Claims (3)
- Fördertechnische Anlage, insbesondere Stückgut-Sortieranlage, bei der Förderdaten des Fördergutes in einem Datenspeicher abgelegt sind und den Stelleinrichtungen der Förderstrecken-Vorrichtungen zuleitbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fördergut (2) mittels einer Aufnahme-Kamera, deren Signale über Bildverarbeitung aufbereitbar sind, einer optischen Eingangs-Identifikation (7) unterzogen wird und Charakteristika des Fördergutes in einem Charakteristika-Datenspeicher (8) abgespeichert werden, dass Daten über eine ortsabhängige Position und eine Befehlsvergabe für die nachfolgenden Förderstreckenabschnitte (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) fortlaufend in dem Charakteristika-Datenspeicher (8) verwaltet und derart verarbeitet werden, dass das Fördergut (2) jeweils mittels an mehreren Stellen der Förderstreckenabschnitte (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) an festgelegten Standorten angeordneter Aufnahme-Kameras (K 1, K 2, K3, usw.) erneut optisch identifiziert und mit den bereits gespeicherten Daten verglichen wird und bei Übereinstimmung der Daten sofort anschließend die weiteren Befehle an die Stelleinrichtungen der Förderstrecken-Vorrichtungen (11) für Sortiervorgänge gegeben werden. - Fördertechnische Anlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Aufnahme-Kameras (K1, K2, K3) jeweils Signale der Farbsättigung, der Formgebung, von Grauwerten, Reflexionswerte u.dgl. auswertbar sind. - Fördertechnische Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich Signale von induktiven Metallsensoren, kapazitiven Sensoren, Lichttaster, Impulsgeber o.dgl. im Datenspeicher verwaltet und nach Verarbeitung auf die Stelleinrichtungen gegeben werden.
