Claims (14)
- Rolltor mit einem das bewegliche Torblatt bildenden Panzer (8; 20) aus einer Vielzahl von mit ihren Breitseiten in Bewegungsrichtung aufeinanderfolgender Stäbe (1; 11), deren jeweils benachbarte mittels im Querschnitt etwa rundhakenförmiger, rechtwinklig zur Bewegungsrichtung des Panzers (8; 20) verlaufender Längsrandausbildungen gelenkig ineinander greifen, wobei im Übergangsbereich der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) ein sich längs der Längskantenausbildungen erstreckender Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) zum Abdichten dieses Übergangsbereiches in der Schließstellung des Panzers (8; 20) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Verbindungsstelle der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) von einem einen Teil der Außenfläche (4) eines der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) bildenden nasenförmigen Abschnitt (9; 21) überdeckt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen im Übergreifbereich der ineinandergreifenden Längskantenausbildungen vorgesehen ist, an einer der Längskantenausbildungen festgelegt ist und an der anderen zumindest im Schließzustand des Panzers (8; 20) den für die Gelenkbewegung erforderlichen Schlitz schließend angreift und daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) zwischen der Innenseite des nasenförmigen Abschnitts (9; 21) des einen der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) und der Außenseite der Längskantenausbildung des anderen der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) angeordnet ist, so daß ein unmittelbares Aufeinandertreffen der benachbarten Stäbe (1; 11) zumindest in diesem Bereich vermieden wird. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) auf die Stäbe (1; 11) aufgespritzt ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) in einer, vorzugsweise mit der Außenkontur des Dichtungsstreifens (10; 19) korrespondierenden, Ausnehmung (18) angeordnet ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (18) nutförmig ausgebildet ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Stab (1) aus einem gefalteten und an seinen Längskanten miteinander verbundenen Blechstreifen (2) besteht. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Stab (11) aus zwei Blechstreifen (12, 13) besteht, die an ihren Längskanten (14, 15) zusammengefalzt sind. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stäbe (1; 11) ausgeschäumt sind, wobei die Ausschäumung (17) vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan besteht. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) durchgehend praktisch die gesamte Stabbreite übergreift. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) in zumindest einem Teilbereich selbstklebend ausgebildet ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest die gefaltete Längskantenausbildung in Bereich des einen Endes (7) der Stäbe (1) etwa auf die Außenfläche (4) des Stabes (1) abragend ausgebildet ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längskantenausbildungen beider Endbereiche (3, 7; 14, 15) der Stäbe etwa zu der Außenfläche (4; 12) des Stabes (1; 11) abragend ausgeformt sind. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtungsstreifen (10; 19) im Übergangsbereich zwischen der rundhakenförmigen Längsrandausbildung und der nach außen gerichteten Fläche (4; 12) der Stäbe (1; 11) angeordnet ist. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dichtstreifen (10; 19) so gelegen ist, daß ein Scharnieren über die normale Schließlage entgegen der Aufrollkrümmung hinaus - insbesondere um ca. 12° aus der Flucht des Schließzustandes - möglich ist, ohne das der Dichtstreifen (10; 19) bleibend verformt wird. - Rolltor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Außenfläche (4) bzw. die Außenfläche des diese bildenden Blechstreifens (12) eine außenseitige Mikroprofilierung aufweist.
