Claims (7)
- Méthode pour éviter les défauts de tissu ou les fautes de tissage sur des tissus unis et des tissus à poils, que l'on produit sur des métiers à tisser à buses d'air et le métier à tisser comportant une unité de commande, qui commande au moins les fonctions de service d'introduction du fil de trame, de sortie de chaîne et de retrait de la marchandise réalisée, et dans lequel un programme de tissage est associé ou subordonné à la commande, méthode selon laquelle des fils de trame sont introduits selon un modèle dans une foule formée par des fils de chaîne inférieure et des fils de chaîne supérieure, à l'aide d'un courant d'air principal prélevé sur le moyen d'introduction des fils de trame et à l'aide de courants d'air auxiliaires, et sont rabattus à l'aide d'un peigne à tisser sur la lisière du tissu, méthode selon laquelle, les valeurs de consigne pour les paramètres de fonctionnement mémorisés dans la commande; par exemple les valeurs de consigne pour les tours de fonctionnement du métier à tisser et les valeurs de consigne de la pression de fonctionnement des buses auxiliaires, sont en corrélation avec des paramètres de mise en oeuvre de chaque type de fil de trame à introduire, et, en outre, des paramètres liés au modèle peuvent être librement introduits dans la commande, comme par exemple le mode de liage du tissu et la hauteur des poils lors de la fabrication de tissu éponge, et, au cours des opérations de tissage, la commande reçoit au moins un signal de commande provenant de ou dérivé des paramètres de mise en oeuvre des types de fil de trame et/ou un signal de commande provenant de ou dérivé de paramètres librement programmables selon le modèle, signaux dont la mise en oeuvre provoque la réalisation de conditions de fonctionnement sortant brièvement du cadre des valeurs de consigne pour les paramètres de fonctionnement, méthode caractérisée en ce que, pendant la durée d'action des conditions de fonctionnement sortant du cadre théorique, au moins l'introduction des fils de trame est bloquée et, au choix, tout simplement ce que l'on appelle des trames vides fluidiques ou non fluidiques sont fournies par les moyens (2) d'introduction des fils de trame et, en même temps, la fonction de sortie de trame et de sortie de la marchandise est commandée, selon la quantité ou selon la durée de fourniture de trame vide, de manière que le bord du tissu produit soit maintenu en une position éloignée de la position de rabattement par le peigne à tisser.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lors du passage d'une valeur inférieure à une valeur supérieure de consigne de la pression de fonctionnement, un courant d'air n'est pas fourni par le moyen (2) d'introduction des fils de trame.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lors du passage d'une valeur supérieure à une valeur inférieure de consigne pour la pression de service, au moins des courants d'air auxiliaires sont fournis par les moyens (2) d'introduction des fils de trame.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les conditions de fonctionnement de transition sont déclenchées à l'aide d'au moins un signal de commande émis à l'unité de commande (9) et ces conditions sont terminées par détection, lors de l'obtention de la valeur de consigne correspondante pour le paramètre de fonctionnement en cause.
- Méthode de tissage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la fin des conditions de fonctionnement en transition est déterminée par détection de l'application de la valeur de consigne, réalisée en dernier lieu, du paramètre de fonctionnement.
- Méthode de tissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la détection se produit automatiquement par la signalisation de la valeur de consigne du paramètre programmé pour le fonctionnement.
- Méthode de tissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la détection a lieu après l'écoulement d'une période de temps programmable.
