Claims (6)

1. Im wesentlichen quaderförmiger, zusammenlegbarer Palettenbehälter (1), bestehend aus :
einer Umfassung (9, 29), die von zwei gegenüberliegenden starren Platten (10, 38) und zwei faltbaren Platten (13, 41) gebildet wird, wobei die Umfassung auf einem Sockel (2, 30) einer entsprechenden Abmessung ruht, welcher Anschlagelemente (5, 35) aufweist, die die absolute Lage der Umfassung sicherstellt, wobei die starren Platten Pfosten (15, 43) aufweisen, die an den Anschlagelementen des Sockels angreifen,
einem Deckel (7, 32), der an den oberen Abschnitt des Behälters angepaßt ist und ggfs. die Stapelung erlaubt,
starren Teilen (18, 46), die die Verbindung der gegenüberliegenden starren Platten (10, 38) erlauben, um die Umfassung (9, 29) in der entfalteten Stellung zu verriegeln,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die faltbaren Platten (13, 41) der Umfassung aus einem biegsamen Material gebildet sind,
daß die starren Teile (18, 46), die sich bis zur Höhe der Umfassung erstrecken, an der Innenfläche der faltbaren Platten angebracht sind und vertikale Ränder aufweisen, die in Gleitführungen (17) zwischen den starren Platten (10, 38) und den faltbaren Platten (13, 41) eingesetzt sind.
2. Palettenbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (2, 30) mit Leisten (36) zur Bildung einer Nut (37) versehen sind, in die der untere Abschnitt der Umfassung greift.

Palettenbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfassung (29) in lösbarer Weise mittels eines Pfostens (51) verschlossen ist, der an einem der vertikalen Ränder der Innenfläche einer faltbaren Platte (41) befestigt ist, wobei diese faltbare Platte breit genug ist, um diesen Pfosten (51) neben den Pfosten (43) angrenzend an der starren Platte (38) zum Verriegeln der Umfassung anordnen zu können.
4. Palettenbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitführungen (17) von vertikalen Pfosten (16) gebildet sind, die in Nähe der vertikalen Ränder an den starren Platten (10, 38) angeordnet sind.

Palettenbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der starren Teile (18, 46) gleich dem Abstand zwischen den beiden starren Platten (10, 38) plus dem Doppelten der Dicke dieser Platten ist, wobei die Breite der faltbaren Platten (13, 41 ) ausreichend ist, um das starre Teil in die Gleitführung (17) einsetzen zu können, welche von der Kante der starren Platte (10, 38) und der Innenwand der faltbaren Platte (13, 41) gebildet wird.
6. Palettenbehälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die faltbaren Platten (13, 41) ein Flächengewicht zwischen 300 g/m2 und 800 g/m2 haben.
