Description
The invention relates to a mullion / transom facade for a Ge building, with posts extending essentially vertically, essentially horizontally extending bars, in Ver binding area between the mullion and transom Support elements that are at least two at right angles other connected, at least one post and a bar have screwable arms, on which with the bolt connectable arm a disc can be supported on a block body is. Mullion / transom facades are known to exterior buildings close. There are compartments between the posts and transoms formed that can be filled in different ways for example with fixed panes, with window sashes or with cladding elements. The posts and transoms are made usually made of wood and are facing the interior, so that a homely, comfortable character is created. The outside the facade, on the other hand, is made of glass panes and aluminum profiles educated. The aluminum profiles are as pressure strips and Cover strips formed.
A mullion / transom facade of the type described above is known from DE 40 40 006 A1. It essentially shows itself vertically extending posts and essentially horizon valley extending bars on, both as hollow profiles made of Me tall are formed and butt. In conjunction area between the mullion and transom are to be used Support elements are provided, at least two at right angles interconnected, on at least one post and one Bolts have screwable arms and as a bolt holder NEN. There is a disc on the arm that can be connected to the bolt Can be supported on a block body, so that the weight of the glass bypassing the washers into the posts becomes.
A post / transom facade is known from DE 40 28 092 A1, the support in the connection area between the mullion and transom has elements. The arms associated with the bars Support elements are screwed to the bolts.
Bei all diesen bekannten Konstruk tionen erweist sich eingedrungene Feuchtigkeit als problema tisch.DE 196 06 906 A1 is a mullion / transom facade known in the connection area between the mullion and transom also has support elements. The the post and the Bolts associated arms of the support elements are with the posts and screwed the bolts. The posts and transoms are made made of metal hollow profiles. With all these known construct moisture penetration proves to be a problem table.
Another mullion / transom facade is known. The posts extend substantially vertically, while the bars in arranged essentially horizontally and connected to the posts are. The one inserted in a compartment between the mullion and transom The disc is provided with circumferential seals against the Disk pressed. The disc is placed over block bodies horizontal intermediate strips, which are in a groove on the Bars are used. The posts also have one on the outside such groove, in which vertical intermediate strips are inserted. The weight of the disc is based on the block body on the horizontal intermediate strips. The block bodies, made of wood, but preferably can be made of plastic, according to existing regulations have a length of at least 100 mm point and at an average distance of 100 mm from the Posts be arranged away. Pressure strips are featured see the intermediate parts on the mullions and transoms outside cover. The pressure bars are fastened with fastening screws in screwed the mullions and transoms, making them the intermediate strips penetrate. About this screw connection and the pressure will perform the required contact pressure or sealing force the circumferential seals on the disc. The parts, made of wood are subject to natural aging and shrinkage process. Also occur when editing Wood manufacturing tolerances that are also disadvantageous can impact. Especially the wooden bars tend to shrink and / or under the influence of ferti gung tolerances when supporting especially heavy ones Tilt slices around a horizontal axis through the bars. This tilting and thus tilting the latch is not only optically disadvantageous, but changes the contact forces on the circumferential seals on the washers. The required uniformly defined contact pressure all around the pane lost due to the tilting of the intermediate strips or Lock the pressure higher at one point and at the other elsewhere gets lower.
When a tipping occurs, it is no longer possible to get one Maintain contact pressure of 2 kN / cm edge length as prescribed is. In relation to the tilting latch, the Contact pressure greater on the inside and smaller on the outside, while they are larger at the bottom and smaller at the bottom becomes. Where the contact pressure on the circumferential seals If the panes get smaller, there is a risk of leaking opportunities. Defects on the pane are possible. Farther there is a risk that z. B. under the influence of storm the disc gets in motion, with the alternation of wind pressure and There is a possibility of wind suction that moisture can escape through the Gasket gets inside the construction.
The invention has for its object a post / transom To provide facade of the type described in the opening on the one hand the tilting of the bars due to manufacturing tolerances zen and / or shrinkage as well as under glass load practical is avoided and on the other hand penetrated into the interior Moisture is safely discharged to the outside.
According to the invention, this is the case of a mullion / transom facade achieved at the outset that in addition to the Support elements in an outwardly facing groove in the posts and can be inserted into an outward-facing groove in the bolts vertical and horizontal intermediate strips are provided which complement the support elements, and that a geomembrane for horizontal intermediate strips and the horizontal arms of the Support elements is provided, the top of an inside of a Washer starting on the outside over the intermediate strips and arms and extends below the block body and on an outside the disc below it ends.
The invention is based on the idea of every support element through horizontal and vertical intermediate strips in the area of everyone To complete the connection point between the mullion and transom. The Intermediate strips have a cross section that is transverse cut the arms of the support elements corresponds. The support elements and the intermediate elements are in one outside on each post and also used groove arranged on each bolt. The Arrangement of these grooves proves to be in terms of manufacturing technology Regards as beneficial. They are used for precise positioning the support elements on the one hand and the remaining intermediate afford on the other hand. Each support element has at least two arms connected at right angles so that the Supporting element forms a solid body, at least two of which arms arranged at right angles to one another at least one post and on the other hand at least one Latches are attached. Through this attachment the supports are elements at the junctures between the posts and transoms torsion-proof and therefore also tilt-proof. The one Bolt facing arm of the support member forms a support for a block body, on which in turn the disc is supported or is supported. This creates a functional separation. The The weight exerted by the disc becomes exclusive taken up by the support elements. The intermediate strips are from completely relieved of this function. In this respect, one Manufacturing tolerance or a shrinkage on the intermediate strips no longer make it noticeable. Be at the same time conversely, the bolts are also fixed via the support elements and held, so that their tendency to twist is also reduced. If the posts, the transoms and the intermediate strips made of wood there can be a shrinkage of the bars and the intermediate do not avoid performing, but this has no influence to a change in the contact pressure on the disc. So that will the main advantage achieved that even when Shrinkage the uniformly defined contact pressure of the seals the disc is retained even under long-term use. The Support elements are therefore for the described multiple radio tions used to advantage. It is a waterproofing membrane for that horizontal intermediate strips and the horizontal arms of the Support elements provided, the top of an inside of a Washer starting on the outside over the intermediate strips and arms and extends below the block body and on an outside the disc below it ends. This geomembrane serves in the space between the disc and the Drain any water that has penetrated to the outside. The Sealing membrane can also enclose a buffer element, which can be placed on the outside of the intermediate elements. It will prevents moisture from forming on the edges of the in the Usually deposited as a double pane of glass and leads to damage there. In a preferred embodiment you can insert the bolts into the pockets provided in the posts grab and be held by the support elements. Fulfill with it the support elements have a third function.
The posts, the transoms and the vertical and horizontal Intermediate strips can advantageously consist of wood. in particular especially the intermediate strips can be glued in layers Wood.
For fastening the support elements to the posts and transoms there are several options. In particular, the arms of the Support element with a post and a bolt with fasteners screws must be screwed. Such a screw connection represents an ideal attachment since it is possible to use the Torque-controlled tightening screws to tighten around the Constant contact forces all around the edge of the pane to create. This is due to the tightness of the facade against Witte influences under long-term conditions.
The intermediate strips and the support element can pass through the outside Pressure strips must be covered, which are used to apply a pressure force on the seals assigned to the disc separately from the Screwing the support element through the support element and Intermediate strips through with a post and a bolt are screwed. First of all, the support elements with her arms into the horizontal grooves of the latches and into the vertical grooves of the posts inserted and in place screwed, which simultaneously locks the transom to the posts are held. In a second screw fastening through the pressure bars and also screwed to the mullions and transoms, whereby from above all these fastening screws afford, but also the support elements can be enforced. Another possibility is that the intermediate strips and the support element is covered on the outside by pressure strips, which applied to apply a contact pressure to the disc arranged seals only through the intermediate strips a post and a bolt are screwed. In this case is the derivation of the contact pressure in the construction completely separate from the derivation of the supporting forces of the disc.
There are different realities for the formation of the support elements sierungsmöglichkeiten. In the simplest form it forms a support element with two arms arranged at an angle of 90 ° to each other an elbow. Such elbows are always along the Edge of a facade. For the middle range of Facade, i.e. at the junctures where one Connect mullion two transoms symmetrically, it is useful if the support element as a T-piece with three arms is trained. The support element can also be used as a cross piece be trained with four arms. It goes without saying that every arm by at least one fastening screw with either one Post or a bolt is screwed. The length of the arms depends on the size of the compartments and the tilt-proof increasing loads of the glass pane.
The support element can advantageously be a molded plastic part forms his and openings for the passage of fastening have screws. By using plastic as Injection molding compound for a molded part will shrink under long-term conditions removed. Such molded plastic parts are very dimensionally stable and resistant to aging. The openings can be used as bores gene and / or elongated holes. It is sufficient if the Arms are between about 15 and 25 cm in length. The Holes indicate the location at which the attachment screws are used. If the openings for the through if, on the other hand, are formed as elongated holes, there is Possibility of length compensation. Length movements due to Influences of temperature, especially on those made of aluminum existing pressure strips are inevitable and must be considered constructively.
The bolts can be placed in pockets provided in the posts grab and be held by the support elements. In the Bags in which the bolts on the posts can engage Seals are housed.

Fig. 1 shows the post / transom façade in the region of a junction between a substantially vertically extending posts 1, at the two right and left are joined substantially horizontally extending bolt 2. The post 1 and the transom 2 consist of wesent union rectangular wooden profiles and are arranged facing the interior 3 of the building, so that the facade from the inside allows a clear top view of the post 1 and transom 2 . The bars 2 are inserted in pockets 4 , which are milled into the post 1 . It can be seen that the post 1 has a greater depth than the transom 2 . However, the posts 1 and the transoms 2 are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that they lie with their outward-facing surfaces in a common plane. In the region of these outer surfaces, each post 1 has a vertical and continuous groove 5 , into the intermediate strips 6 are used. The intermediate strips 6 are made of wood, preferably of wood glued in layers in order to achieve greater dimensional stability at this point. Several sections of intermediate strips 6 are inserted into the vertical continuous groove 5 over the height of a building. The intermediate strips 6 end at a distance from the common crossing point between post 1 and transom 2 . Similarly, a horizontal groove 7 is provided in the outwardly facing surface of the latch 2 , in which horizontally extending intermediate strips 8 are used. These intermediate strips 8 also end at a distance from the common crossing point between post 1 and transom 2 . In this way, four compartments 9 are formed. Each compartment 9 is formed by 2 adjacent posts 1 and two adjacent bars 2 . Different elements can be arranged in each compartment 9 , for example disks 10 , as is indicated for the two lower compartments 9 according to FIG. 1. It goes without saying that each compartment 9 can also be filled in a different way, for example by a window element or the like. The elements are arranged essentially outside in front of the posts 1 and transoms 2 , specifically in the area between the intermediate strips 6 and 8 .
At the junction between post 1 and transom 2 , in the area in which the intermediate strips 6 and 8 are saved, a support element 11 is arranged, which is shaped here as a coherent, dimensionally stable, cross-like structure with four arms 12 . Each of the arms 12 extends for a certain distance in the respective groove 5 or 7 and replaces the intermediate strips 6 and 8 here . The support element 11 also extends with its arms 12 into the grooves 5 and 7 , just as was described for the intermediate strips 6 and 8 . The depth of the support element 11 also corresponds to the depth of the intermediate strips 6 and 8 . The support member 11 is a torsionally rigid, dimensionally stable molded body, for example made of plastic. It can be designed as a molded part and have four arms 12 in a cross shape. In the simplest embodiment ( FIG. 7), the support element 11 has two arms 12 arranged at an angle of 90 ° to one another, that is to say it is designed as an angle element. The support element 11 according to FIG. 7 is used in the area of the edge corners of a facade. There are also support elements 11 which are designed as a T-piece, that is to say with three arms 12 , as shown in FIG. 8. It is essential in all these embodiments of the support element 11 that the horizontally extending arms 12 form bearing 13 for block body 14 , on which in turn a disc 9 is supported and supported. In the arms 12 of the support members 11 holes or openings 15 for the engagement of fastening screws 16 are provided. The arms 12 and thus the support element 11 are screwed into the posts 1 and bolts 2 by means of the fastening screws 16 . The supports 13 and thus the block body 14 are held against rotation and take the weight of the disk 9 in question without the risk that the arms 12 could twist or tip over. No weight force of the disc 9 is transmitted to the spacer bars 8, so that these spacer bars 8 are also tilt in straight occurring in averting shrinkage under long-term use. One or more elongated holes 17 can also be provided in the arms 12 of each support element 11 . The elongated holes 17 can also be provided instead of the openings 15 . The elongated holes 17 also serve to use fastening screws 16 with which the support element 11 can be fastened to the mullions 1 and transoms 2 . The use of elongated holes 17 allow a certain length compensation. It goes without saying that corresponding sealing elements must be provided between the transoms and posts, as well as between the support element 11 and the intermediate strips 6 and 8 . The disks 9 are also held in circumferential seals. This circumferential seal 18 is indicated in the upper right compartment. This is the seal 18 arranged on the inner side 3 of the pane 9 . Also on the outside of the disc 9 are speaking circumferential seals 19 (FIGS . 2 and 3) see easily. In the horizontal sections of the seal 18 ( Fig. 3), a sealing sheet 20 is inserted, the element 11 extends over the top of the intermediate bar 8 and the horizontal arms 12 of Stützele and ultimately outside between the underlying disc 9 and the outside Seal 19 ends. This sealing membrane 20 serves to drain water that has penetrated into the space between the disk 9 and the intermediate strips 8 to the outside. The sealing sheet 20 also includes a buffer element 21 , which is placed on the elements 8 Zwischenele outside. As can be seen in FIGS . 2 and 3, the intermediate strips 6 and 8 and also the support elements 11 are covered by pressure strips 22 and 23 . The pressure strips 22 extend in the vertical direction, that is to say parallel to the posts 1 . The pressure strips 23 extend in the horizontal direction, that is to say parallel to the bars 2 . The pressure strips 22 and 23 are so wide that they cover the edge areas of the disks 9 . You take the seals 19 there. Fastening screws 24 pass through the pressure bar 22 , the intermediate bar 6 and are screwed into the profile of the post 1 . Other fastening screws 24 pass through the pressure strips 23 , the intermediate strips 8 and are screwed into the profile of the bolts 2 . With the help of the fastening screws 24 , the circumferential seals 18 and 19 of the disks 9 are pressed together with the required contact pressure, so that a windproof and weatherproof sealing of the disks 9 is ensured. The fastening screws 24 can be tightened in a torque-controlled manner. It can be seen that at the points where the fastening screws 24 are seated, no weight of the disks 9 is absorbed. The sealing function for the disks 9 and the support function via the block body 14 are separate from one another. On the outside, that is to say seen from the building to the outside, the pressure strips 22 and 23 can be covered by cover strips 25 which essentially perform a decorative function.
Riegeln 2. Seals 26 can also be arranged in the pockets 4 on the posts 1 , in which the bolts 2 engage. The fastening supply screws 24 , which extend through the intermediate strips 6 and 8 , hold these intermediate strips 6 and 8 on the mullions 1 and 2 .
