Claims (15)
- Stößel für ein schaltbares Ventil (2) einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einer einen hydraulisch betätigten Kolben (14) und ein durch den Kolben betätigtes Kupplungsglied (15) umfassenden Einrichtung, durch die das Ventil in einer ersten Schaltstellung abgeschaltet und in einer zweiten Schaltstellung zur Gaswechselsteuerung aktiviert ist, wobei der Stößel mit einem Nocken (3) einer Nockenwelle (4) zusammenwirkt und das Kupplungsglied (15) in zwei, den Schaltstellungen zugeordneten Endstellungen durch eine erste (41) und eine zweite Sperreinrichtung (42) verriegelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperreinrichtungen jeweils durch den Ventilschaft (10) des Ventils (2) entriegelbar sind.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelung des Kupplungsgliedes (15) jeweils bei Erreichen der Endstellungen durch Einwirken eines Federelementes (27) erfolgt.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied (15) eine Bohrung (35) aufweist, in die in einer (ersten) Endstellung der Ventilschaft (10) eintaucht, und daß der Ventilschaft (10) im eingetauchten Zustand eine der Sperreinrichtungen (Sperreinrichtung (41) oder Sperreinrichtung (42)) entriegelt.
- Stößel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer (zweiten) Endstellung des Kupplungsgliedes (15) der Ventilschaft (10) an diesem anliegt, und daß der Ventilschaft (10) bei Betätigung des Stößels (1) durch den Nocken (3) eine der Sperreinrichtungen (Sperreinrichtung (42) oder Sperreinrichtung (41)) entriegelt.
- Stößel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied (15) beabstandete Stützflächen (32, 33) besitzt, an denen sich der Kolben (14) und ein Federelement (34) abstützen.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied (15) in einem ersten Nockenbahnbereich (Nbl) und in seiner ersten Endstellung durch die zugeordnete Sperreinrichtung (42) festgelegt wird, wogegen die Sperreinrichtung (42) in einem zweiten Nockenbahnbereich (Nbll) bei dieser Schaltstellung vom Ventilschaft (10) entriegelt wird, wodurch das Kupplungsglied (15) durch Zusammenwirken des Kolbens (14) und der Wirkung eines Federelementes (34) aus der ersten Endstellung zunächst in eine Zwischenstellung (Zs) und in dem folgenden ersten Nockenbahnbereich (Nbl) in eine zweite Endstellung bewegt wird, aus der es im ersten Nockenbahnbereich (Nbl) bei entgegengesetztem Zusammenwirken des Kolbens (14) und des Federelementes (34) in die erste Endstellung zurückgeführt wird.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (D) der Bohrung (35) im Kupplungsglied (15) zur Erzielung der Zwischenstellung (Zs) größer ist als der Durchmesser (d) des Ventilschafts (10).
- Stößel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (1) nach Art einer Tasse (16) aufgebaut ist und ein Mantelteil (17), einen Tassenboden (18) und einen davon umschlossenen Innenraum (22) umfasst, und daß in dem Innenraum (22) der Kolben (14), die Sperreinrichtungen (41, 42), das Kupplungsglied (15) und das Federelement (34) eingesetzt sind.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Sperreinrichtung (42) zwischen Tassenboden (18) und Kupplungsglied (15) angeordnet ist.
- Stößel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied (15) auf einer Führungsbahn (30) verschieblich und vom Ventilschaft (10) etwa senkrecht dazu anhebbar ist, und daß eine der Sperreinrichtungen (41) durch lösbar ineinandergreifende Teile (30, 31) des Kupplungsgliedes (15) und der Führungsbahn (30) gebildet ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied (15) gegen die Wirkung eines Federmittels (27) vom Ventilschaft (10) anhebbar ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federmittel (27) durch einen Teil der am Tassenboden (18) angeordneten Sperreinrichtung (42) gebildet ist.
- Stößel nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (30) eine Öffnung (31) aufweist, in die in der Verriegelungsstellung der zugeordneten Sperreinrichtung (41) ein Fortsatz (38) des Kupplungsgliedes (15) eingreift.
- Stößel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der am Tassenboden (18) angeordneten Sperreinrichtung (41) an einem in die Tasse (16) eingesetzten Formteil (25) als Federzunge (27) ausgebildet ist.
- Stößel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (30) auf einer Führungsplatte (28) ausgebildet ist, die in die Tasse (16) eingesetzt ist, daß diese Führungsplatte (28) vom Ventilschaft (10) durchdringbar ist, und daß auf der Führungsplatte das Kupplungsglied (15) verschiebbar ist.
