Claims (11)
- Dispositif destiné au traitement thermique de pièces métalliques sous vide, et comprenant un four à fonctionnement rotatif (5) à plateau annulaire tournant, ainsi qu'un sas de chargement (2) et un sas de déchargement (7), les charges de pièces (1) pouvant être déplacées vers différentes positions de travail à l'aide du plateau tournant,
caractérisé en ce que
le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5) est réalisé en tant que four à vide pour la phase de diffusion et en ce qu'il est prévu, le long de la périphérie et à l'extérieur du four à fonctionnement rotatif (5), au moins une chambre formant four de cémentation (6) située au moins entre le sas de chargement (2) et le sas de déchargement (7), et dans laquelle les charges de pièces (1) peuvent être introduites pour un traitement de cémentation. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une chambre formant four de cémentation (6) est réalisée en tant que four au plasma.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une chambre formant four de cémentation (6) est réalisée en tant que four à vide.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre de chauffage (3) est disposée entre le sas de chargement (2) et le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre d'égalisation (4) est disposée entre ladite au moins une chambre de chauffage (3) et le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une chambre de chauffage (3) est réalisée en tant que chambre à projection d'hydrogène pour le nettoyage de surface des charges de pièces (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sas de déchargement (7) est réalisé en tant que chambre de refroidissement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de refroidissement est réalisée en tant que chambre de refroidissement brusque au gaz.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de refroidissement est équipée d'un bain de liquide.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un four de trempe (9) est intercalé le sas de déchargement (7), réalisé en tant que chambre de refroidissement, et le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux dispositifs de poussée (6b, 6c) sont associés à chaque chambre formant four de cémentation (6) afin de pouvoir déplacer, par une commande électrique, pneumatique ou hydraulique, les charges (1) depuis le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5) jusque dans la chambre formant four de cémentation (6) ou bien à partir de la chambre formant four de cémentation (6) pour les ramener dans le four à fonctionnement rotatif (5).
