Abstract

Zum Grillen von Fleisch wird als Träger üblicherweise ein gelochtes, großflächiges Grillblech verwendet, das auf eine Fettpfanne aufgesetzt ist, in welche Fettpfanne beim Grillen oder Braten das Fett abtropft und dort vor direkter Wärmestrahlung weitgehend geschützt ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Grillblech (Träger) zweigeteilt, sodaß sie in einer Geschirrspülmaschine spülbar sind und die beiden Hälften zum Abschöpfen von Fett und Begießen des Garguts zusammengeschoben werden können. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gargutträger für einen Backofen, bestehend aus einer Pfanne und einem lose auf der Pfanne aufgesetzten, Tropföffnungen aufweisenden Träger.
  • Derartige Gargutträger insb. für den Grillbetrieb im Backofen sind bekannt (US 1 961 391). Hierbei weist der gelochte oder gitterartige Träger eine zumindest annähernd mit der darunterliegenden Pfanne übereinstimmende Größe oder Länge auf. Bei Grillbetrieb tropft das erhitzte Fett oder der Bratensaft durch die Tropföffnungen nach unten in die mit einem geschlossenen Boden versehenen Pfanne und wird dabei durch den Träger zumindest zum Teil von der etwa von einem oberen Grillheizkörper herkommenden Wärmestrahlung abgeschirmt, sodaß keine störende Rauchentwicklung erfolgt. Die Handhabung des großflächigen, einstückigen Trägers insb. zum Abschöpfen von Fett aus der Pfanne und Begießen des Gargutes z.B. Fleischstückes ist relativ aufwendig und beschwerlich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die den bekannten Gargutträgern anhaftenden Nachteile hinsichtlich der Handhabung zu vermeiden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Träger aus wenigstens zwei einzeln abhebbaren und/oder relativ gegeneinander verschiebbaren Trägerteilen besteht.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung des mit Tropföffnungen versehenen Trägers ergeben sich vorzugsweise zwei relativ kleinflächige Teile, die zum Reinigen sehr leicht in einer Haushalts-Geschirrspülmaschine untergebracht werden können. Die z.B. zwei Hälften des Trägers können zum Abschöpfen von Fett zusammengeschoben werden oder es kann ein Teil kurzzeitig abgehoben werden. Für kleines Gargut kann auch nur ein einziger Teil verwendet werden, was das Reinigen vereinfacht.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausfuhrungsbeispieles nachstehend erläutert.
  • In der Figur ist eine großflächige Pfanne 1 mit erhabenem, umlaufenden Rand 2 und rechteckförmigem Grundriß gezeigt. Auf zwei gegenüberliegende Randabschnitte des Randes 2 lose aufgesetzt sind zwei Trägerteile 3 und 4 eines Trägers 3/4 für das zu bratende oder grillende Gargut, wobei jeder Trägerteil 3, 4 an gegenüberliegenden Seiten Auflageflansche 31 bzw. 41 besitzt, die auf dem Rand 2 der Pfanne 1 aufliegen und hierauf in Pfeilrichtung verschiebbar sind. So kann z.B. der in der Figur linke Trägerteil 3 auf oder unter den in der Figur rechten Trägerteil 4 geschoben werden, was durch strichpunktierte Linienzüge angedeutet ist, sodaß aus der Pfanne 1 flüssiges Fett geschöpft werden kann. Der mit Abstand über dem Pfannenboden 5 liegende Boden der Trägerteile 3, 4 besitzt beim Ausführungsbeispiel eine Vielzahl rechteckförmiger, kleiner Tropföffnungen 32 bzw. 42, sodaß beim Garbetrieb das Fett oder der Bratensaft in die Pfanne 1 abfließen kann, dort jedoch weitgehend durch die Trägerteile vor direkter Wärmeeinstrahlung abgeschirmt ist. Die Trägerteile 3, 4 können einzeln von der Pfanne 1 abgehoben werden und besitzen eine zur Unterbringung in eine Geschirrspülmaschine geeignete Größe. Vorzugsweise sind die Trägerteile, ebenso wie die Pfanne 1 aus metallischem Blechmaterial gefertigt.

Claims (2)

  1. Garguttrager für einen Backofen, bestehend aus einer Pfanne und einem lose auf der Pfanne aufgesetztem, Tropföffnungen aufweisenden Träger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3/4) aus wenigstens zwei einzeln abhebbaren und/oder relativ gegeneinander verschiebbaren Trägerteilen (3, 4) besteht.
  2. Gargutträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (3, 4) auf dem erhabenen Rand (2) der Wanne (1) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
