Claims (21)
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung mit einem biegesteifen Fahrwerkrahmen (4; 4') zum Tragen und Querneigen eines Wagenkastens (8; 8') für schnellfahrende Schienenfahrzeuge, wobei die Anordnung eine verfahrbare Einheit (11, 11') mit mindestens zwei Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerken (2, 3, 2', 3') aufweist, welche paarweise an einem gemeinsamen Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') angeordnet sind, der sich über eine Direktabfederung (5, 5') auf jedem Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerk (2, 3, 2', 3') abstützt und der Mittel (9, 9')zum Tragen und Querneigen des Wagenkastens (8, 8') aufweist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') miteinander durch ein trennbares Kupplungssystem (6, 6') verbunden sind, welches die Kupplungslänge Null aufweist und an der eine Steuereinrichtung (7, 7')für die kurvenradiale Einstellung der Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerke (2, 3, 2', 3') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungssystem (6, 6')aus einer an jedem Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') angeordneten Kupplungshälfte (23, 23') und einem parallel hierzu zwischen beiden Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') angeordneten, in Querrichtung starren und längs verschiebbaren Gelenk (24, 24') besteht, welches in sich trennbar ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wagenkasten (8, 8') untereinander durch eine Personenübergangseinrichtung (10, 10')verbunden sind, die von dem Kupplungssystem (6, 6')geführt und getragen wird und die eine Breite aufweist, welche annähernd derjenigen des Wagenkastens (8. 8') entspricht.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede verfahrbare Einheit (11, 11') der containerartigen Aufnahme eines Wagenkastens (8, 8')dient, der sich an mindestens zwei Stellen (9, 9') auf dämpfenden Gummi-Metall-Elementen oder Hydrolagern auf dem Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') abstützt.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') in seiner Längsrichtung biegesteif und in Richtung diagonal quer verwindungsweich und die als Trag- und Versorgungseinheit eines Schienenfahrzeuges (1, 1') ausgebildet ist, welches zur Unterbringung sämtlicher Betriebsmittel und dem Zusatzluftvolumen der Direktabfederung (5, 5') eingerichtet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') aus einer ebenen durchgehenden Grundplatte (18) besteht, die im Bereich der Räder (13, 13') der Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerke (2, 3, 2', 3') seitlich nach oben hin mit Abstützungen (14, 14') für die Aufnahme der Direktabfederung (5, 5') ausgebildet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Abstützungen (14, 14') mit Oeffnungen (15, 15') für die Räder (13, 13') der Einzelrad-Fahrwerke (2, 3, 2', 3') versehen sind oder die Oeffnungen (15, 15') mit Radschutzkästen verschlossen sind.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') im Bereich der seitlichen Abstützungen (14, 14') einen in Querrichtung u- oder v-förmigen Querschnitt (16, 16') aufweist und die trogartige (17) Hindurchführung eines niederflurigen Fussbodens (12, 12') des Wagenkastens (8, 8') vorgesehen ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Abstützungen (14, 14') für die Direktabfederung (5, 5') in den Raum der Sitzkästen (34, 34') des Wagenkastens (8, 8') hineinragen.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4', 44, 44') und dem Wagenkasten (8, 8') eine Querneigeeinrichtung (9, 9') angeordnet ist, die über ein Verstellelement (20) betätigt wird und als Rollenbahn ausgebildet ist, wobei der Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4', 44, 44') die Rollbahn-Segmente (21, 21') und der Wagenkasten (8, 8') die Rollen (22, 22')oder umgekehrt aufweist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für alle Intercar-Connections, wie Federung und Dämpfung in und um alle Achsen zwischen den Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4', 44, 44') zweier benachbarter Schienenfahrzeuge (1, 1'), ein trennbares Kupplungssystem (6, 6') und ein trennbares Gelenk (24, 24') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprache 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Federung und Dämpfung um und in allen Achsen sowie für die Ausdrebbewegung bei Kurvenfahrt zwischen den Radsatz - Einzelfahrwerken (2, 3, 2', 3') und den Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4', 44, 44') eine Direktabfederung (5, 5') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Kupplungshälfte (23, 23') eine Radsatz-Steuerung (25, 25') für die kurvenradiale Einstellung der Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerke (2, 3, 2', 3') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Radsatz-Steuerung (25, 25') aus je einem spiegelbildlich an der Kupplung (23, 23') angeordneten Querlenker (26, 26') besteht, der über einen am Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4') verschwerkbar angeordneten Winkelhebel (27, 27') via einem Längslenker (28, 28') mit einem c-förmigen Achslenkerbügel (29, 29') des Radsatz-Einzelfahrwerks (2, 3, 2', 3') verbunden ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der AnspüÜche 1 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination eines Kupplungssystems (6, 6') mit einer Steuer-Einrichtung (7, 7') und einer Längsmitnahne-Einrichtung (28, 28').
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fahrwerkrabmen (4, 4', 44, 44') eine einstufige Direktabfederung (5, 5') aufweist, die aus einer Luftfeder (30, 30') und einer hierzu in Serie oder parallel mit verzögertem Eingriff angeordneten Gummi-Notfeder (31, 31') besteht.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstufige Direktabfederung (5, 5') eines Fahrwerkrahmens (4, 4', 44, 44') oberhalb einer Achslagerstelle (32, 32')auf einem jeden Achsschenkelende eines Radsatzes (33, 33') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achslagerstellen (32, 32') eines Radsatzes (33, 33') über einen winkelsteifen, c-förmigen Achslenkerbügel (29, 29') miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach Anspruche 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achslenkerbügel (29, 29')an ihren äusseren Enden mit je einer Stabilisatorstange (35, 35') in vertikaler Richtung mit den Fahrwerkrahmen (4, 4', 44, 44') verbunden sind und in Längsrichtung je einen Längslenker (28, 28')aufweisen, der an einer Steuereinrichtung (7, 7') angeordnet ist.
- Kuppelbare Fahrwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äusseren Abstützungen (14, 14') eines Fahrwerkrahmens (44, 44') über zwei seitlich neben einer Achswelle (36) angeordneten und bis auf deren Höhe durchgekröpften Querträger (37, 37') miteinander verbunden sind und in diesem Bereich der niederflurige Fussboden (12, 12') eines Wagenkastens (8, 8') trogförmig (17) hindurchgeführt ist.
