Abstract

Eine Abheftvorrichtung als Thermoplastspritzgußteil mit an einer Rückenleiste sitzenden Zungen, mit einer Durchgänge und Klemmaufnahmen für die Zungen aufweisenden Deckleiste und mit einem auf die Zungen aufsteckbaren Aufsteckbügel. Das technische Problem ist eine Erleichterung des Festlegens und Festklemmens der Zungen. Die Deckleiste (3) weist in einem Längssteg (10) auf die Durchgänge (9) ausgerichtete Klemmaufnahmen (11) mit hinterschnittenen Seitenwänden (12) auf, und der Aufsteckbügel (4) ist mit Hülsen (15) auf die Zungen (2) aufsteckbar. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abheftvorrichtung als Thermoplastspritzgußteil mit an einer Rückenleiste sitzenden Zungen, mit einer Durchgängen und Klemmaufnahmen für die Zungen aufweisenden Deckleiste und mit einem auf die Zungen aufsteckbaren Aufsteckbügel.
  • Das DE 18 90 230 U1 beschreibt eine Abheftvorrichtung der genannten Gattung. Die biegsamen Zungen werden unter Nasen der Deckleiste eingefädelt und festgeklemmt. Dieses Einfädeln der Zungen ist sehr mühsam und aufwendig.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine Erleichterung des Festlegens und Festklemmens der Zungen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Deckleiste in einem Längssteg auf die Durchgänge ausgerichtete Klemmaufnahmen mit hinterschnittenen Seitenwänden aufweist und daß der Aufsteckbügel mit Hülsen auf die Zungen aufsteckbar ist.
  • Eine besonders einfache Handhabung und Festklemmung der Zungen erreicht man dadurch, daß die Zungen jeweils ein Rechtkantprofil mit in Längsrichtung der Rückenleiste ausgerichteter Breitseite aufweisen.
  • Eine stabile Verbindung mit dem Aufsteckbügel wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Endabschntite der Zungen und die Hülsen des Aufsteckbügels einen Kreisquerschnitt haben.
  • Eine Festlegung der Zungen in Anpassung an den jeweiligen Blattstapel erreicht man dadurch, daß den Durchgängen benachbart in der Deckleiste je ein Rastzahn ausgebildet ist und daß die Zungen auf der in die Nut eingreifenden Breitseite ein Sägezahnprofil aufweisen.
  • Eine feste Verbindung mit einem Träger wird dadurch erzielt, daß eine Abdeckleiste die Rückenleiste überdeckt und mit einem Träger verbindbar ist.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung erläutert, in der darstellen:

  • Die Abheftvorrichtung umfaßt im wesentlichen eine Rückenleiste 1 mit zwei Zungen 2, eine Deckleiste 3 und einen Aufsteckbügel 4. Alle Teile sind Thermoplastspritzgußteile.
  • Die Rückenleiste 1 ist mit den beiden Zungen 2 vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet. Die Zungen 2 haben über den Großteil ihrer Länge einen Rechtkantquerschnitt und enden in einen zylindrsichen Abschnitt 5. Die Rückenleiste 1 wird auf einem Träger 6 befestigt, vorzugsweise aufgeklebt. Der Träger 6 kann eine Kartonblatt, ein Thermoplastfolienblatt oder ein anderer Träger sein. Die Rückenleiste 1 kann zur Verbesserung der Halterung auf dem Träger 6 durch eine Abdeckleiste 17 oder Abdeckfolie überdeckt sein, die selbstklebend oder verschweißbar mit dem Träger 6 ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Breitseite der Zungen 2 ist in Längsrichtung der Rückenleiste 1 ausgerichtet. Die Zungen 2 lassen sich senkrecht zu der genannten Längsrichtung leicht abbiegen. In einer Breitseite ist ein Sägezahnprofil 7 mit mehreren Zähnen ausgebildet.
  • Die Deckleiste 3 umfaßt ein Platte 8 mit zwei Durchgängen 9 für die Zungen 2 und einen Längssteg 10. Der Längssteg 10 hat zwei auf die Durchgänge 9 ausgerichtete Klemmaufnahmen 11 mit hinterschnittenen Seitenwänden 12, so daß jeweils eine Zunge 2 in eine Klemmaufnahme 11 eingeklemmt werden kann. Jeweils dem Durchgang 9 benachbart ist ein Rastzahn 13 ausgebildet, in den ein Zahn des Sägezahnprofils 7 eingreift.
  • Schenkel 14 des Aufsteckbügels 4 sind auf die Zungen 2 ausgerichtet. Jeder Schenkel 14 endet in eine Hülse 15 mit Kreisquerschnitt. Die Hülse 15 isat jeweils auf einen Endabschntt 5 einer Zunge 2 aufsteckbar.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt einen gelochten Blattstapel 16, der auf die Zungen 2 aufgereiht ist. Die Zungen 2 stehen, wie in strichpunktierten Linien angegeben, senkrecht von dem Träger 6 ab. Nachdem die Deckleiste 3 auf die Zungen 2 aufgesteckt ist, werden die Zungen 2 in die in Fig. 2 in ausgezogenen Linien eingezeichnete Stellung umgebogen und in die Klemmaufnahmen 11 eingedrückt. Diese Klemmung wird durch den Eingriff des Rastzahns 13 in das Rastprofil 7 formschlüssig festgelegt.
  • Der Aufsteckbügel 4 wird jetzt oder auch bereits zuvor auf die Zungen 2 aufgeschoben. Der Aufsteckbügel 4 ermöglicht ein Auseinanderklappen des Blattstapels 15 und ein Trennen desselben, so daß man an beliebiger Stelle ein Blatt entnehmen kann. Der Blattstapel 15 wird auf dem Aufsteckbügel immer geordnet gehalten.

Claims (5)

  1. Abheftvorrichtung als Thermoplastspritzgußteil mit an einer Rückenleiste sitzenden Zungen, mit einer Durchgänge und Klemmaufnahmen für die Zungen aufweisenden Deckleiste und mit einem auf die Zungen aufsteckbaren Aufsteckbügel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckleiste (3) in einem Längssteg (10) auf die Durchgänge (9) ausgerichtete Klemmaufnahmen (11) mit hinterschnittenen Seitenwänden (12) aufweist und daß der Aufsteckbügel (4) mit Hülsen (15) auf die Zungen (2) aufsteckbar ist.
  2. Abheftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (2) jeweils ein Rechtkantprofil mit in Längsrichtung der Rückenleiste (1) ausgerichteter Breitseite aufweisen.
  3. Abbheftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endabschntite (5) der Zungen (2) und die Hülsen (15) des Aufsteckbügels (4) einen Kreisquerschnitt haben.
  4. Abheftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Durchgängen (9) benachbart in der Deckleiste (3) je ein Rastzahn (13) ausgebildet ist und daß die Zungen (2) auf der in die Klemmaufnahme (11) eingreifenden Breitseite ein Sägezahnprofil (7) aufweisen.
  5. Abheftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abdeckleiste (17) die Rückenleiste (1) überdeckt und mit einem Träger (6) verbindbar ist.
