Description
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Berußen von Preßbolzen (29), Blöcken od. dgl. vor dem Weiterverarbeiten dieses Preßbolzens (29) in einer Presse mit Preßstempel bzw. Preßscheibe, wobei dem Preßbolzen (29) bzw. dem Preßstempel/Preßscheibe zumindest eine Düse (12, 35) mit einem Anschluß (14) an eine Gaszuleitung (38) und dieser zumindest einen Düse (12, 35) eine Zündeinrichtung (18) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gas beim Austritt aus der Düse (12) eine so hohe Austrittsgeschwindigkeit aufweist, daß es Luft aus der Umgebung ansaugt, wobei die Düse (12) von einem Gehäusering (1) umfangen ist, welcher an eine Rückwand (2) anschließt, in der sich zumindest eine Ausnehmung (3) befindet oder vor dem Gasleitungarohr (38) in einem Mischteil (40) ein offener Ringspalt (41) gebildet ist, durch den das durchströmende Gas Luft ansaugt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusering (1) von einem Außenring (4) unter Ausbildung eines Luftspaltes (5) umfangen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (12) in dem Gehäusering (1) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Gehäusering (1.1) eine Mehrzahl von Düsen (12.1, 12.2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (12.1, 12.2) über eine Querleitung (25) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zündeinrichtung (18) zwei Elektroden (17.1, 17.2) zur Bildung eines Lichtbogens aufweist.
- Vorrichtung Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Ring (34) eine Mehrzahl von Düsenaustrittsöffnungen (35) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Ring (34) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als der Preßstempel/Preßscheibe bzw. Preßbolzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Ring (34) sich gegenüberliegende Zweigleitungen (36, 37) einmünden, die an ein Gasleitungsrohr (38) anschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie (R1, R2) an einem Antrieb (20) zum Ein- und Ausfahren in und aus einer Presse angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (20) Teil eines Roboterarmes (P) ist, welcher der Presse zugeordnet ist.
