Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Uhrgehäuse für eine Armbanduhr gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
- In der SU-A-482 710 ist ein derartiges Uhrgehäuse bekannt. Diese Uhrgehäuse weist einen Gehäusering mit aussenliegenden Laschen zur Halterung eines Armbandes und Durchbohrungen, ein Kronenrohr, einen Oberteil mit Gewindebohrungen, ein Uhrglas, einen Drehring mit Zifferblatt, zwei Dichtungselememente und einen Bodenteil auf. Die Dichtungselemente sind im Gehäusering angeordnet, derart, dass einerseits das Uhrglas und andererseits der Bodenteil mit den Dichtungselementen in Eingriff sind, um das Uhrwerk wasserdicht zu montieren. Dieses Uhrgehäuse hat die Nachteile, dass der Gehäusering von Aussen sichtbar ist, dass das Uhrgehäuse den Eindruck flach zu sein nicht vermittelt und dass bei einer Ausführung in Edelmetall die Kosten sehr hoch sind.
- Aus der EP-A-0 443 366 ist ein Uhrgehäuse bekannt, dass eine Oberschale, eine Unterschale und einen Gehäusering enthält. Die Ober- und Unterschale liegen mit den Kanten aneinander, sodass die Ränder der Schalen sichtbar sind. Die Oberschale besteht aus Glas. Das Uhrgehäuse stellt somit eine besondere Konstruktion dar und erhält somit ein davon abhängiges Aussehen.
- Der Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist löst die Aufgabe, ein Uhrgehäuse für eine Armbanduhr zu schaffen, welches modulartig ausgestaltet ist und welches unter Beibehaltung der Wasserdichtheit bezüglich dem Aussehen frei gestaltet und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann.
- Durch den modulartigen Aufbau wird der Freiraum zur Gestaltung ausserhalb des Werkträgers erweitert. Das Material für den Werkträger, Ober- und Unterteil kann frei gewählt werden, woraus sich eine Vielfalt von Ausführungen ergeben. Insbesondere wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, den Werkträger aus kostengünstigem Material in grösseren Stückzahlen herzustellen und den Oberteil bzw. den Bodenteil mit geringer Wandstärke auszubilden, was in vorteilhafter Weise zu Materialeinsparungen, z.B. bei Edelmetallen führt. Ferner ist lediglich der Werkträger spanabhebend zu bearbeiten, während der Bodenteil bzw. Oberteil als Pressteile ausgebildet werden können.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen erläutert.

- Das hier in Rede stehende Uhrgehäuse enthält einen Werkträger 1, der als Tragelement ausgebildet ist sowie ein Uhrglas 2, einen Oberteil 3, ein Zifferblatt 4, einen ersten Dichtungsring 5, einen zweiten Dichtungsring 6 und einen Bodenteil 7, die am Werkträger 1 angeordnet sind. Das Uhrgehäuse weist ferner ein Kronenrohr 8 auf (Fig.3).
- Der Werktäger 1 ist ein ringförmiger Körper, der an einer Seite eine erste Ausnehmung 11, die eine Schulter 12 bildet, auf welcher der Oberteil 3 aufliegt und eine zweite Ausnehmung 13 aufweist, die eine Schulter 14 bildet, auf welcher das Zifferblatt 4 aufliegt. In der ersten Ausnehmung 11 ist eine ringförmige Rille 15 ausgebildet. An der anderen Seite des Werkträgers 1 ist eine zweite ringförmige Rille 16 ausgebildet. Ferner weist der Werkträger 1 eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangslöchern 17 auf, die auf einem Teilkreis liegend in der Randpartie des Werkträgers 1 ausgebildet sind.
- Der Oberteil 3 ist ein schalenförmiger Körper mit einer U-förmigen Randpartie 18, dessen aussen liegender Steg eine Gehäusewandung 19 und eine Auflagefläche 31 bildet und dessen innen liegender Steg 20 in die erste Ausnehmung 11 des Werkträgers 1 einsetzbar ist. Ferner weist der Oberteil 3 eine Ausnehmung 21 auf, die eine Schulter 22 bildet und zur Aufnahme des Uhrglases 2 bestimmt ist. In der Randpartie 18 sind zudem eine Mehrzahl von zylindrischen Ansätzen 23 vorgesehen, die jeweils ein Sackloch mit Gewinde 24 aufweisen.
- Der Bodenteil 7 ist ein schalenförmiger Körper, dessen Rand 32 eine ringförmige Auflagefläche 31' bildet, welche in Form identisch mit der Auflagefläche 31 des Oberteiles ist. Der Bodenteil 7 weist zwei Ausnehmungen 26 für eine Halterung eines Bandes oder einer Spange (Fig.2) und eine Ausnehmung 25 für das Kronenrohr 8 auf. An der Innenseite des Bodenteiles 7 sind eine Mehrzahl von Ansätzen 28 ausgebildet, die ein Durchgangsloch 29 mit einer Ansenkung 30 für eine Zylinderkopfschraube haben.
- Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen das Uhrgehäuse im montierten Zustand, wobei aus diesen Figuren die eingangs angesprochene Ausbildung des Werkträgers 1 als Tragelement ersichtlich ist. Die Halterung ist direkt am Werkträger 1 angebracht und das Kronenrohr 8 mit dem Werkträger 1 wasserdicht verbunden. Die Dichtungsringe 5 und 6 sind in die ringförmigen Rillen 13 und 14 eingesetzt.
- An diese Baugruppe werden die anderen Teile des Uhrgehäuses montiert. Das Zifferblatt 4 ist in der zweiten Ausnehmung 12 angeordnet. Der Oberteil 3 mit dem wasserdicht eingesetzten Uhrglas 2 ist in der ersten Ausnehmung 11 eingesetzt und hält das Zifferblatt 4. Die Ansätze 21 des Oberteiles 3 ragen in die Durchgangslöcher 15 im Werkträger 1. Der Bodenteil 7 ist auf der anderen Seite des Werkträgers 1 angeordnet und ragt mit seinen Ansätzen 28 in die Durchgangslöcher 15 im Werkträger 1. Das so zusammengestellte Uhrgehäuse ist mittels Schrauben 33 (Fig.2) verschraubt, wobei die Abteile 35 und 36 durch die Dichtungsringe 5 und 6 abgedichtet sind. Der Oberteil 3 und der Bodenteil 7 sind mit ihren Auflageflächen 31, 31 aufeinanderliegend angeordnet und umschliessen den Werkträger formschlüssig.
- Die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen eine Halterung für ein Band, die aus einem Halteorgan 35 und einen Bandhalter 36 besteht. Das Halteorgan weist einen zylinderförmigen Einsetzteil 37, der in dem Werkträger 1 angeordnet ist, einen rohrförmigen Aufnahmeteil 38, in dem ein Stift als Bandhalter 36 angeordnet ist und einen Steg 39 auf, um den Bandhalter ausserhalb des Uhrgehäuses anzuordnen. Im Ober- und Bodenteil 3,7 ist jeweils eine Ausnehmung 40,41 ausgebildet, durch welche der Steg 39 ragt. Die Vorteile dieser Ausführung bestehen darin, dass der Unterbruch in den Auflageflächen 31, 31 gering ist, um das Eindringen von etwelchen Partikeln in das Uhrgehäuse zu vermeiden und dass die Halterung dem jeweils vorgesehenen Band angepasst werden kann. Anstelle eines Halteorgans können zwei Halteorgane 35 vorgesehen werden, wobei der Stift 36 an seinen Enden gehalten wird.
- Die Figur 6 zeigt die Anordnung einer Spange 44 am Werkträger 1. Im Werkträger 1 ist eine Achse 44 montiert. Die Spange weist einen Halteabschnitt 46 mit zwei Laschen 47. Der Halteabschnitt 46 ist um die Achse 45 gelegt und die Halteabschnitte 46 sind in Ausnehmungen 48 im Werkträger 1 mittels Schrauben 49 befestigt. Die Spange 44 ist so bemessen, dass diese durch ihre Elastizität gespreizt werden kann, sodass der Unterbruch in den Auflageflächen 31, 31' auf ein Minimum reduziert werden kann.
- Die erfindungsgemässe Ausführung des Uhrgehäuses ermöglicht in vorteilhafter Weise das Anbringen von Dekoration bzw. die Ausgestaltung des Uhrgehäuses als Schmuck. Wie die Fig. 7 zeigt, ist im Werkträger 1 eine Ausnehmung 51 und im Oberteil 3 eine Durchbrechung ausgebildet, derart, dass ein Dekorationsteil z.B. ein gefasster Edelstein 52 im Uhrgehäuse angeordnet werden kann.
