Abstract

The mounting attaches a panel (11), especially of glass, to a mounting plate (8) which is fixed to a building wall. The panel is clamped between first (4) and second (9) rests, and the former, as well as the plate, have holes to accept a threaded bolt (18). The head of the bolt forms the second rest. The other end of the bolt engages in the spigot (2) of a threaded plate (1), which can also be inserted into the first rest. A stop (6) for the mounting plate is fitted to the first rest, or to the threaded plate. Both the stop and the spigot engage through the same or separate holes (7,7') in the mounting plate, which allow a free play, but are not large enough to allow a complete rotation. The spigot and the first rest are slightly conical, and can move relative to the mounting plate while gripping one another, until the screw is tightened.

Description

The present invention relates to a bracket for attaching to buildings Sheets made of any material, especially for fastening simple ones or also double glass plates.

The conditions in the construction entail that parts to be attached there if possible largely have to be prefabricated for processing. this leads to however, to the fact that the holes of the tabs, with the help of which the plates e.g. on Facades are attached and must therefore be screwed in advance in the rarely do they align properly. One therefore helps oneself with oversized holes in the plates over which the screwing takes place and uses relatively large ones Support washers that cover the large hole. It will be an outer and an inner attachment screwed to the plate, the outer one being a threaded bolt has which penetrates the plate and the inner system and which in one Bore of the tab previously screwed to the facade is attached.

However, the relatively large covers are often undesirable because of their visual appearance emerge. In particular, it is fastened with the help of tapered bores of the engaging bolts with the appropriate conical head and flush surface finish not possible, which alone leads to a smooth Surface leads.

From DE 34 20 696 C1 there is also a clamp fitting for fastening and / or connection of glass panes in particular for facade panels Single-pane safety glass has become known, which is a spherical cap Recess in the glass, a corresponding bolt head located in the spherical cap and has a corresponding clamping plate, whereby the bolt is inclined can be attached to the glass. With such a device is an inclination correction possible, a lateral offset of the fasteners on the scaffold or but a wall cannot be compensated.

The present invention has therefore set itself the task of a holder for to provide the above purposes in which a relatively large tolerance compensation is possible, but in which oversized holes are avoided in the plates can be. Furthermore, the fasteners should be largely can be preassembled so that assembly takes less time can be done. For this purpose, the bracket should be attachable to the tab such that connected to it, but at the same time able to do the necessary To allow tolerance compensation.

This problem is solved with a bracket for those to be attached to buildings Plates, especially glass plates, which are in the main claim Features specified, advantageous refinements can be found in the Subclaims.

The procedure for attaching panels e.g. on building facades very simplified. First, the tabs on the prefabricated holes the plates about the corresponding location of the wall with the help of dowels and Screws attached. After that, the base of the bracket, consisting of plates and first contact, on the tab by clamping the pin with the cone attached to the tab, which of course also before attaching the tab can be made.

The cone of the pin and the first system is dimensioned so that the Clamping effect between these two parts (hand force) occurs before it on the Fit the inner and outer surface of the tab. That is, the base of the bracket remains movable with respect to the tab in the specified tolerance range.

After attaching the tabs and the base, the panel to be assembled held to the tabs, aligned the base and the screw, existing from the threaded bolt with the second system through the plate hole inserted and screwed to the base. Because the tightening force of the screw connection can be considerably higher than that required for the jamming by the screw connection slide the first system down on the peg of the plate (under material deformation) and enclose the tab between them. The basis is in the Tab secured against twisting.

When the required torque is reached, the plate with the tab is firmly connected.

It is particularly advantageous that the base on the tab can be pre-assembled and still remain movable, so that the screw connection or the assembly of the parts is made considerably easier.

The hole in the plate can thus remain small, covering oversized holes omitted, cover plates such as Rosettes are not necessary.

This enables the plate to be designed without oversized holes and conical, i.e. second flush with the plate surface To use covers that center them during use, so that in this If a tolerance compensation via the plate bore is structurally not possible.

The stop on the tab as an anti-rotation device can according to the invention by a special design of the pin itself, e.g. as a molded nose are formed, the one against the other at a certain position of the parts Side flank of the opening in the tab strikes.

The anti-rotation device is provided in a particularly simple and thus advantageous manner however, from a pin arranged peripherally on the plate, which when assembled with the first contact on the tab in a corresponding hole or groove of the latter engages, with two separate recesses in the tab can be provided for pin and pin. Analog can of course the stop pin can also be arranged on the first system.

Pushing in the conical bore on the counter cone of the pin above the hand force is provided by the screw bolt, the forces exceeding the plate to be fastened. Should in particular glass plates or those with sensitive surfaces, it is proposed in in a known manner elastic washers between the plate and the first Insert attachment. This disc has a central opening, which is preferably is dimensioned larger than that of the pin, so that when depressed the first plant on the tenon this by the measure of the slice thickness can penetrate the pane without hitting the underside of the plate.

Fig. 1 shows a glass plate 11 which is fastened to a building wall (not shown) by means of the bracket according to the invention via a tab 8, the tab can have a hat profile for this purpose and be anchored to the wall via the cardboard legs.

The tab 8 has two recesses 7, 7 'through which the holder extends become. There is a plate 1 from below against the tab 8, one in the middle Pin 2 carries, whose length is greater than the tab thickness (usually ≈ 6 mm). This pin is provided with a small cone and on this one first system 4 postponed. The dimensioning of the tenon and cone angle (about 1-2 °) is chosen so that the first system 4 as far as by hand the pin 2 pushed and jammed over the cone that still a (slight) play remains between the first system 4 and plate 1 and the tab, so that the clamped composite shifted on the tab can be. The recesses 7 and 7 ', which have an oversize, serve this purpose.

In order to be able to screw the holder, it is provided with a stop 6, which in the simplest case consists of a metal pin 12 as shown and (As shown) can be fixed in the plate 1 and in an opposite Recording 13 in the first system 4 rests. The pin passes through the bore 7 ' also has an excess compared to this.

The glass plate 11 has a conical recess 10, in which there is a conical disk 16 inserted, on which in turn the cone head 17 as the second system 9 is a threaded bolt 18 so that a flush surface is formed. Below lies against the glass plate 1 against a pane 14, which has a central pane opening has whose radius is larger than that of the pin.

The threaded bolt 18 is screwed into the thread 3 of the pin 2. Around the plate 1 or the first system 4 when screwing in the threaded bolt not need to secure, the pin 12 acts as a stop when screwing the corresponding inner flank of the recess 7 '. When enlarging the Screw torque is the first system 4 on the pin 2 to Tab surface depressed (with slight deformation of pin 2 and conical bore 5 of the first system 4), the tab 8 being pressed gets between plate 1 and first system 4 and thus holds the glass plate 11.

Instead of the single-layer glass plate shown, one can also be used according to the invention double plate are attached, stiffening rings in the areas around the Glass holes must be inserted between the plates to ensure sufficient forces to be able to transfer.

Fig. 2 shows this arrangement in plan view of the glass plate with the second system as a cone head 17, which carries a perforation 19 for its actuation for a corresponding tool. The conical head 17 lies in the conical disk 16; The first system 4 is located below the plate 11. The pin 12 lies within the recess 7 '. All parts are attached to the tab 8.
