Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade component according to the preamble of claim 1.
- facades for example conservatories, vertical supports, supports for the roof and swellings as load-bearing components and to install non-load-bearing element frames in between, for example to accommodate fillings such as glass panes, for example by screwing.
- This has the disadvantage that the facades appear unappealing in the view, because in the area of the supports a lot of space is used by the supports and the element frame parts on both sides. If fewer supports are used to improve the appearance, longer lengths have to be bridged, for which purpose in particular the supports have to be made stronger. In any case, a relatively large amount of material is used.
- Another disadvantage is that the joints between the element frame on the one hand and the supports, beams and swellings on the other hand have to be sealed.
- the known element design is therefore quite expensive in terms of material, time and costs.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a facade component with which facades can be produced more easily, more quickly, in a material and cost-saving manner, while at the same time achieving a more visually appealing appearance.
- the invention creates a facade component that is designed to be self-supporting.
- the facade component according to the invention is designed so that the previously separate components, namely supports, beams, swellings and element frames, are practically combined in one piece, so that in particular the separate production of element frames for fillings such as glass panes or the like can be omitted.
- the invention enables the supports to be moved continuously.
- the swellings and beams are of identical design in the connection area with the supports.
- the height and thickness of the parts of the facade component can be chosen as desired, which makes the facade component easily adaptable to floors, ceilings and static requirements.
- the facade component according to the invention enables a material and cost-saving construction and, due to the smaller width in the area of the supports, a design that is also visually appealing.
- the facade component according to the invention is particularly suitable for production from wood. But it can also be made from all other materials known in construction. Due to the inventive tongue / groove connection between the supports and the support and the swell in connection with a screw connection, a particularly high stability and strength are achieved, the stability and strength being further increased by the further design according to claim 14.
- the drawing shows a facade component 2, consisting of at least one support 4, 6 and a support 8 for a roof and a swellwood 10.
- the supports 4, 6 have a groove 12, 14 on the top and bottom sides into which a complementarily shaped, externally formed spring 16, 18 of the carrier 8 and the swellwood 10 engages.
- outside groove walls 20 and 22 are longer than the inside groove walls 24 and 36 and overlap the carrier 8 and the swellwood 10 outside.
- the width of the groove added to the width of the inside groove wall corresponds approximately to the thickness of the beam and the thickness of the swell.
- the bottom 28 of the top groove 12 extends at an angle downwards to the inside groove wall 24, and the bottom 30 of the bottom groove 14 runs at an angle upwards to the inside groove wall 26.
- the upper and lower end faces 32 and 34 of the outside groove wall 20 and 22 are each formed obliquely downwards from the inside to the outside.
- the inside groove walls 24, 26 of the upper and lower grooves 12, 14 have at least one top or bottom spring 70, 72, which engage in the assembled state of the facade component in complementary grooves 46, 50 which engage in the groove walls 24 , 26 opposite, downward or upward facing end faces 40, 42 of the support 8 and the swellwood 10 are formed, cf. Fig. 2.
- the swellwood 10 and the support 8 are preferably of identical design in the connection area with the supports 4, 6, as can be seen in FIG. 2.
- the supports 4, 6 are approximately T-shaped in cross-section, as shown in FIG. 3, with a head strip 56 and a web strip 58 which is narrower than the head strip, the transition from the head strip to the web strip being rectangular, so that at the top bar vertically extending surfaces 60, 62 are formed on both sides of the web strip 58, which are aligned with the inside surfaces 64, 66 of the top and bottom springs 10 and 18 of the support 8 and the swellwood 10 and together with the latter surfaces a circumferential contact surface for one Form filling, for example glass pane.
- the head strip 56 has a trapezoidal cross section, cf. Fig. 3.
- the end supports are preferably straight on the outside opposite the filling side, as shown in broken lines in FIG. 3.
- connection of the supports 4, 6 to the support 8 and the swellwood 10 can be carried out with the aid of lock screws 68 in the region of the outer groove walls 20 and 22 which overlap the support and the swellwood, cf. 1 and 2.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fassadenbauelement gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a facade component according to the preamble of
It is known to assemble facades, for example conservatories, vertical supports, supports for the roof and swellings as load-bearing components and to install non-load-bearing element frames in between, for example to accommodate fillings such as glass panes, for example by screwing. This has the disadvantage that the facades appear unappealing in the view, because in the area of the supports a lot of space is used by the supports and the element frame parts on both sides. If fewer supports are used to improve the appearance, longer lengths have to be bridged, for which purpose in particular the supports have to be made stronger. In any case, a relatively large amount of material is used. Another disadvantage is that the joints between the element frame on the one hand and the supports, beams and swellings on the other hand have to be sealed. The known element design is therefore quite expensive in terms of material, time and costs.
The object of the present invention is to provide a facade component with which facades can be produced more easily, more quickly, in a material and cost-saving manner, while at the same time achieving a more visually appealing appearance.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in
Advantageous and expedient developments of the task solution according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.
The invention creates a facade component that is designed to be self-supporting. The facade component according to the invention is designed so that the previously separate components, namely supports, beams, swellings and element frames, are practically combined in one piece, so that in particular the separate production of element frames for fillings such as glass panes or the like can be omitted. The invention enables the supports to be moved continuously. According to an advantageous embodiment, the swellings and beams are of identical design in the connection area with the supports. The height and thickness of the parts of the facade component can be chosen as desired, which makes the facade component easily adaptable to floors, ceilings and static requirements. The facade component according to the invention enables a material and cost-saving construction and, due to the smaller width in the area of the supports, a design that is also visually appealing. Assembly times are significantly reduced. Only the fillings need to be used, since the function of the previous element frames is also taken over by the facade component according to the invention. The facade component according to the invention is particularly suitable for production from wood. But it can also be made from all other materials known in construction. Due to the inventive tongue / groove connection between the supports and the support and the swell in connection with a screw connection, a particularly high stability and strength are achieved, the stability and strength being further increased by the further design according to
