Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de mélange statique pour des liquides très visqueux, qui comporte un tube (2) et au moins un élément de mélange (10) disposé dans le tube, dont la structure est constituée de barrettes (3, 31) s'engageant les unes dans les autres et se croisant, où le tube définit une direction d'écoulement principale (4) du liquide à mélanger et les barrettes forment respectivement avec la direction d'écoulement principale un angle, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale du tube à travers l'élément de mélange n'est pas entièrement recouverte de telle sorte que deux zones de bord en forme de segment qui se situent entre les arêtes latérales longues de barrettes coté bord (31) de l'élément de mélange et de la paroi du tube, ne présentent pas de barrettes (30) disposées en biais à la direction d'écoulement principale.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que toutes les barrettes (3) ont essentiellement la même largeur, et en ce que l'écart entre les barrettes latérales et la paroi du tube dans les deux zones de bord n'est pas plus grand qu'une largeur de barrette.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé dans les deux zones de bord respectivement une nervure (5) s'étendant dans la direction d'écoulement principale qui est fixée à l'élément de mélange (1) et qui renforce celui-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a une pluralité d'éléments de mélange (1, 1', 1'') et en ce que sont associées à chaque élément de mélange (1) des nervures (5) qui sont prolongées respectivement jusque dans la zone centrale des éléments de mélange avoisinants (1', 1'').
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nervure (5) présente dans son milieu une section transversale qui remplit sensiblement complètement un secteur (60) de la zone de bord en forme de segment associée, où le secteur est délimité par un arc (61) de la paroi du tube, par un tronçon partiel (62) de la surface latérale de l'élément de mélange et par deux tronçons de liaison (63, 64).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du secteur (60), mesuré perpendiculairement à la surface latérale (62) de l'élément de mélange est plus petite que la largeur du secteur.
  7. Elément de mélange pour un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
  8. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 pour le mélange et l'homogénéisation d'une masse fondue de matière synthétique.
