Claims (10)

  1. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm mit zwei Elektroden (1, 5), die durch einen inneren Raum (12) getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine erste Elektrode (1) von einem dünnen Substrat (10) und von einer dicken Versteifungsplatte (21) getragen wird, wobei der innere Raum (12) durch einen Umfangsrahmen (22) definiert ist, der außerhalb ihrer Nutzfläche zwischen die Elektroden (1, 5) eingefügt ist.
  2. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Elektrode (5) von einer dicken Versteifungsplatte getragen wird, die ein dickes Substrat auf einer Innenfläche bildet, aus dem diese Elektrode (5) hergestellt ist.
  3. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Elektrode (5) von einem dünnen Substrat (6) und von einer dicken Versteifungsplatte (20) getragen wird.
  4. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (21), die der ersten Elektrode (1) zugeordnet ist, die Grundfläche des Bildschirms bildet und eine Öffnung (23) zum Durchführen einer Pumpröhre (15) aufweist, die mit dem Substrat (10) zugeordnet ist, welches die erste Elektrode (1) trägt, und die zur Vakuumerzeugung im inneren Raum (12) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusammenbau einer Platte (20, 21) mit dem Substrat (10, 6), der sie zugeordnet ist, durch Bonden dieser Platte (20, 21) an eine Außenfläche des Substrats (6, 10) durchgeführt wird, nachdem alle Elemente, welche die Elektrode (5, 1) bilden, die von dem Substrat (6, 10) auf einer Innenfläche getragen wird, hergestellt sind.
  6. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Elektrode durch eine Kathode (1) aus Mikrospitzen (2) durch das Beschießen einer Anode (5), die mit phosphorisierenden Elementen (7) versehen ist, mit Elektronen gebildet ist.
  7. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Versteifungsplatte (20), die die Oberfläche des Bildschirms bilden soll, transparent und gerillt ist, wobei die Rillen auf ihrer Innenfläche gemäß einem Maschenmuster (26), das der Verteilung der Bildpunkte des Bildschirms entspricht, ausgebildet und mit einem undurchsichtigen Material gefüllt sind.
  8. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Metallschicht auf der externen Oberfläche des Substrats (6) aufgebracht ist, die einer Versteifungsplatte (20) zugeordnet ist, die die Oberfläche des Bildschirms bilden soll, und ein Maschenmuster (26) definiert, das der Verteilung der Bildpunkte des Bildschirms entspricht.
  9. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Versteifungsplatte (20), die die Oberfläche des Bildschirms bilden soll, auf dem Substrat (6) angebracht ist, mit dem sie durch elektrostatisches Bonden mit einem metallischen Gitter (25) verbunden ist, das ein Maschennetz (26) darstellt, das der Verteilung der Bildpunkte des Bildschirms entspricht und das zwischen dieser Platte (20) und dem Substrat (6), dem sie zugeordnet ist, angeordnet ist.
  10. Flacher Anzeigebildschirm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Versteifungsplatte (20, 21) zwischen 4 mm und 5 cm liegt, und die Dicke des Rahmens (22) zwischen 0,5 und 5 mm liegt.
