Abstract

Zusätzlich zu dem an der Bogenvorderkante 7 angeordneten Saugsegment 27, können entlang einer gesamten Mantelfläche 32 der Übergabetrommel 26 schaltbare Saugsegmente 33 vorgesehen sein, d. h. die Übergabetrommel 26 ist als Saugtrommel ausgebildet. Die auf der Übergabetrommel 26 befindlichen Greifersysteme 27 können aus der Mantelfläche 32 heraus nach außen bewegbar sein und somit die Bogenvorderkante 7 von der Mantelfläche 32 abheben. Die Funktionsweise des Kettenbogenauslegers 1 ist folgendermaßen:
An der Bogenübergabestelle 12 von Druckzylinder 13 und Kettengreifersystem 3 wird der Bogen 8 derart von Druckzylinder 13 an Kettengreifersystem 3 übergeben, daß eine zuletzt bedruckte Seite 34 des Bogens 8 in Richtung gegenüberliegenden Kettentrum 17 liegt. Der so an seiner Bogenvorderkante 7 erfaßte Bogen 8 wird mittels des Kettengreifersystemes 3 über das zweiten Kettenrad 16 entlang des oberen Kettentrumes 17 bis zur Übergabetrommel 26 transportiert. Soll der Bogen auf dem ersten, rechten Bogenstapel 23 abgelegt werden, bleiben die Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3 geschlossen und die Greifersysteme 27 der Übergabetrommel 26 geöffnet bzw. ohne Saugluft. Somit wird der Bogen 8 im Kettengreifersystem 3 zu dem Umlenkkettenrad 21 weitertransportiert und dort um 180° geschwenkt, so daß die zuletzt bedruckte Seite 34 oben liegt. Über bekannte, nicht dargestellte Bogenablagesysteme werden die Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3 geöffnet und der Bogen 8 auf dem ersten Bogenstapel 23 abgelegt.

Kurz danach öffnen die Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3. Der Bogen wird nun von der Übergabetrommel 26 um 180° vom abgebenden, oberen Kettentrum 17 zum Übernehmenden, unteren Kettentrum 22 geschwenkt. Ca. 30° vor der unteren Übergabestelle 31 schwenkt das Greiforgan 27 der Übergabetrommel 26 mit der Bogenvorderkante 7 aus der Mantelfläche 32 heraus und die Greifer 6 des im unteren Kettentrum 22 ankommenden Kettengreifersystemes 3 öffnen (Fig. 2).
Während der weiteren Drehbewegung wird nun das Greiforgan 27 der Übergabetrommel 26 wieder in die Mantelfläche 32 eingeschwenkt, wodurch die Bogenvorderkante 7 zwischen jeweils Greiferauflage 9 und Greiferspitze 11 der Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3 gebracht wird. Die Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3 schließen und haben den Bogen 8 an der unteren Übergabestelle 31 sicher erfaßt. Das Kettengreifersystem 3 transportiert den Bogen 8 in Richtung zweiten Bogenstapel 24.
Auch an dem zweiten Bogenstapel 24 sind entsprechend dem ersten Bogenstapel 23 Bogenablagesysteme angeordnet. Die Greifer 6 des Kettengreifersystemes 3 öffnen und die Bogenablagesysteme legen den Bogen 8 auf dem zweiten Bogenstapel 24 ab.

Claims (10)

Verfahren zum Transport von Bogen (8) in einem Kettenbogenausleger (1) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei die Bogen (8) mit einer zuletzt bedruckten Seite (34) nach unten in einem oberen Kettentrum (17) eines Paares von endlosen Auslegerketten (2) mit daran in einem Abstand (a3) befestigten Kettengreifersystemen (3) transportiert werden und nach einer Umlenkung mit der bedruckten Seite (34) nach oben auf einem ersten Bogenstapel (23) abgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bogenlaufrichtung die Bogen (8) mindestens auf einem weiteren Bogenstapel (24) mittels einem einzigen, für alle Bogenstapel (23; 24) gemeinsamen Paar von Auslegerketten (2) wählbar abgelegt werden können, daß zur Ablage auf dem zweiten Bogenstapel (24) die Bogen (8) von einem Kettengreifersystem (3) des oberen Kettentrumes (17) an ein nach dem ersten Bogenstapel (23) befindliches Greiforgan (27) übergeben werden, daß dieses Greiforgan (27) den Bogen (8) derart umlenkt, daß die Bogen mit der bedruckten Seite nach oben auf einem zweiten Bogenstapel abgelegt werden können.Method for transporting sheets (8) in a chain sheet delivery (1) of a rotary printing machine, the sheets (8) with a last printed side (34) down in an upper chain center (17) of a pair of endless delivery chains (2) with them chain gripper systems (3) fastened at a distance (a3) and, after deflection with the printed side (34) upwards, are placed on a first sheet stack (23), characterized in that the sheets (8) are at least on one in the direction of sheet travel further sheet stacks (24) can be deposited selectively by means of a single pair of delivery chains (2) common to all sheet stacks (23; 24) such that the sheets (8) are deposited by a chain gripper system (3) for placement on the second sheet stack (24) of the upper chain strand (17) to a gripping member (27) located after the first sheet stack (23) that this gripping member (27) deflects the sheet (8) in such a way that the sheet is printed with the n can be placed face up on a second stack of sheets.
