Claims (10)
- Heizkörper, insbesondere Rohrradiator, aus mindestens zwei gleichartigen Grundelementen (G), die seitlich nebeneinander angeordnet und an ihrem nabenartigen Kopf- und Fußbereich unter Ausbildung einer kreisförmigen Überströmöffnung (U) durch Verschweißung (S) oder jeweils einen Nippel (N) flüssigkeits- und gasdicht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein Grundelement (G1) mit einem Anschlußstutzen (AV) für den Heizmittelvorlauf und ein anderes Grundelement (G2) mit einem Anschlußstutzen (AR) für den Heizmittelrücklauf versehen ist, zumindest die endseitigen Grundelemente (G1, G9) im Kopf- und Fußbereich mit einem Innengewinde (R) für einen Verschlußstopfen (VS) bzw. ein Ventilgehäuse (3) versehen sind und das mit dem Anschlußstutzen (AV) für den Heizmittelvorlauf versehene Grundelement (G1) in diesem Zulaufbereich gegenüber dem benachbarten Grundelement (G2) abgedichtet und im anderen Nabenbereich mit einer Abdichtung für das Ventilgehäuse (3) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die kreisförmige Überströmöffnung (U) zwischen dem mit dem Anschlußstutzen (AV) für den Heizmittelvorlauf versehenen Grundelement (G1) und dem benachbarten Grundelement (G2) durch eine Scheibe (1) verschlossen ist, die mittels eines Distanzstückes (2) durch den in das gegenüberliegende Innengewinde eingeschraubten Verschlußstopfen (VS) dichtend an den die Überströmöffnung (U) umgebenden Rand angepreßt wird. - Heizkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilgehäuse (3) gegenüber der kreisförmigen Öffnung im Überströmbereich zwischen dem mit dem Anschlußstutzen (AV) für den Heizmittelvorlauf versehenen Grundelement (G1) und dem benachbarten Grundelement (G2) durch einen Ring (4) abgedichtet ist, der durch einen endseitigen Bund (3a) des Ventilgehäuses (3) zentriert und dichtend an den die Überströmöffnung (U) umgebenden Rand angepreßt wird.
- Heizkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (1) bzw. der Ring (4) aus dauerelastischem Material hergestellt ist.
- Heizkörper nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (1) bzw. der Ring (4) aus Gummi oder gummiartigem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Heizkörper nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Distanzstück (2) als Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkörper nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der endseitige Bund (3a) des Ventilgehäuses (3) mit einer kegelförmigen Mantelfläche und einer ringförmigen Übergangsfläche ausgeführt ist.
- Heizkörper nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem mit dem Anschlußstutzen (AV) für den Heizmittelvorlauf versehenen Grundelement (G1) unmittelbar benachbarte Grundelement (G2) mit dem Anschlußstutzen (AR) für den Heizmittelrücklauf versehen ist.
- Heizkörper nach Anspruch 7 mit aus zwei Kopfstücken (K1, K2) und mindestens einem Verbindungsrohr (V1) bestehenden Grundelementen (G), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundelemente (G) am Rand ihrer kreisförmigen Überströmöffnungen (U) miteinander verschweißt und an der Innenseite ihrer freien Öffnungen jeweils mit einem Gewindering (R) zum Einschrauben eines Ventilgehäuses (3), eines Verschlußstopfens (VS) oder eines Schraubnippels (N) für den Anschluß mindestens eines weiteren Grundelementes (G) versehen sind.
- Heizkörper nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilgehäuse (3) zur Aufnahme des Oberteils eines Thermostatventils ausgebildet ist.
- Heizkörper nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußstutzen (AV, AR) für den Heizmittelvorlauf bzw. Heizmittelrücklauf als ein mit Innengewinde versehenes, in den Fußbereich des jeweiligen Grundelementes (G1 bzw. G2) eingeschweißtes Rohrstück ausgebildet ist.
