Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Kühlung des im Arbeitskreislauf einer Baumaschine, insbesondere eines Hydraulikbaggers, vorhandenen Hydrauliköles, indem das Hydrauliköl zumindest teilweise über einen Ölkühler (24) geführt wird und danach in einen Hydraulikölbehälter (16) strömt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von den Arbeitsbereichen (1) zurückfließende, ein hohes Temperatumiveau aufweisende Hydrauliköl vor seinem Eintreten in den Hydraulikölbehälter (16), räumlich getrennt von dem im Hydraulikölbehälter (16) befindlichen Öl, zwischengespeichert und von hier über eine Pumpe (22) angesaugt wird, die das das hohe Temperatumiveau aufweisende Hydrauliköl dem Ölkühler (24) zuführt, ehe es mit entsprechend geringerer Temperatur in den Hydraulikölbehälter (16) zurückfließt und dort mit dem vorhandenen, ein anderes Temperatumiveau aufweisenden Hydrauliköl gemischt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (22) Hydrauliköl aus dem Hydraulikölbehälter (16) ansaugt, sobald die im Zwischenspeicher (15) vorhandene Ölmenge eine vorgegebene Füllmenge oder eine vorgegebene Füllhöhe unterschreitet.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe (22) bei Überschreiten der Füllmenge oder der Füllhöhe automatisch wieder das heißere Hydrauliköl aus dem Zwischenspeicher (15) ansaugt.
- Einrichtung zur Kühlung des im Arbeitskreislauf einer Baumaschine, insbesondere eines Hydraulikbaggers, vorhandenen Hydrauliköles zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit einem Ölkühler (24), einem Hydraulikölbehälter (16) sowie einem im Bereich des Hydraulikölbehälters (16) vorgesehenem weiteren Behältnis (15) in Form eines Zwischenspeichers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (15) einen Teilbereich des Hydraulikölbehälters (16) bildet, und daß eine separate, als Kühlölpumpe (22) ausgebildete Ansaugpumpe für das im Zwischenspeicher (15) und/oder im Hydraulikölbehälter (16) vorhandene Hydrauliköl vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Bypaß-Leitung (26) vom Hydraulikölbehälter (16) zur Ansaugleitung (23) der Kühlölpumpe (22).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Meßeinrichtung für die Füllhöhe im Bereich des Zwischenspeichers (15), die mit einer Schalteinrichtung zum Verbinden einer Ansaugstelle (28) am Zwischenspeicher (15) oder einer Anzapfstelle (27) am Hydraulikölbehälter (16) mit der Kühlölpumpe (22) zusammenwirkt.
