Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Synchronisierung der Zuführung von Bogen mit dem Takt einer buchbindenden Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine, insbesondere Fadensiegelmaschine, der eine Bogen-Übergabevorrichtung vorgelagert ist.The invention relates to a device for synchronizing the feeding of sheets with the cycle of a book-binding further processing machine, in particular thread sealing machine, which is preceded by a sheet transfer device.
Eine solche Synchronisationsvorrichtung für die Übergabe von Bogen aus Papier, Karton oder dergleichen an Maschinen zur buchbindenden Weiterverarbeitung wird immer dann benötigt, wenn die Bogenzuführung auf den Takt dieser Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine abgestimmt werden muß. Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung zur Synchronisierung der Zuführung von Bogen mit dem Takt einer buchbindenden Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Bogen-Übergabevorrichtung durch zwei übereinandergestellte Transportwalzen gebildet ist, eine variable Transportgeschwindigkeit aufweist und einen gegenüber dem Takt der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine nacheilenden Bogen vorübergehend beschleunigt sowie einen voreilenden Bogen verzögert. Diese Vorrichtung kann zwischen der Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine und der die Bogen heranführenden Maschine, einem Bogenzuführtisch, Bogenanleger, einer Falzmaschine oder dergleichen, angeordnet werden und erfordert keine Eingriffe in diese Maschine. Durch die variable Übergabegeschwindigkeit läßt sich dennoch eine hochpräzise Synchronisation erreichen. - Fig. 1 schematisch in Seitenansicht einen Bogenzuführtisch, eine buchbindende Weiterverarbeitungsmaschine und eine dazwischen angeordnete Vorrichtung zur Synchronisierung der Bogenzuführung; und
- Fig. 2 ein schematisches Blockschaltbild einer Steuerschaltung für den Antrieb der Vorrichtung.

Dieser Antriebsmotor 9 ist ein Servo- oder Schrittmotor. Er wird durch die noch zu beschreibende, in Fig. 2 beispielshalber gezeigte elektronische Steuerschaltung angesteuert und kann durch diese mit variabler Geschwindigkeit betrieben werden. Die variable Geschwindigkeit vvar des Motors 9 wird durch einen Drehmelder 17 gemessen. Die Transportwalzen sind jeweils mit einem Reibbelag 4 versehen, durch den der Bogenschlupf minimiert wird.
