Claims (16)

  1. Sommier à lattes pour un lit, avec deux porteurs longitudinaux (1,2) disposés essentiellement selon la direction longitudinale du lit et espacés entre eux, avec une pluralité de lames ressort (3) régulièrement espacées et disposées essentiellement perpendiculairement aux porteurs longitudinaux, formant toutes ensemble une surface support pour un matelas, ainsi que des lames porteuses (4) élastiques déformables disposées plus profondément vis-à-vis des lames ressort, par lesquelles les lames ressort sont reliées aux porteurs longitudinaux, les porteurs longitudinaux étant placés au-dessous des lames ressort, et les faces extérieures des porteurs longitudinaux faisant face aux extrémités (3a) des lames ressort (3) sont décalées en arrière vis-à-vis des extrémités des lames ressort, chaque fois, au moins une lame ressort et une lame porteuse étant assemblées en un module porteur par deux éléments de bordure (6), caractérisé en ce que la lame porteuse (4) comprend une région centrale (8) élastique déformable, située entre les porteurs longitudinaux (1,2), laquelle est plus fortement élastique que deux régions d'extrémités (9,10) de la lame porteuse (4) dirigées depuis les porteurs longitudinaux (1,2) vers les extrémités des lames ressort (3a), en ce que la lame support (4) est supportée par les deux porteurs longitudinaux (1,2) et y est maintenue par des éléments de liaison (11), et en ce qu'un pivotement de la lame support (4) sur chaque position d'appui, perpendiculairement aux porteurs longitudinaux (1,2) correspondants, est possible, pivotements ayant pour effet que les deux régions de bordure latérales d'un module porteur (7) se déplacent vers le bas lors de l'application d'une charge en n'importe quel endroit de la surface support.
  2. Sommier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque région d'extrémité (9,10) d'une lame porteuse (4) comprend un organe (15,16) de limitation de flexion de la lame porteuse, lequel organe, à l'état sans charge du sommier est espacé d'un côté (17,18) du porteur longitudinal (1,2) le plus proche, et à partir d'une certaine charge (14), sur en particulier une des régions d'extrémités du sommier, agit sur le porteur longitudinal le plus proche qui est une butée (17,18) de l'organe de limitation.
  3. Sommier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de réglage (21) est prévu dans un espace (19,20) entre l'organe de limitation (15,16) et la butée (17,18), par lequel le moment d'action et/ou l'effort d'action de l'organe de limitation (15,16) sur la butée (17,18) sont réglables en fonction de la charge (14), en particulier de la gamme de charge du sommier.
  4. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la lame porteuse (4) est supportée par chacune des faces supérieures (22,23) des porteurs longitudinaux (1,2), la lame porteuse (4) comprenant une saillie support (24) dans la région de chacun des porteurs longitudinaux et dirigée vers ceux-ci, et en ce que de préférence un élément d'appui (25) élastique est maintenu entre la saillie support et le porteur longitudinal.
  5. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la région centrale (8) de la lame porteuse (4) est courbée de manière concave relativement à une au moins lame ressort (3), la courbure correspondant de préférence à celle d'une lame ressort chargée.
  6. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la lame porteuse (4) comprend de manière générale une courbure concave relativement à une au moins lame ressort (3), formant cependant une ondulation.
  7. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des lames support (4) non montées s'étendent au moins en ligne droite sur au moins 5 cm.
  8. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque module porteur (7) comprend au moins un moyen de butée (50), de préférence en un matériau élastique, pour maintenir et imiter le bruit de déplacement des lames ressort (3).
  9. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la lame porteuse (4) est une pièce moulée par injection, de référence en un matériau synthétique thermoplastique.
  10. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bordure (6) comprend essentiellement un moyen de maintien (55,56) en forme de poche pour l'extrémité (3a) d'au moins une lame ressort (3) et pour l'extrémité (4a) de la lame porteuse (4) d'un module porteur (7), en ce que tous les moyens de maintien (55,56) sont disposés côte à côte selon la direction longitudinale des porteurs longitudinaux (1,2) et ne se superposent pas selon cette direction, et en ce qu'une paroi de couverture (57) formée en élément porteur est prévue, recouvrant tous les moyens de maintien (55,56), par laquelle les éléments de maintien (55,56) sont reliés fermement entre eux.
  11. Sommier selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bordure (6) peut être enfilé sur les extrémités (3a,4a) d'au moins une lame ressort (3) et de la lame porteuse (4), et en ce qu'un moyen de maintien (56) et un moyen de sécurité (58,59) coopérant sur cette extrémité (4a) de ladite lame (4), comprennent de préférence un élément d'encliquetage afin d'empêcher un glissement latéral de l'élément de bordure (6) enfiché.
  12. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien (56) pour l'extrémité (4a) de la lame poreuse (4) est reliée à la paroi de couverture (57), par-dessus un organe de liaison (60) pouvant être sollicité à la torsion et à la flexion.
  13. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une lame ressort (3) est maintenue de manière à pouvoir basculer entre des limites, perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de la lame ressort, dans son moyen de maintien (55) correspondant.
  14. Sommier selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien (55) destiné à recevoir une extrémité de lame ressort (3a) comprend des protubérances (61,62) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur, disposées selon la direction longitudinale de la lame ressort (3) sur le milieu de la lame ressort (3), et en ce que des moyens de pression à ressort (63) sont prévus sur les bordures latérales des extrémités des lames ressort (3a), lesquels maintiennent la lame ressort (3) non chargée en une position non basculée relativement au moyen de maintien (55).
  15. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien (55,56) des lames ressort (3) et/ou des lames porteuses (4) comprennent une butée de profondeur (64,65) et en ce que, à l'état non chargé du sommier, toutes les extrémités (3a,4a) desdites lames (3,4) s'étendent essentiellement jusqu'aux butées de profondeur (64,65).
  16. Sommier selon l'une des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bordure (6) est obtenu en une pièce, de préférence en un matériau thermoplastique.
