Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des pistons, des tiges de piston, ainsi que des cylindres pour unités hydrauliques ou pneumatiques. La surface de glissement d'un produit semi-fini cylindrique finement usiné, réalisé dans un alliage d'aluminium, est oxydée électrolytiquement dure. Le produit oxydé électrolytiquement dur est mis en rotation autour de son axe et la couche céramique de surface de glissement obtenue est usinée en plusieurs opérations de meulage avec des éléments de meulage plats de différentes grosseurs de grains décroissantes.

Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de pistons et de tiges de pistons ainsi que de cylindres pour des unités hydrauliques ou pneumatiques, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue une oxydation électrolytique dure de la surface de frottement d'un demi-produit fini cylindrique en un alliage d'aluminium, en ce que l'on fait tourner autour de son axe le produit oxydé dur par électrolyse et en ce que l'on usine la couche formée de surface de frottement en plusieurs opérations successives de polissage avec des moyens abrasifs plans de différents grains de taille décroissante, sachant que l'on effectue les opérations de polissage à chaque fois jusqu'à l'arrêt du dégagement de poussière et que, lors de la dernière opération de polissage, on polit jusqu'à ce que le moyen abrasif plan reste collé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue cinq opérations de polissage avec des papiers abrasifs du type P 100, P 150, P 280, P 400 et P 999, sachant que P 100 caractérise un papier abrasif pour la fabrication duquel on a utilisé un tamis de 100 mesh.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'opération de polissage, on fait tourner à une vitesse de 2.500 tr/min environ le produit oxydé dur par électrolyse et en ce que l'on appuie le moyen abrasif contre le produit avec une force de 50 N environ.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme matière première pour le demi-produit l'alliage AlMgSi 1 et la profondeur d'oxydation est de 50 à 60 µm.
