Claims (7)
- Procédé de commande d'un dispositif de levage, en particulier de véhicules de collecte de déchets, pour vider des récipients de déchets dans un conteneur de collecte se trouvant sur le véhicule, servant au déplacement d'une charge depuis un emplacement d'évacuation vers un emplacement de réception par un système à leviers entraíné par au moins un dispositif d'entraínement, caractérisé en ce qu'après une mesure du poids de la charge (2), la vitesse de levage est réglée selon les limites de charge du dispositif d'entraínement (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif d'entraínement est réalisé sous la forme d'une unité hydraulique à vérins, caractérisé par la mesure du poids de la charge (2) par l'intermédiaire de la pression hydraulique de l'unité à vérins (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par deux vitesses de levage de l'unité (10) à vérins pour le déplacement de la charge (2), la vitesse de levage étant respectivement inversement proportionnelle à la charge.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le déplacement d'un récipient rempli de déchets (7) par l'intermédiaire de l'unité (10) à vérins depuis une position de mise en place réalisée en tant qu'emplacement de réception (A), vers un point ( R) de contrôle de verrouillage auquel s'effectue la mesure du poids du récipient rempli de déchets (7), après quoi l'unité (10) à vérins déplace le récipient de déchets (7) en fonction du poids déterminé avec la vitesse de levage correspondante vers l'emplacement (B) d'évacuation se trouvant dans la zone du récipient de collecte (7).
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la mesure du poids de la charge (2), on utilise au moins une poutre de flexion, un élément piézo-électrique, un boítier de mesure de pression, ou on utilise la pression hydraulique de l'unité à vérins (10).
