Claims (8)
- Schmelzbehälter, insbesondere Schmelztiegel, der einen von einem Wandbereich (2) und einem Bodenbereich (3) begrenzten Innenraum (1') zur Aufnahme von Schmelzgut aufweist, wobei der Bodenbereich (3) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) eine Abflußöffnung (5) aufweist, die durch ein Verschlußelement (6) eines Verschlußsystems (20) verschließbar ist, wobei die Abflußöffnung (5) des Bodenbereichs (3) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) außermittig angeordnet ist, indem die Abflußöffnung (5) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) um einen definierten Abstand (d) von einer Mittelachse (M) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) versetzt angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenbereich (3) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) zur Abflußöffnung (5) in zumindest zwei Stufen (11, 11a) hin abfällt, indem der Bodenbereich (3) vom Wandbereich (2) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) zur Abflußöffnung (5) hin zur Ausbildung der ersten Stufe über eine Schräge (11) abfällt, und daß die die Abflußöffnung (5) umgebende zweite Stufe als trichterförmige Vertiefung (11a) ausgebildet ist.
- Schmelzbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abflußöffnung (5) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) nahe des Wandbereichs (2) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) angeordnet ist.
- Schmelzbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenbereich (3) des Schmelzbehälters (1, 100) in der trichterförmigen Vertiefung (11a) der Abflußöffnung (5) mindestens eine Senkung (12; 13a, 13b) aufweist.
- Schmelzvorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schmelzbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
- Schmelzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Abflußöffnung (5) des Schmelzbehälters (1; 100) verschließende Verschlußelement (6) durch eine Hubeinrichtung (21, 22) des Verschlußsystems (20) bewegbar ist.
- Schmelzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubeinrichtung (21, 22) einen am oberen Ende (6') des Verschlußelements (6) angreifenden Balken (22) aufweist, der in einer Aufnahmebohrung (23) der Schmelzvorrichtung verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Schmelzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Balkens (22) des Verschlußsystems (20) durch einen Hubmechanismus (21) ausführbar ist.
- Schmelzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement der Verschlußvorrichtung (20) als Verschlußstab (6) ausgeführt ist.
