Claims (5)
- Dispositif de transfert flexible pour presses, en particulier pour grosses presses, et faisant de préférence partie intégrante de lignes de presses destinées au travail de pièces de forme en tôle, comprenant des éléments à ventouses et à pinces (21) fixés à des moyens de support et destinés à saisir des pièces de forme en tôle, ainsi que des unités d'entraînement séparées, disposées dans l'espace d'outillage de la presse, qui comprennent elles-mêmes des chariots pouvant être mis en mouvement par des moteurs commandés pour assurer le déplacement des éléments à ventouses ou à pinces (21) selon deux ou trois axes,
caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :a) les unités d'entraînement pour le mouvement d'élévation et de fermeture, qui sont disposés le long des faces intérieures des montants (1) de la presse ou disposés sur la table coulissante (22) ou latéralement à cette table, comprennent chacune un chariot d'élévation (5) qui est monté coulissant pour pouvoir monter et descendre selon l'axe Z, chariot sur lequel, de son côté, un chariot de fermeture (9) est monté coulissant selon la direction de l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses, qui s'étend selon la direction de l'axe Y ;b) les deux chariots de fermeture (9) de chaque côté de la presse sont reliés entre eux au moyen de poutres secondaires (16) qui s'étendent selon la direction X, transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses à travers l'espace d'outillage de la presse, et qui sont plus courts que la distance entre les montants (1) de la presse et sur lesquels, à leur tour, des poutres primaires (17) sont montées pour coulisser au moyen d'entraînements séparés, disposés dans les poutres secondaires (16) ou qui sont amenés de l'extérieur, transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses ;c) les poutres primaires (17) peuvent être reliées fonctionnellement au moyen de systèmes de serrage rapide et de blocage, au choix à des barres de pinces ou de ventouses (21) pour assurer un transport tri ou bidimensionnel des pièces de forme en tôle transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses, ainsi que des barres de ventouses (26) pour assurer un transport bidimensionnel des pièces en forme en tôle le long de l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses. - Dispositif de transfert flexible selon la revendication 1,

en ce qu'au droit de, ou sur, chaque poutre secondaire (16), sont montées deux poutres primaires (17) pouvant coulisser transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la ligne de presses, au moyen de moteurs d'entraînement séparés, dans le même sens de transport, ou dans des sens de transport mutuellement opposés. - Dispositif de transfert flexible selon la revendication 1,
