Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung (10, 100) für längliche Gegenstände, insbesondere für Fahrräder, mit einer Hülle (12, 120) von rechteckiger Parallelepiped-Form, welche aufweist :
    ein erstes unteres Teil (A) mit einem Paar von seitlichen Bahnen (16, 20), welche die grossen parallelen entgegensetzten Wände bilden,
    ein Paar erster und zweiter Festkeilkästen (22, 24), die sich zwischen den beiden seitlichen Bahnen (16, 20) gemäss einer transversalen Richtung erstrecken, um die kleinen parallelen entgegengesetzten Wände der Hülle (12) zu bilden, wobei jeder hohle Kasten (22, 24) mit Positionierungsmitteln ausgestattet ist, mit wenigstens einem Schlitz (48), um die Gegenstände zu halten
    ein zweites oberes Teil (B), das als Schliessdeckel (26, 126) ausgebildet ist, der auf dem oberen Teil der Kästen (22, 24) befestigt ist,
    und Mittel zur elementaren Verbindung des ersten und zweiten Teils (A, B) mit den Kästen (22, 24),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    sich der Schlitz (48) vertikal längs des entsprechenden Keilkastens (22, 24) erstreckt, und senkrecht gegenüber dem Deckel (26, 126) des zweiten oberen Teils (B), welches beiderseits der genannten Kästen (22, 24) eingepasst ist, wobei das Ganze durch Verriegelungsmittel (34) verbunden ist, um die Gegenstände in senkrechter Stellung in einer annähernd parallelen Lage zu den Bahnen (16, 20) zu halten.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schlitz (48) von einem Paar Haltewülsten (50, 52) begrenzt ist, die schräg im Innern des hohlen Raums jedes Kastens (22, 24) angeordnet sind, wobei die genannten Wülste eine Anti-Rücklauf-Vorrichtung nach Einführen des Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Rades (54, 58) des Fahrrades (56), in den entsprechenden Schlitz (48) bilden.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Keilkästen (22, 24) gemäss den Profilstäben zur Verstärkung der mechanischen Festigkeit der Hülle (12) gleichgebildet sind, um die Stapelung beim Transport oder der Lagerung zu ermöglichen.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste untere Teil (A) und das zweite obere Teil (B) jeweils ein U-förmiges Teil (114, 126) oder Gürtel (14) aufweisen, mit einer mittleren Bahn (18) versehen, die mit den seitlichen schwenkbaren Bahnen (16, 20) durch waagerechte als Scharniere ausgebildete Faltlinien (28, 30) verbunden ist.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede seitliche Bahn (16, 20) des Gürtels (14) mit einer vorgestanzten Linie (36) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Teil der genannten Bahn zu beseitigen, um die Vorrichtung nach Abnahme des ersten Kastens (22) in einen Präsentations-Behälter zu verwandeln.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die vorgestanzte Linie (36) gemäss einer schrägen Richtung erstreckt, von dem zweiten Kasten (24) ausgehend bis zu einem mittleren Punkt (38) der entsprechenden Faltlinie (28, 30).
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass jeder Kasten (22, 24) durch eine Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Grund-Modulen gebildet wird, mit rechteckigem hohlen Durchschnitt, die mit ihren kleinen inneren Seiten (40) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Anzahl der Module von der Breite der Hülle (12) abhängt, und dass jeder Kasten (22, 24) eine Mehrzahl von Schlitzen (48) aufweist, die senkrecht mit vorbestimmten Abständen längs der inneren transversalen Seite (46) verteilt sind.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (34) in die zugeordneten Öffnungen (32) der verschiedenen Teile der Hülle (12) eingeführt sind, und auf der Höhe des Deckels (26) entweder mit den Verriegelungsorganen oder mit den Vorrichtungen zur Öffnungs-Kontrolle zusammenarbeiten können.
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusammensetzbare Hülle (12) aus einem biegsamen Blatt aus vorbestimmten Material gebildet wird, insbesondere aus Karton, Metall oder Plastik, und dass die verschiedenen Kästen (22, 122; 24, 124) der Hülle (12) im Sinne der Breite oder der Höhe zusammen gruppiert sind, um eine Modul-Verbindung zu bilden.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden der Hülle (12, 120) auf eine Beförderungs-Palette (13) gestellt werden kann.
