Claims (22)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Räumen von Baggergut aus einem Gewässerbett, mit einem in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten, drehbaren Fräskopf (2) zum Abtragen des Baggergutes, wobei das Gehäuse mit einer Pumpe (5) zum Austragen des abgetragenen Baggergutes verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse ein Eimer ist, und der Eimer mindestens eine gerade Wand aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die gerade Wand (27) eine Schneidkante (11) trägt und im Betrieb die untere Begrenzung des Eimers bildet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Schneidkante (11) sich in einem größeren Abstand vom Boden (10) befindet als die anderen Wände des Eimers.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei der die Mittellinie des Fräskopfes quer zum Boden (10) des Eimers verläuft.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der der Eimer einen im wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Boden (10) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei der der Eimer einen trapezförmigen Boden (10) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der im Betrieb die Wand an der kürzesten parallelen Trapezseite die untere Begrenzung des Eimers bildet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, bei der der Fräskopf (2) mindestens zwei Schaufeln (13) aufweist, die im wesentlichen helixförmig angeordnet sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der jede Schaufel (13) an ihrer vorderen Seite, gesehen entlang der Richtung der Drehung, mindestens einen Schneidzahn (14) trägt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Fräskopf (2) teilweise über die Wände des Eimers (1) hinausragt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Sauganschluß der Pumpe (5) in den Boden (10) des Eimers (1) einmündet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der der Sauganschluß (9) sich in dem Teil des Bodens nahe an der Wand befindet, die mit der Schneidkante (11) ausgebildet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Pumpe (5) in einem Gehäuse (4) untergebracht ist, die Außenseite des Bodens des Eimers dem Gehäuse zugekehrt ist, und die Wand mit der Schneidkante (11) vom Gehäuse abgekehrt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, bei der die Ansaugseite der Pumpe (5) zentral in eine Stirnfläche des Gehäuses (4) eingesetzt und über ein Winkelrohr (8) mit dem Eimer (1) verbunden ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der der Eimer (1) und das Winkelrohr (8) beide an verschiedenen Stellen entlang der Umfangsrichtung des Gehäuses mit dem Gehäuse (4) bzw. der Ansaugseite der Pumpe (5) verbindbar sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, bei der das Gehäuse (4) einen zylinderförmigen Mantel aufweist und der Eimer einen entsprechend gekrümmten Befestigungsflansch trägt, der am Gehäuse befestigt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, 15 oder 16, bei der das Gehäuse an der anderen Stirnfläche Einrichtungen (6) für die Befestigung an einen Kranarm trägt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, 14, 15, 16 oder 17, bei der Sensoreinrichtungen zum Messen der Winkelstellung des Eimers (1) relativ zur Horizontalen und/oder der Höhe des Eimers vorgesehen sind.
  19. Verfahren zum Betätigen einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches das Anbringen des Eimers (1) mit seiner offenen Seite der Oberfläche oder der Stirnseite des zu räumenden Baggergutes zugekehrt, das Drehen des Fräskopfes (2) zum Abtragen des Baggergutes, und das Absaugen des abgetragenen Baggergutes aus dem Eimer umfaßt.
  20. Verfahren nach Anspruch 19 zum Betätigen der Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 13-18, welches das Ausrichten des Eimers (1) in der Weise, daß die Schneidkante (11) sich unterhalb des Fräskopfes befindet, umfaßt.
  21. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, bei dem der Eimer mit der Schneidkante (11) gegen eine Stirnseite des Baggergutes gehalten und zum Teil durch die helixförmige Bewegung des Fräskopfes (2) vorgeschoben wird, während er gleichzeitig das Baggergut abträgt.
  22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, bei dem entlang der Vorschubrichtung das Paneel mit der Schneidkante (11) in einem Winkel von minus fünf Grad gegenüber der Horizontalen gehalten wird.
