locking member 38 interacts with the locking sleeves 36.
  • the latter is angular in cross-section and as Rocker designed.
  • the longer angle leg is from a spring, not shown, in the direction of the locking sleeves 36 spring loaded while the other angle leg forms a locking extension 39, which at correctly set key secret up to the front the cover 8 is sufficient.
  • the locking extension 39 extends in the opposite position to a locking recess 40 in the cover shell 8 of one lock part 6, see in particular FIG. 8.
  • the locking extension 39 is located in the longer one Lever arm of the handle 33, so that the Locking recess 40 of the cover shell 8 with a larger one Distance to the axis of rotation of the plug pin 12 is arranged is.
  • the locking recess 40 is close to one Edge 41 of the cover shell 8, which edge 41 is approximately extends over half the circumference of the cover shell 8.
  • the length of the edge 41 is chosen so that the handle 33 can pivot through 90 °.
  • One end of the Edge 41 forms a hook projection 42, which in Tooth position from an outward facing Nose 43 of the handle 33 is passed, cf. in particular Fig. 4. In the meshing position therefore not with the blade of a screwdriver Handle 33 are lifted to the locking extension Bring 39 out of engagement to the locking recess 40.
  • the cover shell 8 is the carrier of a locking ball 44.
  • the latter acts with recesses 45, 46 of the lock housing S together. In the meshing position it protrudes Locking ball 44 into the locking recess 45. Will the Handle 33 rotated by 90 °, so the other recess acts 46 together with the locking ball 44, which locking positions are clearly noticeable.
  • the lock parts 6, 7 are preferably assigned to the trigger unit 2 such that the handle 33 is located in the longitudinal extent of the cover shell 8 or the one lock part 6.
  • the lock parts 6, 7, as illustrated in FIG. 11, are now plugged together from both sides of the trigger guard 5, the bearing bush 11 of the one lock part 6 moving into the insertion opening 20 of the other lock part 7.
  • the toothing 14 of the plug pin 12 strikes the teeth of the toothed strip 15, whereby it snaps away.
  • the lock parts 6, 7 are now pressed against each other.
  • the protective plate 9 and the counter-protection plate 17 come against the trigger guard 5. If the lock parts are joined together, they cover the handle opening of the trigger guard and thus also the trigger 4.
  • the rocker-like locking member 38 can be pivoted by rotating at least one of the number disks 37, the locking extension 39 being immersed in the locking recess 40 of the lock part 6 or the cover shell 8 aligned with it. So that the handle 33 is rotatably fixed to the lock part 6, so that no twisting of the plug pin 12 can take place. The tooth engagement position between the plug pin 12 and the toothed rack 15 cannot therefore be canceled.
  • the position of the handle 33 rotated by 90 ° latches.
  • the blocking extension extends in this position above the facing front of the cover shell 8. There is such a distance between the blocking extension 39 and front of the cover 8 before that no adjustment the number disks 37 can take place because then the end face of the locking extension 39 against the cover shell 8 comes across. Twisting the number disks 37 is only possible when the handle 33 by 90 ° is shifted back, so that in turn blocking process 39 and locking recess 40 are aligned.
