Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Hohlprofils (1) mit wenigstens zwei in ihrer Winkellage aufeinander abgestimmten, durch eine Innenringschulter (4) voneinander getrennten Profilabschnitten (2, 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilabschnitte (2, 3) nacheinander durch Aufdrücken eines Rohlings (10) auf entsprechende Dornprofile (12, 16) ausgeformt werden, wobei im ersten Formgebungsschritt ein erster Profilabschnitt (2) und/oder ein Referenzprofil (19) ausgeformt werden, an dem dann die Winkellage des im nächsten Formgebungsschritt eingesetzten Dornprofils (16) zur Ausformung des zweiten Profilabschnittes (3) ausgerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Formgebungsschritt neben dem ersten Profilabschnitt (2) auch die Innenringschulter (4) ausgeformt und dabei diese Innenringschulter (4) mit dem Referenzprofil (19) versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Formgebung zwei verschiedene Dorne (11, 15) verwendet werden, von denen der eine (11) zusätzlich zum Dornprofil (12) für den ersten Profilabschnitt (2) einen Dornansatz (13) zur Ausformung des Referenzprofils (19) und gegebenenfalls ein Endstück (14) zum Schließen des Profilabschnittes (2) und der andere (15) zusätzlich zum Dornprofil (16) für den bzw. die weiteren Profilabschnitte (13) einen in das Referenzprofil (19) passenden Richtansatz (17) aufweisen.
