Description
Claims (20)
- Einrichtung zum Naßlack-Spritzlackieren von Gegenständen (1) mit einer Vorrichtung zum Auffangen des Lacküberschusses, die einen luftdurchlässigen Trockenfilter (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) bewegbar angeordnet ist und eine Absaugeinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die die während einer bestimmten Zeit aufgetrockneten Lackpartikel vom Trockenfilter (4) absaugt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) über einen vorzugsweise elektrischen Antriebsmotor (15) antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) als endlos umlaufende Filterfläche ausgebildet ist, welche über Umlenkrollen (5) geführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an eine Abluftanlage angeschlossener Abluftkanal (9) hinter der dem zu lackierenden Gegenstand abgewandten Seite des Trockenfilters (4) angeordnet ist und der Trockenfilter (4) bei eingeschalteter Abluftanlage bewegt wird.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) aus einem luftdurchlässigen, flexiblen Träger (4a) und einem daran befestigten Filtermaterial (4b) besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtermaterial (4b) ein Vlies, vorzugsweise aus Polyester oder Glasfasern ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4a) gelocht ist und vorzugsweise aus Fördergurtmaterial besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4a) aus luftdurchlässigem Gewebe besteht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (4a) und das Filtermaterial (4b) miteinander verklebt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) auf seiner Hinterseite zumindest einen Führungsvorsprung (12) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) zumindest eine Lochreihe aufweist, in die ein Antriebsrad (5) mit Stiften (14) eingreift.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikal ausgerichtete Trockenfilter (4) waagrecht bewegt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trockenfilter (4) oben Führungselemente (17) aufweist, die in einer stationären horizontalen Führungsschiene beweglich geführt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine Einsaugöffnung (7) der Absaugeinrichtung (6) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (21) des Trockenfilters (4) über diesen bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsaugöffnung (7) an einer Saugdüse (6a) ausgebildet ist, die an einer festen Führungsvorrichtung (22) beweglich geführt und vorzugsweise motorisch bewegt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugdüse über einen flexiblen Schlauch (6b) mit der Saugeinheit (6c) der Absaugeinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinrichtung (6) an einer Stelle angeordnet ist, die von jenem Bereich (8) entfernt ist, in dem der Trockenfilter (4) Lacküberschuß aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinrichtung (6) in einem in Bewegungsrichtung (21) des Trockenfilters (4) gemessenen Abstand von mindestens 50 %, vorzugsweise mindestens 70 % der in Bewegungsrichtung (21) gemessenen, gesamten Länge (Umfangslänge) des Trockenfilters (4) von jenem Bereich (8) angeordnet ist, in dem der Trockenfilter (4) Lacküberschuß aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zum mechanischen Klopfen auf den Trockenfilter (4), vorzugsweise auf dessen Hinterseite.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zum Erzeugen eines durch den Trockenfilter (4) von dessen Hinterseite auf dessen Vorderseite gerichteten Luftstromes.
